Mailshake is a wonderful tool that has made it easy for me to send cold email campaigns. The tool is very user-friendly and easy-to-use. Also, reports generated are easy to analyse.

Availability of help and guidance by Mailshake staff. People that teach the classes are actually available to reach out and help troubleshoot issues. They end up knowing who you are and are willing to take the time to help you get where you need to be. You're not left waiting for a reply, they are on top of things quickly and willing to help you learn. They won't leave you hanging or struggling. Andrea has been more than helpful and accommodating. Having people like her that are willing to go the extra mile make the process much easier and less stressful.

In the beginning, I struggled a lot to get started. I struggled with warming up emails, writing out a proper email, etc. But Mailshake, and specifically Andrea, never gave up on me.

Being able to reach out to local prospects effectively

Cold outreach can be very annoying. This tool helped me love cold emailing because it saved me so much time and energy from sending emails individually. It also makes tracking my performance much easier.

The UX has become less easy overtime. A lot of changes to the platform that I believe aren't needed.

It helps me create email campaigns and follow-ups for hundreds of prospects and track my performance. I like that I can also personalize emails for each prospect if needed.

1) The ease of use of the product. Of all the mail sequencing products, this one is the easiest and most intuitive 2) The ability to have a prospect in more than one sequence at the same time 3) They recommend changes to email content to increase deliverability 4) Support: you get great support from them. I had a zapier+Mailshake integration issue and they resolved it and followed up to make sure I was happy with the fix.

Mailshake does not allow you to have a free admin account to manage your users. You have to either sign up for a paid account, or you have to use the email address of one of your users which isn't the best solution. This is not a show-stopper but something to be aware of, especially since other solutions do over you an admin seat.

Automation of email sequences so that sales reps do not have to manually create emails or remember to send a follow-up email if the prospect did not respond to the first email

Intuitive and easy to use with minimal hassle. Good onboarding procedures with the company and frequent check ins to ensure your using it optimally. Happy with the service overall.

Nothing yet to complain about, this was the best out of several competitors we looked at.

* Easy to set up * Has an email list cleaning tool built into the product * Stats are straight forward and all that you need to run a successful email campaign * Easy to export contacts so you can import into another program if needed.

* Price is on the higher side * While the stats are good, they could be better with type of device etc. This is more of a nice to have and I'm adding it mainly because this review site makes me type a minium and I don't have too many negative things to say.

It does what it sets out to do, it allows me to send emails from my email account vs sending in a broadcast. This saves a TON of time vs. having to send hundreds of emails a day manually.

Mailshake is good investmet, you can make smooth your daily email activity. I most like customization part in Mailshake.

Not any dislike, but if Mailshake team can buld a customization time zone in every email cambaigina that would be good.

Mailshake solving the manual work proces, when i start using my work become very easy.

Mailshake has awesome customer service and their staff is very helpful. They proactively reach out to give me ideas on ways to improve my campaigns which is great.

The phone call and LinkedIn features are less automated and a bit clunky. I also wish there were more ways to clean up the campaigns and prospects in a bulk fashion rather than one by one.

Mailshake helps me reach out to prospects in mass and with consistency. By using Mailshake, I can reach out to 50 - 200 new leads per week and send follow-up emails to all my active leads.

Being able to construct multiple email campaigns and run them from various accounts. Great reporting features as well. I like the schedule view and being able to track and manage leads in the software.

There is a feature that lets you know if recipients are in another campaign which is great! However, even when I archive past campaigns, that feature will still flag if recipients have been in a previous campaign. Normally, if I archive a campaign it's because its been completed a while ago so I do not mind having the same recipients in my new campaigns. A workaround for this is to delete old campaigns, but I prefer saving them so all my data is stored in one place!

Mass cold sales outreach. Mailshake is a huge contributor to our overall sales growth. It saves us time.

What I like about Mailshake is that it is an easy to use SaaS platform designed explicitly for cold email outreach, and I can develop and launch my email campaigns with ease knowing that it will reach my intended contacts, gives me the analytics that makes sense, and helps to ensure a great ROI on my time and efforts

Maybe not a dislike, but I haven't yet figured out how to integrate the results from my Mailshake campaigns into my other main business CRM when they become a warm lead and a prospect that I want to stay in contact with through our ongoing messaging.

The problem that Mailshake helps me solve is how to contact and connect with prospects with cold email so that the connection request is genuine and it is received, by the recipient, converts well and minimizes the amount of opt-outs I may get
