The AI writing tool is not very good, Shakespeare doesn't work like Reply Io so you can see the probabilities of getting an email opened.

There is no a phone number that I can ask for support. Since I am in Aisa, I have to always wait for a day to get the answer.

They do require a yearly subscription, which isn't an issue for me however, some companies may not be ready to commit for a full year.
