I think Hubspot Marketing Hub combines everything needed to manage my marketing channels. The platform integrates easily with my native ads platforms and is easy for managing email marketing projects, lists and social media. Lastly, the ability to easily pull together reports and dashboards has made it a plus for our team. I think the landing page builder is also extremely easy to use and makes edits seamless.
The data reported in Ads does not correspond with what is in the native platforms. Also, social media data is not very accurate but gives some sort of an idea.
Hubspot marketing hub helps me pull reports and analyze them effortlessly. This helps me make better marketing decisions. It also helps me manage my landing pages better, which in turn helps provide better front-end experiences.

It's not something that I dislike, but I would appreciate a youtube channel with short tutorials and tips for the different Hubs and their products.
The company was able to cancel two services and offer the same customer service and company news to customers with HubSpot. Landing pages also allowed the company to be more creative with our marketing efforts. We also implemented the chat in the company website and will look into migrating to a HubSpot built one.
I love being able to filter contacts based on actions made in emails, which helps me to create lists.
I would love if we could add forms on emails, just like on landing pages instead of having to add buttons/ links to it.

Can't find any negative points other than the constant changing of the packages. Things that where included in the past aren't avaible nowadays.

I really like the automation aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub. I can easily create an email, social post, landing page, etc and schedule it out for a later date. It helps me to stay organized and prepare ahead of time.
I feel like the reports & numbers aren't always accurate, especially when it comes to socials. There's a lot of information that isn't reflected through Hubspot due to our use of other tools (GoogleAnalytics, paid social campaigns, etc).

The email designer is better than it was before but some of the customization abilities seem a bit limited. When it comes to sending marketing emails I wish there was a bit more flexibility in customizing the surround experience around the content.
HubSpot solves the issue of attributing leads for us. We are able to easily identify what resource is driving conversions, what stage they interact with specific emails and resources and how we can better follow up with them based on their engagement or lack thereof.

Few downsides to HubSpot Marketing would be formating in the emails can a little confusing or hard to work with.

I love that everything is integrated together all ok one platform.
Segmenting contacts by city to send emails is really inefficient. You have to create a new list every time.
