It's a very versatile and customizable resource. Whatever you need it to do, it's likely possible.
Only issue is too many paid add-ons to get advanced features. The core software should have more capabilities that you shouldn't have to pay for.

I love the customizability. The reporting and dashboards are beautiful and easy to use.
Doesn't integrate with my internal software but we are a proprietary based company. Would be cool to have an account manager who was dedicated to help us with creating some custom reports instead of the trial and error

For me Monday is a work tool that allows me to have instant and accurate information. It´s very easy to know the status of my processes and facilitates the monitoring of the multiple tasks that provide the daily work information.
For me the tool is very complete and in a way it is complemented with all the resources that must be acquired; maybe that is the bad thing, however I understand that it is a business model.

Monday is so flexible . . . I can have as much or little data as I need. The "Open" function that brings up the notes that are entered by date is great for free-form notes and memos. I use the next interaction date frequently to do follow-up communications.
Infrequently it opens into other areas and not the Contact List where I do my work.
Monday makes it easy to follow up with potential clients based on their needs as far as scheduling.
Formulas are a great way to automate repetitive tasks and the automations really make a difference twhen using the product
Some features are locked away under the Sales version on Monday, which would be good to have on the main version on Monday too.
