With Mailshake you can easily create different campaigns and I like that the user interface is so clear and logical.

The only thing I would like to see from Mailshake would be the integration of more third party apps.

For our agency it is important that we can send out a lot of emails automatically and according to a certain time grid. With Mailshake this is very easy and uncomplicated.

Our team uses Mailshake for both cold outreach and for sending email newsletters to all of our customers. Those are radically different objectives, and Mailshake is fantastic for both of these purposes!

Mailshake has continued to evolve over the years since I first started using it. Honestly, there isn't anything that I don't like about Mailshake at this point.

Mailshake makes it easy for me to personalize cold outreach campaigns and keep track of potential leads. More than that, it is also a great tool for onboarding email campaigns for existing customers, as well as newsletters for existing customers.

Mailshake is a top-notch tool that is both simple and elegant. The user interface is well-designed and it is highly effective in delivering results. The team behind Mailshake is also a major highlight, they are dedicated and highly knowledgeable, making the overall experience even better. One of the things I like best about Mailshake is its simplicity. The tool is easy to use, even for those with limited experience in this area. It is straightforward, yet powerful, and the results it delivers are impressive.

One area for improvement would be in the classification and interpretation of responses. Some responses are automated, but are being treated as human. This can be a hindrance when trying to determine the effectiveness of a campaign. It would be great if there was a way to change the classification within the app and continue the campaign for individual recipients.

I've tried a number of different platforms like Mailshake, and most of them are quite limited in functionality, difficult to use/setup, or just plain bad. Mailshake is powerful, easy to use, and dramatically expands my capabilities to send large volumes of personalize emails right from my inbox. It's great.

Price is probably the only main complaint I have. Every software could improve in most areas, but Mailshake does pretty well at most things. I'd like to see more functionality around decision trees to send different messages depending on whether the recipient did or did not open the previous email.

We have large contact lists of prospects that we want to send targeted, personalized emails to (NOT marketing emails out of a Klaviyo) straight out of our inboxes. Mailshake makes that possible at scale, enabling us to create drip campaigns that largely don't require any attention once they are setup and turned on. Saves hours and hours and hours of time manually writing each or even copy pasting a templated response.

I contacted Mailshake support team expecting that they would take more than a day to respond, and I was incredibly pleased to see that someone from their team replied to me in less than an hour. Throughout the day, they assisted with my questions and gave me a solution to our problem.

I have no comment regarding something that needs to be improved.

The issues we were having were related to their API. In most cases, we received timeout responses due to the amount of information being processed since the queries were not limiting enough to the data that had to be processed. In this case, their team suggested filtering the information per campaign, making the results much more efficient.

Mailshake provides everything we need for effective email outreach.

No monthly plans. Other than that, there is nothing we dislike about the product.

Their CS team is always there to help me within like 30 mins of writing or looming them my issue. They have their developers look at what i'm trying to do and then Vidyard me solutions. Mailshake Youtube is awesome

The automation feature still hasn't been released, which would really help me complete my sales tasks. Also, if they could come out with a feature, where you could organize all your hot and medium leads to the top of each campaign instead of scrolling through the whole page, that would be really helpful. Other than that, it's a great tool!

I'm looking forward to their updates. I really like that you can utilize mail cleaning in the tool, where other cold email platforms dont offer that service. Plus warm-up. It helps me stay within one tool instead of bopping around to do different tasks.

No "downsides" really... I feel like a little more real world education of how to use functions like the exit goals could be useful, but not a complaint. They show you how to set up exits, but not the odds that if someone has opened 5 and clicked 3 they're more likely to close/engage than someone who only clicked one

Everything tbh. The functionality, the outputs, the settings, the sequences. Everything is on point. There's no doubt it has increased our ROAS each year in the company.

The pricing for bulk. We recently wanted to do the same for 10 emails and the price just went 10x for that. We are looking for alternate to do our bulk tasks but for 1 email, would say the tools works awesome.

We mostly do linkbuilding as we work in SEO industry. Our challenge is scheduling emails and make them look like real humans and customizing them properly. Hence we use mailshake to outreach to webmasters to get backlinks for our and client websites.

I love that I can set up a sequence of emails that will automatically be sent to my prospects every few days. It cleans out bad email addresses so I am not wasting time on deal leads. It makes me a list of anyone who has opened the email. A historic record for every lead. It helps me write smart content and suggest content that prevents emails from landing in spam. The dash board is great for taking action in the right direction. Because of all the cleanup and help...my open rates are finally fantastic. Once you use it... you cannot go back to not having Mailshake. Best tool discovery!

I like using Mailshake for the number of marketing templates and the level of engagements the comes out of it.

Very easy & straightforward process to set up automated cold email outreach. The interface is very user-friendly & it's very easy to set everything up. In the process, Mailshake even gives advice on how to improve the performance of your campaigns.

It's a bit expensive if you compare it to the other tools. Especially if you want to use multiple email accounts to send out emails. But it's definitely worth it.

The dialer seems to have poor call quality about once every 10 calls as the person on the other end says my voice is breaking up.

Getting started from scratch with ouremail outreach.

The reporting in the software helps me get the answers I need to accomplish a better open rate. It took a few days to find my way around, but now it's very easy. I was using another platform called SalesHandy and my open rate was in the low teens. When I started sending through Mailshake, the open rate went up to above 50% and sometimes as high as 80% on individual days. The ability to archive campaigns so you can see what's running and what's finished is also very helpful, and less distracting. When you copy text into an email and it brings in formatting that creates bad code in the background, Mailshake will let you know and offer a better cleaned-up option (Nice). The search function works great also. Many times I'm looking for a prospect to see what campaign they were in and when I pull that prospect up, it shows the campaign and also all the info that I uploaded for that prospect (very helpful). Lead Catcher is another favorite of mine. You can set any criteria that will define a lead. So I've set it up that when someone replies to an email, it creates a lead. You can also set it up so if they look at the email a certain amount of times or other criteria. Nice feature. You can also reply to them right in the software. One of my all-time favorites is the warmup feature that comes with the subscription. I can set the number of emails per day to warm up a new email and it will automatically send emails to real people and get replied to by real people. They start off with a small number of emails and slowly increase it to the number you would like to achieve. This is very helpful in getting a zero bounce rate. Another feature that I use is setting up how many emails to go out each day and what days NOT to send emails, like weekends. This feature is great for setting it and forgetting until it's done.

My main dislike about Mailshake is their list cleaning tool VoilaNorbert. The tool gives a subscriber a large number of free cleans which is nice. It's also built-in which makes it easy. However, when using it my bounce rate was as high as 15%. When I went back to my Salshandy cleaning tool it dropped down to 3%. So going forward, after my prepaid Salshandy cleans are used up, I'll be trying other third-party list cleaning services. By the way, I did contact VoilaNorbert to complain about the high bounce rate. They responded by asking me the names of the lists I've been cleaning which I provided. They could not suggest any reason why my bounce rate was high. End of story.

The problem I was having with a previous email platform was emails not getting to prospect inboxes. That was due mainly in part because the code in the background of the email was very heavy. This caused email servers to put my emails into spam. So with the clean code in the emails from Mailshake, my emails are getting into inboxes and my open rate has improved. The lack of reporting in a previous platform made it difficult to determine how my campaigns were performing. Mailshake has fixed that with their excellent reporting.

Campaign set-up and follow-ups. The ease of use. Everything is neatly organized for me in my dashboard.

I really like everything 100%. I can't think of anything else.

I now have 12 clients because what we did before for them, with my two VAs is now automated and works like a clock. I can reach out to new clients now and add 8 more.

The first SAAS that eliminated one of my biggest problem and that's consistent outreach that's safe and white hat ready!

I wish it was a middle tier for how many e-mail could be sent per day. But it's not real problem, because my email accounts feel safe.

Consistent outreach

We are using this soft for a long time. it means it's the best price and quality pick. Easy soft, easy connections with emails and works smoothly and good deliverability. Won many clients using it.

Don't like that I can't select all prospects who didn't open emails and add them to another campaign. Only available by selecting one by one. Don't like it when you create a new campaign with the wizard, first you need to add a prospects list before sequence and before making its draft. Also would like if we could change campaign sending times on different dates, like on Mondays we use one time, on Thursdays we use another time. Now it's only available for one time for the whole week.

Everything works great, just need a few additional functions like those written above.

I love the fact that I can send emails directly to the inbox of my prospects as if it was sent directly from my gmail account and not from a mailing campaign. From all the different tools I tried, it is by far the one that got me the most open rates and the most replies.

I don't like the fact that we can't add attachments to the emails sent.

It allows me to contact thousands of prospects and setup automated follow up extremely fast and easy.

Cold emailing to industries.

I really like that you can send an entire campaign without the hassle of individually typing emails. Very easy to upload an excel sheet of contacts right into the software.

It did take me a while to figure out how to correctly and efficiently use the tool. And it is still important to double-check that the software correctly input all of the contact's names.

Mailshake solves the problem of it taking forever to get a media campaign out the door. The tool allows me to prioritize other important aspects of the campaign and the whole team works more efficiently.

It is easy to use. You can see that the company put a lot of thought into the software. I am very happy with the software. I also like the extension to Hubspot.

It's expensive, but worth every dollar :-)
