Building pages with custom modules is so freaking easy for a marketer like me. There are so many great modular themes and apps out there (we use Sprocket Rocket) that you don't have to be or have an in-house dev or designer to make pages super fast and amazing looking.
Honestly, nothing. I feel like I'd have something if I couldn't use custom modules.

Some downsides of the CMS Hub are the lack of third-party plugins to add and integrate. It's not as always easy as WordPress to quickly add advanced functionality. Such features would then have to be custom coded.
