All the information is in one easy-to-navigate place. It is pretty user-friendly and intuitive, and if you are having trouble the customer service is really helpful!
The ticket notifications could be a bit better, I find that they can be easy to miss.
It is helping us organize our customers, and track deals. We now have a self-serve knowledge base for customers with built-in user analytics.
I love how quickly support is provided, and quickly they are able to provide awnsers to any questions.

They have helped me with lots of different issues but one of the biggest has been support on how to create a knowladge base. Timely support was very important here as I was working to create more support for our clients. Hubsport support directly helped me create better support for my companies clients.
I like that it is very organized and it has many functions that make my job faster. Customer support is much easier to organize and keep track of. The email integration is particularly useful. I've got to say that my favorite feature is the option to create tasks, it helps me stay organized. I also like how easy it is to pass tickets and communicate with the other departments through the platform. It is easy to implement, I learned to use the platform quickly and now I use it almost every day.
I get quite a lot of notifications that aren't very helpful.

As a user, HubSpot is simple to use, easy to implement and customise. It has simplified our sales/renewals process and the knowledge base has been a game changer!

it is a smooth platform to use. Everything is right at the fingertips to find and making changes to the current process' are easy to do.
I would like a dark mode. I find the screen quite bright and having dark mode helps me stay focused throughout my work day

As of right now, I don't have any dissatisfaction with HubSpot Service Hub. They have done such an excellent job solving my issues and even provided a plethora of information to help me and my team.
We wanted to incorporate automation that can help us not miss any inquiries who come in and want to work with us. The automation and workflows help us focus on the relationship with the customer rather than the housekeeping details.
I find it very effective and efficient to use, it keeps all of our information organized and allows you to see organize what is happening with pipelines/sales and contact information/history.
Nothing! Hubspot is easy to use and is very organized, a great solution for sales teams that need to organize thier records and information. Being able to see everything, such as email records, is important for a sales team to work togther effectively.
It is solving communication problems for our organization and clients - it allows us as users to communicate directly with customers, keeping records organized and clear.
The service hub allows you to add all the bells and whistles that you generally get through other platforms (i.e. intercom, etc.), but allows you to keep it centrally located within your CRM.
The UI and interface of the Knowledge Base can be improved to allow for further customizations. Would be great if we can add additional customizations that does not require coding and/or scripts.
Hubspot is giving us all the add-ons that we would generally source elsewhere from varying platforms in one central hub. We can add a Help Desk, Live Chat, etc. without having to worry about additional subscriptions. Again, the Live Chat within hubspot is great as we can put those individuals directly into our CRM and start automated sequences. Huge plus with the CRM integration.
It's a useful way to contact and keep track of customers.
The search bar sometimes does not function.
It helps us keep track of sales funnels! We're able to spot users who need to be contacted. I'd say I'm more productive using hubspot, and our business performance has increased.
