The addition to SMS capability and the ease of use creating templates for email campaigns
Difficulty creating Automation for email campaigns
The simplicity of transition from Sharp Spring and creating appointments interrated to my Corporate Gmail Account
I love the automations and how easy it is to keep track of all my contacts
I would prefer the Tags & Forms to be in the left-hand menu for easier access
1) Getting ore clients using the automations/funnels and processes 2) Email distribution -can plan ahead, and they go out when I set them to 3) the eas of building funnels
The customer service team is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to help with anything I need! I love feeling confident that they're able to help with any support or questions I have.
I can't really think of anything! The occasional longer hold times.
The ease of sending broadcasts and contacting clients is awesome! We've kept all client billing very organized and streamlined with Infusionsoft.
The campaign builder is incredible. If you're creative enough and know how to use the software (takes time) you can automate ANYTHING for your marketing strategies. One thing that doesn't get much attention is the Actionsets module. It's a legacy tool in the system but man does it do a lot! Actionsets expand all possibilities. The amount of third-party software available is definitely necessary for most campaigns and worth the cost, especially the integration ones such as PlusThis, Zapier, LeadsBridge.
The Email Broadcasts interface should offer more options to customize the marketing emails. Right now it does enough but there's so much more it needs. I often have to add my own code to the email to make things look a certain way. The Legacy Email Templates deserve a little upgrade too, the interface looks very 2000s and often breaks the formatting if you don't know how to use it.
The interface update for the My Day page looks good but has many issues that are affecting the sales people's performance. We're working with our account manager and tech support to get them to fix it.
Campaigns and automation are where Keap outshines many CRMs I used in the past. I love that I set up campaigns 3 years ago, and new subs are finding me on my blog and still getting those same emails I wrote 3 years ago. Set it up once, get results for a lifetime.
It can be overwhelming to learn, but Keap offers amazing support through their online portal and live chat. I have always been able to find the support I needed on these two ways to get in touch with Keap. There's a phone line to call, but I am a millennial and prefer chat or DIY tutorials over calls.
1. Automation. Before Keap, I was constantly trying to stay on top of things. With Keap's automation tools, I created different campaigns to keep my clients happy and use broadcasts when I have something new to share. 2. Keap can be a GREAT tool if you're looking for all in one CRM. Keap handles your contacts; you can send invoices, collect payments, and much more with keap. 3. Keap stays up to the industry standards with the latest email marketing regulations, so you as a business owner can trust that you won't break any rules with the big tech email giants. Thank you, Team Keap!
I love the email automation. Saves me HOURS each week. The Pipeline is where I live.
I cant view Companies as well as I would like. Keap makes you use the customer instead of the company. My crew hates this, as the calendar scheduler populates with customers instead of Companies. The Dashboard needs some improvements, and some filtering improvements. Lots of drawbacks but lots of plus factors too. Worth it.
Email Automation is the winner for me
Reporting features that I can plug into dashboards and show all the necessary information around a product or promotion
Some difficulties in the referral partner settings and reporting. Specifically around wanting to see reports around specific product purchases and commission programs.
Customer automations of emails related to product purchases. Tagging of clients for proper fulfillment and reporting. Affiliates selling our products.
the flexibility and ways you can track certain things
not compatible with Calyx Point. Keap is great though
the fact that keap has answers to many different ways to solve the problem
We can keep track of our clients so much easier than our last software. I would highly recommend Keap to other businesses.
There is not anything that I don't like.
We are solving the problem of not keeping in communication with our patients. We can see if and when our patients opened an email, and it helps us know if they are engaged or not.
Automation and tags is a better characteristic off app
the reports are very bad visual. the problem of not having a tag or opening is too bad too
Time spend
