HostGator's support is actually pretty timely for such a large entity, any issues major or minor were treated with prompt service The Cpanel provided a very comprehensive layout for Web Administration so implementation was easy Access to the DB also allowed for transfering of websites without much issue

Part loyalty as we were a small company as they were starting out and we kind of grew together. Late night tech calls achieved both our goals and learning needs. Reasonable rates and truly gifted technicians.
Being with HG for so long i feel we stagnated and missed opportunities to implement more modern host options. Also as they grown, there has become a disconnect with support and our staff. Long informative calls that typically resolved complex issues in one shot. It now seems we submit complex issues and they are broken down into indivual tickets, with a completion leading to the next ticket for a piecemealed solution that typically works but time also lingers
