Easy to use and customizable -- I love the available features and the dedicated team that helps me anytime I have a question. They do a fantastic job at displaying what campaigns are running and who the recipients are and give you complete control.
In comparison to other tools - I have not found another product that has the biggest bang for your buck with comparable features. I have been using Mailshake for years.
I am a one-person show, so definitely having Mailshake reach out to my clients for me and touch in with them makes all the difference when it comes to checking in and communication.
I really enjoy the efficiency of cold outreach mailshake provides. The automated follow ups, emails tracking, and even the ability to track unsubscribes is useful.
I think the price is a little steep, and I wish there were pre-loaded email templates that were industry-specific. It would also be nice if they partnered with zoom info or rocket reach.
Mailshake is solving my cold outreach problems. The warm up your email tool kept google sending all my emails to spam. Also since the system tracks un-subscribes, it keeps me from sending unwanted emails.

When I had certain issues, the mailshake customer support definitely helped instantly instead of taking a few days to get back. I also enjoy how smooth it is in sending out emails. Even a grandma can use it haha !
Nothing honestly, been very an amazing experience thus far.
Acquiring new clients for my business and mailshake has helped a ton with tips and tricks.
They have a comprehensive onboarding and then twice weekly group session you can jump on to ask any burning question and get answers instantly.
Sometimes their email customer support can be slow. Can sometimes take all day or into the next day to get an answer, which is why I just plan to jump into the group sessions.

I love the simplicity and functionality of the tool. The ability to move all data through campaigns and into tasks is amazing - super easy to use.
I don't love the customer support process.
We have made this the home for many of our sales representatives' daily activities and it's an easy way to stay on top of everything. Keeping everything in one place is necessary for newer sales reps.

Mailshake makes it easy to set up campaigns and utilize analytics to gauge effectiveness.
There's nothing I truly dislike. It would be nice to be able to export emails into our CRM easier/cleaner.
Mailshake has boosted our cold email outreach efforts. We appreciate the analytics, so we know who to focus on and who to let go.
I love the fact the software "cleans" the email addresses of the prospects that I import so that there's less risk of me using "funky" addresses and possibly being considered a spammer by my email service provider. I also appreciate the support I receive in managing email campaigns. E.g. the software stops sending automated emails to people who reply to my campaign because those replies will need a personalized response to whatever was stated or asked. Beyond that, I love the library of video tutorials. They helped me become a much better email marketer. I've even subscribed to Mailshake's YouTube channel.
I initially struggled with changing the days and times that emails went out. But Mailshake's customer support helped me out, and it's gotten much easier (I may be mored used to the system).
I didn't really know anything about the principles of email marketing. Between the automated guidance provided by the system and the tutorials, I am much savvier, and I've enjoyed email open rates that are way above the average across industries.
