You can do basically anything with infusionsoft
I find that it frequently goes "down" and we aren't ever notified that there will be maintenance happening so it's just in the middle of my workday that it'll go down for an unknown period of time

What I like best about KEAP is... EVERYTHING!!! Like, I love that I can text AND email in the same system. I love using KEAP to set my appointments, create invoices and integrate my online merchant provider to receive payments. I love setting up marketing automation that frees up my time to do the recurring tasks that I no longer have to do or hire someone to do for me! I love that KEAP has integrated landing pages, so I don't have to re-invent the wheel each time I want or need to launch a new targeted campaign. Frankly, I invested over ten years of my life and over $850,000 in building my own SMS & email platform... I am now using KEAP... what's that communicate to you? It should share everything because it matters!!!!
What I don't like so much about KEAP is... well... as a newer certified partner, I feel like there are too many logins and places to go to get the information I need when I need it. Admittedly, KEAP is an extremely robust platform, so I come with compassion and understanding, but there are just too many places to get information. Then, when training for my Certified Partner certification, I was redirected to too many different places to watch training videos. Also, I feel that KEAP could allow us to purchase additional characters in the SMS platform. If we submit 160 characters, the cost is $.04 each SMS message, but if my SMS is between 160 and 320 characters, I would love the option to pay $.08 each. Furthermore, I think KEAP should combine their SMS text box with their eMail system at the time of broadcast so I can do it all in one window. Also, I would like to be able to edit multiple contacts all at once. But, besides these minor inconveniences, there is NOTHING I would change. It was a lot, but that is my ONLY complaint.
The main problem we're solving by using KEAP is combing our systems together in one place... It's a CRM tool, a communication tool, a workflow tool, an appointment tool and much, much more... all in one simple system!!!!

Contact management and prospect creation
Keap is at it best for their automation. I love how easy it is to setup weekly reminders for my clients, lead generation campaigns and even all the emails that need to go out to all members of my membership. It saves me a shitload of time and money.

A few years ago the development and innovation of the software seemed to have really slowed down. This created frustration for us and we openly shared this with Keap. Over the past year, we've seen a 180 on the product development speed and have been delighted with the number of new features and product innovation that's being consistently released!

The best part of this software is that it's so versatile we've seen success leveraging Keap to capture and convert leads more efficiently, along with getting paid faster and making more money for every type of business (product-based, service-based, online, or brick-and-mortar businesses).
The Campaign Builder (Advanced Automations) is a super powerful tool for automating tasks, including marketing. Because I know certain leads are very likely to be interested in certain products, I can use this feature to automate the delivery of timely emails. Putting the offer in front of these leads at the exact right time increases conversion rates. Now that I have the campaign created, I don't have to do anything -- I just receive the order received notifications!
Not a lot to dislike here, it's a very capable system, and the support options (online documentation, chat, phone, facebook, etc.) make it possible to overcome any challenges you run into.
It's a sales and marketing automation solution, and no doubt it helps me take care of both of those handily. Keap helps me keep in touch with my clients with the right message at the right time, and that, for me, translates into increased sales.
How easy it is to maintain a database of 4200 and incorporating campaigns, etc., for marketing purposes. Seriously, I'd be lost without this software. I love being able to categorize people into separate groups to receive different messaging, the ease of updating, and the terrific campaigns are the best!
Not much, in fact I can't think of anything. This software works so well for my entire brokerage! I assume you have the ability to text, but I haven't incorporated that yet.
Benefits are numerous, targeted marketing to different audiences, campaigns with grace and ease, MyDay is invaluable, and notes and tasks are easy!
