Hostgator is a platform that gives me many options to choose from in different web hosting services and provides a wide range of domains. What is best about Hostgator is their plans for domains and web hosting they start from the low end to go up to the maximum level for big companies as per the requirements. As a single user, i can easily manage my hosting and relate all the needs. Their customer service is the best.

As i know HostGator for a few years, they are lacking in terms of plans and growth. They are also lacking in terms of service I feel other companies' servers are faster then Hostgator. My pages sometimes do not index fast in google. My bounce rate is also going up because of the speed.

Hostgator provides cheap and the best hosting service, and because I like their customer support, it is instant and beneficial when stuck somewhere. And the best pasrt is they are cheap as well so that anyone can afford them.

The main attraction of HostGator is its price. It has basic plans with very affordable prices. I believe this is the way to go for an MVP or a customer who does not have good finances.

One item we do not like is the shared hosting. This makes the site lose a lot of quality in loading time. But overall, if your goal is to have a simple, problem-free site, then it's not a problem.

They have linux and windows servers, and shared and reseller plans, their support is very helpful.

Their prices is not always affordable, sometimes you have to pay to get a small favor from the support to do for your service!
