Perfectly set up tool that never whacks you. I used to work with the other cold outreach tools, and they all had one feature: lots of functions, and not a single works properly. Mailshake does not have an automated email scraper, but it does a great job in setting up the campaigns.

Inability to edit the templates outside of the campaign, and integration with Zapier sometimes makes me sad. I'd better make the direct integration with the Google Sheets via API.

What I like the best is the easy use of the software. It makes writing emails more fun & I really enjoy using Mailshake everyday. The customer service is also very good. They are so responsive when getting back to you. The support is there 100%.

What I dislike is honestly nothing at all.

Simple straightforward platform. Great support - free review of the campaign. Great blog, although that could be a bit better, although giving free advice is not their business. Pricing is very competitive as well.

Tracking link clicks - they provide this feature but then they say this could get negative marking from google but then how do other companies do it. Maybe everyone faces this issue but only these guys are upfront about it.

Getting more clients.

I was sceptical at first. Thinking no this is just another platform for me to spam connection. But after using it once I was blown away by the results. I had an average campaign, that yielded some good results. But what was more amazing, the fact that one of the team members spent the time to create a video reviewing my campaign and gave me some great help!

At first, it took me a little bit to understand, as any platform does. Their customer onboarding took care of that really quickly.

Leads, we need more leads. (As does everyone). Even if our campaign failed (Which is didn't) I would still recommend this service. Because one of the team will jump on and help you become successful. For the price, we pay we don't deserve any attention. But the team doesn't care if you pay 1,000 a month of barely anything they are always there to help out!

How helpful everyone is when I have a question. This tool is hands down the best investment I’ve ever made.

I love how easy it is to set up rules for different email chains, and track the open and bounce rates.

Mailshake has given us a way to send out many emails and make them look personalized and professional. It saves our reps a ton of time.

Mailshake is amazing. We are using it for outbound email and getting outstanding open rates and reply rates. We also use it for emails to users during the trial period of the product - I love how it automatically pauses people when they have replied to a message. The link tracking that points to a subdomain is an amazing feature too.

I wish that it would pause not just drips but also new emails when someone replied. I also wish it was easier to pause all the contacts at one company and generally manage outbound to different contacts at one company.

Mailshake is our go-to tool for outbound cold email as well as converting trial customers down the funnel.

Ease of use, multi-user access, great reporting and interface. It is very easy to use and train staff in the software. The whole design is simple, extremely friendly with all the tools I need. Most important is the deliverability and open rates on email. A lot of this is down to the quality of the list, but I have no issues as it connects directly to my legit google business account to send.

About the platform, really hard pressed to find anything, I think the limitations and price are very fair. Being very nitpicky, I would like to see some pre-formatted campaign reporting or summary notifications in the future, and further integration with other platforms.

Being able to schedule and automate sequences in other time zones is huge. Absolute godsend software. It completely takes the pain away from my team having to worry about the delivery method. We can very quickly build an outreach project or re-engagement with this tool.

The best thing I like is that it's very easy to use and easy to connect your Gmail Accounts

Automation of follow up

The platform itself is easy to use and intuative, but the best thing is the customer service! The team are always willing to help me out with clear screenshots to find relevant items on the platform. I really appreciate this type of customer service as it makes me want to continue using the platform!

Clearer reports would be ideal, but to be honest, they're fully comprehensive currently. It would also be great to have a feature that other memebers of my team can access the reports without accessing the sequences.

Mailshake is a wonderful tool that has made it easy for me to send cold email campaigns. The tool is very user-friendly and easy-to-use. Also, reports generated are easy to analyse.

Availability of help and guidance by Mailshake staff. People that teach the classes are actually available to reach out and help troubleshoot issues. They end up knowing who you are and are willing to take the time to help you get where you need to be. You're not left waiting for a reply, they are on top of things quickly and willing to help you learn. They won't leave you hanging or struggling. Andrea has been more than helpful and accommodating. Having people like her that are willing to go the extra mile make the process much easier and less stressful.

In the beginning, I struggled a lot to get started. I struggled with warming up emails, writing out a proper email, etc. But Mailshake, and specifically Andrea, never gave up on me.

Being able to reach out to local prospects effectively

Cold outreach can be very annoying. This tool helped me love cold emailing because it saved me so much time and energy from sending emails individually. It also makes tracking my performance much easier.

The UX has become less easy overtime. A lot of changes to the platform that I believe aren't needed.

It helps me create email campaigns and follow-ups for hundreds of prospects and track my performance. I like that I can also personalize emails for each prospect if needed.

Of all the mail sequencing products, this one is the easiest and most intuitive 2) The ability to have a prospect in more than one sequence at the same time 3) They recommend changes to email content to increase deliverability 4) Support: you get great support from them. I had a zapier+Mailshake integration issue and they resolved it and followed up to make sure I was happy with the fix.

Mailshake does not allow you to have a free admin account to manage your users. You have to either sign up for a paid account, or you have to use the email address of one of your users which isn't the best solution. This is not a show-stopper but something to be aware of, especially since other solutions do over you an admin seat.

Intuitive and easy to use with minimal hassle. Good onboarding procedures with the company and frequent check ins to ensure your using it optimally. Happy with the service overall.

Nothing yet to complain about, this was the best out of several competitors we looked at.

* Easy to set up * Has an email list cleaning tool built into the product * Stats are straight forward and all that you need to run a successful email campaign * Easy to export contacts so you can import into another program if needed.

* Price is on the higher side * While the stats are good, they could be better with type of device etc. This is more of a nice to have and I'm adding it mainly because this review site makes me type a minium and I don't have too many negative things to say.

It does what it sets out to do, it allows me to send emails from my email account vs sending in a broadcast. This saves a TON of time vs. having to send hundreds of emails a day manually.

Mailshake is good investmet, you can make smooth your daily email activity. I most like customization part in Mailshake.

Mailshake has awesome customer service and their staff is very helpful. They proactively reach out to give me ideas on ways to improve my campaigns which is great.

The phone call and LinkedIn features are less automated and a bit clunky. I also wish there were more ways to clean up the campaigns and prospects in a bulk fashion rather than one by one.

Mailshake helps me reach out to prospects in mass and with consistency. By using Mailshake, I can reach out to 50 - 200 new leads per week and send follow-up emails to all my active leads.

Being able to construct multiple email campaigns and run them from various accounts. Great reporting features as well. I like the schedule view and being able to track and manage leads in the software.

There is a feature that lets you know if recipients are in another campaign which is great! However, even when I archive past campaigns, that feature will still flag if recipients have been in a previous campaign. Normally, if I archive a campaign it's because its been completed a while ago so I do not mind having the same recipients in my new campaigns. A workaround for this is to delete old campaigns, but I prefer saving them so all my data is stored in one place!

Mass cold sales outreach. Mailshake is a huge contributor to our overall sales growth. It saves us time.

What I like about Mailshake is that it is an easy to use SaaS platform designed explicitly for cold email outreach, and I can develop and launch my email campaigns with ease knowing that it will reach my intended contacts, gives me the analytics that makes sense, and helps to ensure a great ROI on my time and efforts

Maybe not a dislike, but I haven't yet figured out how to integrate the results from my Mailshake campaigns into my other main business CRM when they become a warm lead and a prospect that I want to stay in contact with through our ongoing messaging.

The problem that Mailshake helps me solve is how to contact and connect with prospects with cold email so that the connection request is genuine and it is received, by the recipient, converts well and minimizes the amount of opt-outs I may get
