They make it really easy to use their hosting platform.
Their customer service is good but they do take a while to answer back.
I currently host my website with HostGator, where all the others have fallen short.
Nice interface and easy to navigate control panel. Implementation of new domains and email accounts is easy. Customer support is quick. I have 5 domains and use it often. Integration has been good to date.
To be honest, nothing stands out that would be considered a major problem.
Helps to keep all my domains in one place, admin, billing and productivity wise.
I find them affordable and reliable. Hostgator has been consistent with their uptime and is attentive to support issues. I have yet to have any notable issues with their hosting in over 10 years of using them.
The only issue I've experienced is they block traffic for users using certain FireFox browsers, resulting in an error when accessing Hostgator hosted websites. I have yet to find a resolution to this.

There are some feature i liked the most of this platform like unlimited brandwith, one click installation, unlimited mySQL and goole ads with usd 150 credit limit. I used ecommerce plan for usd 75 and i used this platform for more than 1 year. It was good
Spacially 02 things i did not like about this platform. First thing is they require an additional fee while we restore our data from backup. It was the worst thing of their whole platform. And also this is not the most economical option with these kinds of features in the market. There are many options we can use for a less annual fee. Other than that everything was good
Mostly domain registration , shared hosting and website building. The features they provided was very helpful for me to achieve above tasks.But there were some loose ends which i mentioned above and if they have a remedy for them then this will be the best product
It is really hard to find a hosting company that can host my website and transfer, and backup previously hosted websites, thanks to Hostgator for providing me with everything I required.
It sometimes happens that CSR is not responsive. It hurts especially when you are in a situation where everything is at stake. This should be taken care of professionally and as early as possible.

I used Hostgator shared hosting with multiple addon domains option. The hosting experience was good as compared to other shared hosting providers. Its speed was also acceptable.
The worst thing I experienced was when I found some of my WordPress websites were hacked by someone. I tried to fix that problem but it failed and the hacker hacked again and again after multiple recovries.
