What do you like best about GetResponse?

i like how easy it is to use the system and set up new email templates. I iam able to quickly see teh response to my campaigns.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

inabilitiy to have multiple users from the same company - perhaps i don't have the right account set up. Additionally, I've made mistakes thinking I was in one campaign but I was in another and therefore the result of the campaign were listed under a different campaign heading. It should be easier to assign/switch a campaign. Also, I'd like to create the email prior to associating it with a campaign and I don't see a way to do that.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communications with volunteers - solved time to order issues.

"Newsletters look great, versatile list building tools, great support"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

Ability to look anyone up by name. Ability to send to specific people by searching by name. Easy to use newsletter builder. Export feature

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

If customers are on 2 or 3 separate lists, they count as separate people again the total subscribers. When you go over your paid threshold, no one informed me but just started charging me. I could easily have cleaned up my list and gotten it below the threshold. There was no mechanism to let people know when they go over.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy creation of weekly newsletter. Communicating with my customers in groups. Generating opt-ins through ClickFunnels integration

"Get Response is very powerful"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I really like the variety of templates that the have for newsletters, autoresponders, etc. The templates are also very easy to modify to suit your own needs. I allows for time and event based autoresponders and the has a very impressive ability to drill down into the subscription list based on time, events and subscriber actions. It is hard to imagine a more useful set of tools. The online support has been great so far. It is available 24/7 and wait times are short.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The power of Get Response comes at a price. It is a little complex and for me the user interface could really use an update. One major problem for me is that everything you do is campaign related, but the campaign selector is a tiny, easily overlooked drop down selector in the upper right hand corner of the page. It is very easy to overlook that you are working in the wrong campaign. In addition, once you are working in the template section for newsletters there is no identification of the campaign you are in at all. It is odd as every other step of the way the selections you are making are very big and bold. I have had a number of problems as a result of this issue. Fortunately, I have yet to direct a newsletter or autoresponder to the wrong group

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are upgrading our previously limited direct to consumer contact methodology.

"Review of GetResponse in Our Company Setting"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I like the ease of creating newsletters and using the existing templates from GetResponse. Plus, once everything is built and set up, it is awfully easy to create duplicates from existing send-outs.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

I had an incredibly hard time navigating the finer points of creating a newsletter, creating lists, and creating autoresponders. I had to talk to support via chat several times and then I finally had to call the help line because the support team on chat wasn't helping me. After the phone call, I was able to move forward without any trouble, but I spent a lot of time frustrated trying to figure out what should be an easy, straight-forward platform.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're solving the problem of not communicating with our buyers and sellers after a transaction has closed. It is helping us retain our book and create repeat customers.

"Very visual and simple to use."
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I really like the calendar view of the autoresponder messages that are scheduled. I'm a very visual person and this helps a lot! I also like the customer support chat feature. I can save so much time on overcoming hurdles via a quick chat with a customer support rep. It's also cool that they've added the webinar feature so I don't have to go paying for another solution. This one is already built right into my existing email workflow.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

There's not much I dislike about GetResponse but I did have some problems integrating the platform with ClickFunnels, which I no longer use. The new webinar service could use more features along with being more mobile friendly. I had people on my list telling me that they couldn't register or sign into the webinar. I also had people telling me that they didn't get the reminder emails.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

I just like that GetResponse has been able to save me so much time. In business, that's very important. The ease of use along with the easy access to helpful customer service via the chat (on every page) makes the process very smooth.

"Get Response gets the job done!"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I've used other email marketing systems and have been frustrated with the graphics and newsletter building functions. Get Response makes it easy. In a very short time (they all say that, but it's not always true), you can have a professional email and/or newsletter up and running.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

I've had trouble with the creating an opt-in box feature and the technical help was not able to help me. I ended up having to hire a programmer who said it was a simple thing and that GR should have been able to provide me with the info I needed.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm staying in touch with readers and followers of my social media networks. I feel that having this feature - newsletters, autoresponders, etc. all in one place is a big asset.

"GetResponse – The response matters!"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse offers all email marketing and automation features alongside social media marketing and some additional features that you won’t find anywhere else, like its webinar feature and so on. Not only can you host webinars, you can also build websites even faster than before with its AI technology and designing tools. Be it funnels, landing pages, building forms, marketing emails; there is nothing you cannot achieve at this platform. It allows you to test and try new ideas and make plans according to your policies. This is the name of innovation and success and who wouldn’t like something as good as this one!

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The platform requires your attention to master it – just like any other application does. At times, to understand it better or to eradicate an issue you need a dedicated support – which they offer – but it is only available for users of Max plan, it is quite disturbing at times.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is nothing you can’t do with this platform, you can create websites, hold webinars, send out mass emails and schedule social media posts all under one roof. GetResponse is one of those platforms that gives you everything under one roof. Lastly, all the stats and reports are there for you to make better judgment and future planning for even better results.

"Small Business Email Marketing Solution"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse has the ability to create various segmented email lists from opt-in sources and send marketing materials to the various lists. You can also set-up drip content to be sent based on an opt-in. I also liked the WYSIWYG editor for creating content.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

While I think it is a great email marketing solution, I think there are better landing page and website builder alternatives. Some other areas of improvement are the API integration and the ability to customize performance reporting.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helped me track and follow-up with leads for my law firm. I was able to provide relevant follow-up content based on the area in which the potential client expressed interest. It also did this in a pre-set automated workflow, eliminating the need to monitor my inbox to send out standard information.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

It is a popular program for those doing email marketing. Recommended from my Partner With Anthony program. Interfaces well with Clickfunnels and other programs.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Difficult to manage large lists and autoresponder cycles. A more Excel or csv friendly format to export/import would be nice. Lots of little quirks to work thru.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to create landing pages and newsletters is a cinch.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

There are issues with moving between different screens, and the system is really not designed to send to more than 5000 contacts at a time without setting off all kinds of alerts and having your account suspended for spamming.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Track form fills on our website and to measure interest and engagement.

"GetResponse is an email marketing tool which allows yo to create emails and newsletters"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse is one of the best marketing tools which provides advanced automation workflow, website analytics, and important email marketing features like A/B split testing and creative templates. It helps in lead management. Its newsletters are very responsive. It also helps in increasing the conversion rates also it's interface is easy to use with 100s of pre-built templates.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The price of GetResponse is quite competitive. As far Getresponse is good for it's quite costly for small firm or blogger because most of it's features are paid.GetResponse will count one subscriber as two when the same subscriber is added on two email lists--this can impact the pricing also landing pages are quite tough to customize.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

GetResponse has helped in increasing the conversion rates. It allows you to have webinars, CRM and also one create different landing pages. It can create nice and decorative landing pages for the website. It offers a lot of value to automate your online marketing efforts.

"A complete platform for email marketing"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse has several features that I like, but those that have been most useful to me are that the process to manage my newsletters is really simple and easy, since it brings several very convincing templates that I can adjust to my needs or I can even create my own if I prefer it. On the other hand I can configure specific processes in a fluid way, thanks to its workflow editor that is visually very intuitive, I can create a landing page, collect email or send content, and I can configure it so that all this is executed in sequence Automatically, adding the parameters that I want to determine when they will be executed, which facilitates the configuration of marketing campaigns and content delivery with very little effort.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

What I do not like is the number of subscribers that you can have in the smaller plans, I would like them to be more, because when you start to grow, you quickly see the need to upgrade to the next plan, which increases your costs.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Get response has allowed me to prepare the emails in advance and schedule the sending of them, days later. This has allowed us to improve the workflow, especially after the initial contact with new customers to remind them of our brand and keep our business in their minds.

"One of the best programs to send emails"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

Getresponse is an incredible tool to do email marketing, in our company we use it to manage our entire list of clients and distribute in an organized way all our informative and promotional emails, usually the emails arrive or inbox or promotions which is very good and shows great quality in this tool, the percentage of reading and opening emails, Getresponse has a very intuitive and advanced email editor with good templates to create our emails, we usually use it to create promotional emails, you can also manage your contact lists and possible customers, I have imported them from any other data collection tool, on the other hand, regarding the price Getresponse is very kind because their plans in quality and price are excellent and they offer us a large amount of monthly emails for a really accessible price.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Getresponse has everything I need to distribute my informative and professional emails, however the only thing that bothers me a bit is the interface of the tool that is a bit old, I would like it to be renewed to make it a little more pleasing to the eye and easy to use.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to send more than 1500 emails to our potential customers, achieving 70% of emails opening and 17% of conversions, which is a great achievement. We were able to capture a few hundred new potential clients, Getresponse helps us to communicate in a timely manner effective and effective with our customers!
