It is very good it shows analytics of email like open rate, click rate I suggest its premium version to get a good reach.
Their email templates are not that good.
Its SEO audit function is very good. It helps to get on page analysis of the website.
It's capabilities and flexibility to integrate with different apps from the marketplace
Oo there is no dislike but yes for custom design I have to hire huble expert Or you can learn also
It provides me various features which solves lot in my life like. I can schedule posts based on different conditions.
The simplicity of the tool and the intuitive processes developed specifically useful for B2B marketers who need to create forms, generate inbound leads, nurture them with relevant content automatically etc.
Hubspot is good but pricing is a bit high for smaller businesses. Therefore, the databse that you're allowed to storage might not be enough for companies who put a lot of effort in generating lots of leads with inbound marketing activities.
integrating submission forms for events, newsletters and any other inbound marketing activities. It also enables us to filter leads according to our target persona, market and industry specifications we decide to target, etc.
The automation allows me to set my clients up for success and keep their data clean and actively up to date. Being able to send emails, post on social, sort contact data, create website forms, etc all from one platform makes me job much easier.
Previewing social posts could be improved from the calendar view. It would be nice to be able to see the post from the calendar view without having to click into it.
Workflows have made it easy to change unengaged contacts to become non-marketing contact; new contacts are nurtured with out 5 email sequence; etc. The integration with various apps have made working with clients various techstacks easy to navigate.
- Incredibly complete product, allows you to manage and analyze most of your marketing channels in one place. - Built with marketers in mind
- Automation and contact management can be a bit hard to get a hold of.
Make sense of your lead generation (ads + organic social) and lead nurturing efforts in an organized way.
Hubspot's Smart Content feature for emails and landing pages makes it so I can show unique information, forms, and images to specific people based on different contact lists. I love this.
CTA buttons. I use them in every upsell email because they're certainly more enjoyable than other button-links, but the CTA system is pretty clunky compared to how smooth much of Hubspot is. I know Hubspot plans to improve, though, and they care about their users. I know this because they sent a survey a couple of weeks ago to get feedback specifically on CTA buttons.
We're improving accuracy in knowing who we're reaching and not reaching. Reporting helps us track our new contacts, and it does well in showing the sources of new connections, such as Salesforce or other integrations and offline sources. A/B testing is also straightforward with the way we can set it up and automate it.
Lead tracking. From the top of the funnel all the way to the bottom
Attribution fails from different platofrms. Like Google ADs and LinkedIn
Sales tracking
I enjoy using the several templates for building landing pages, email newsletters, etc.
Sometimes there are limits or restrictions within the email templates I use.
Hubspot is helping us connect with our customers and promote our brand and solutions.
HubSpot has impacted our awareness endeavors exponentially. The easy to use interface is innovating our marketing efforts and has allowed us to create full campaigns all within one platform.
There is nothing I would change about HubSpot, but wish we had more bandwith on our internal team to develop more content.
We struggled with being so niche in our industrial manufacturing sector that we stuck to antiquated ways of communicating and advertising - by word of mouth. The Marketing Hub has allowed us to be well-rounded and modernize our brand significantly. The product constantly innovates the space, and our internal team and customers recognize the impact.
I enjoy the automations and how easy they are to help streamline processes
Some of the tools that you can use for Sales Hub would be useful on the Marketing Hub side
streamlining processes
Ability to deliver, manage and track all of my emails, blogs, landing pages, advertisements and other marketing campaigns on one platform.
I honestly don't know if I dislike anything ... the platform is amazing.
Tracking my email marketing, tracking top-of-funnel brand and marketing initiatives all the way to conversions.
The HubSpot workflows are easy to use and make campaign integration into Salesforce simple. The UI makes it simple for non-technical team members to self serve. I have been using HubSpot for over seven years and they are constantly making improvements.
UTM reporting is terrible and with the move away from cookies, this needs to improve. The Microsoft ads integration is non-existent, which is a big oversight and causes much more work for my team.
We are able to track our marketing spend and integrate to Salesforce for a full picture of our marketing ROI. Sending emails, scheduling social and gating our content is a breeze with HubSpot.
The implementation team has provided fantastic assistance in getting our new marketing automation through HubSpot up and running. They provide a full suite of options to help solve a plethora of business needs and integrate seamlessly with other tools.
To be honest, my company has just started working with HubSpot, and so far, there have not been any hiccups or reasons to dislike. Well done!
Until now, my company has never had an official marketing automation tool, and they are helping us provide visibility into new sales leads and insight on how our customers are engaging with our brand.
We love all of the capabilities that HubSpot offers. The surveys, forms, chat bot, email marketing are some of our favorite features.
For email marketing, we do not have as much design capability as some of our previous softwares..
HubSpot marketing is allowing us to have many of our most used functions on one single software. This is so easy, cost effective, and time efficient.
The facilities and intuititive tools for our team
I love everything about HubSpot! is the best all in one marketing solution
Automatizatiosn give to our sales team many facilities
All the tools I need are centrally located and easy to use.
I haven't yet found something I dislike.
I can publish blog content and quickly put it up on social media accounts.
The social media integrations and the blog posting capabilities
Would like the ability to track content analytics easier
IT makes things much faster with easy to track visibility
I love using the social tab of HubSpot to create campaigns, track performance & create and schedule content.
I would love if more social platforms were added to the HubSpot scheduling options. For example, Google Business Profile or Pinterest.
Showing our clients their real time results!
The UX is so friendly and customizable to meet my needs.
The only downside I think would b ethe cost for Professional or Enterprise level tiers.
It makes email marketing easier to analyze and improve.
I like how I can see all of my email analytics, schedule my sends, A/B test, and much more.
I do not like the lack of creativity I get to have when I'm creating an email. I wish there were more features, graphics, and formatting options to play around with and make emails stand out.
HubSpot is a place where I can house all of my emails, send all of them, create lists, keep all campaigns, see how my campaigns and emails are doing and much more. Without HubSpot, I would be unorganized, clueless, and unable to create meaningful customer journeys through email.
