HubSpot has native integration with almost any other system that we want to use, a clear understanding of the platform and a very good way to keep everything organised in one place.
Some of the updates are very useful, but I wish they would be communicated beforehand.
Planning campaigns, contact records, lists are very helpful when it comes to keeping track of all the activities and the workflows are one of the best tools to use within HubSpot.
Modern working requires agile software and HubSpot enables exactly that, building transparent processes whilst being able to track progress closely.
There is not much that I dislike but sometimes when it comes to providing a customized view it can become a bit tedious setting things up.
MArketing Hub enabled us to contact influencers at scale and achieve organic growth that was not possible to achieve without using this software
Workflow and automation are the best ones to use. Easy to understand a lot of things due to youtube videos and the academy. CRM and sales team can work together to slove problem.
To be honest nothing much to dislike sometime the log in issue. And social media postings can be improved when you post anything on facebook it adds black border on both the side.
The issues we are used to facing are CRM tools and one-point solutions for all the leads that we get and pass to the sales team. It helped to increase our business and collaboration an faster way.
I find the workflows very useful as a tool to engage with current, past and future clients.
The email tool can be more powerful as well as the marketing contact structure which could be more intuitive and less punishing with marketing contact tiers.
Communication efficiencies. Keeping track of communication and contacts and being able to see their activity and how they engage with our advertising and communication.
My favorite part about Hubspot is the ability to integrate all of our team's marketing strategies within one hub. To access my CRM, CMS + email platform within a single-sign-on. Not just the ease of access makes me a Hubspot fan, but the fully equipped training platform is a huge asset. If you are comparing CRM systems, Hubspot has it all. We are a small business and Hubspot has been and will continue to be instrumental to our business' growth. Forever will I be a fan of Hubspot!
My only qualm with Hubspot is the limited design capabilities for website and landing page design and API integration. The integration with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising could also be improved to be more robust.
Hubspot takes the myriad of marketing platforms that used to exist separately (CMS, Email platform, CRM) and houses them under one umbrella for our entire team. This helps data flow seamlessly from team to team and tackling cross-department projects much easier. Thank you, Hubspot for making my day-to-day much easier.
The Marketing Hub allows our marketing team to do everything we need in one place, including blogs, landing pages, social media, and campaign tracking. Its tools are very easy to understand, and HubSpot has a plethora of wonderful resources on their site to help you learn.
I would love to see more options from HubSpot when it comes to customizing campaign tracking and UTMs. We create our UTMs a bit differently for internal purposes, and HubSpot seems to overwrite the UTMs we use if a campaign is attached to an email or landing page.
Giving us one central platform for our marketing initiatives and tracking, with almost any other solution having integration options available. Custom reporting and dashboards help us and the sales team to see how we are meeting our goals.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is insanely robust in its feature offerings and capabilities, and yet somehow manages to be pretty easy to learn. And when I don't know how to do something, a quick search on HubSpot or Google more often than not, provides me with the answer I was looking for, allowing me to look like a total rockstar to my team :)
Because the system can do SO much, it's often hard to know the full breadth of its capabilities, which can cause you to miss out on certain opportunities. One thing I do really dislike is the inability to make certain changes/updates to contact records in bulk. Not the end of the world, just frustrating and time-consuming.
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is saving us a lot of time, for sure. Being able to create automated workflows for an endless variety of instances and needs has been amazing, and really helped us streamline what we're doing.
What I like most about hubspot is that the workflow allows me to do things in a short time.

It solves the problem of having to classify users. Thanks to the workflow, it is possible to move them from one state to another automatically depending on specific characteristics. It's great!
Hubspot covers all of our marketing needs. From customized landing pages, email workflows, and social media, Hubspot allows us to bring all of our Marketing tools into one easy-to-use platform! Not to mention the endless number of integrations Hubspot offers! I can't imagine Marketing without it!

Hubspot solves the problem of multiple platforms for running campaigns, social media, email and workflows and so much more. Our team can stay organized with everything all under one "hub" (pun intended).
The drag and drop features make building a landing page/website super easy. There are lots of great templates to start from with several pre-built modules. It has several features similar to lower-cost alternatives (like WIX, etc.). The email capabilities are way better though with Hubspot. Lower-cost alternatives simply can't handle the contact management that Hubspot provides.
It's expensive, and you can get a lot of similar features for lower-cost alternatives (for landing/web pages).
We needed a tool for email design and contact management. The drag and drop features have been amazing! We are spending less time sifting through email design code and more time working on automations and workflows, which has been really great for our marketing reach. We like how the landing pages integrate well with all of our automations and email.
I love that you can do so much with it is a great tool for measurement you don't need many tools to do it, HubSpot has it all and every day I learn something new that helps me optimize and automate my campaigns. I also love their customer service and tech support, they are friendly and do everything to help you.
I like everything about the tool. I just wish I know everything that the tool can do so I can get the best of it.

Our current plan limits marketing contacts, which has been an issue only because we have started so much more outreach due to Hubspot. Not a bad thing, but something to think about before signing up for a specific plan.
We are able to reach our prospects and leads in a new and simpler way. I love that we are able to track more than we ever have before.

The client and customer list creation and execution concepts are still a bit tricky for me. I would very much enjoy additional videos and content describing how to use your system.

Automation, analytics, insights. Making dynamic and active lists based off of user data is so important for us
it's perfect, nothing stands out. I wish there was a way to integrate forms within emails, but thats it.

I've used Hubspot Marketing Hub and also Marketing Hub Professional for almost 5 years now and I think the workflow feature is the best asset. Besides this, the drag-and-drop landing page editor is intuitive and easy to use.
I don't have a particular thing in mind. For me, Hubspot is a complete marketing automation tool, as I've used features like email marketing, workflows, landing pages, deals, lead scoring and social to cover all the marketing activities in my previous and actual marketing roles.
Now I use a bundle of Hubspot Marketing Hub and Hubspot CMS and they match our actual needs. We nurture our leads by using follow-up automated emails and we create more complex landing pages for our marketing campaigns.
I enjoy the hubspot academy and the marketing blogs.
There are a few limited design aspects to the landing pages, forms and pop-ups. The reports are a little tricky to get use to.

The option to master tools and concepts behind it via Hubspot academy is a gamechanger. All the marketing tools are easy to use via the drag&drop functionality. It also has excellent customer support, all tickets and addressed and solved immediately.
It can have a little more customizability in terms of existing templates. To add different button styles, image effects are some of the features that would be useful.
It is helping us solve the slow loading time of the website through landing pages. The landing pages are bringing us many leads. The forms automation feature is helping us to send personalized emails based on actions to our customers & prospects.
