What do you like best about Nextiva?

They respond very quickly to questions and concerns I may have. I am not super tech savy and they always help me with ease. The service with the phones are great as well; I never has issues with my phone calls.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only downfall of Nextiva is not always having access to onsite help from a technician, but they are helpful through video chat or phone calls so it is ok.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we have new hires and need to set them up with new phones and conference bridges. As well as any technical issues, that tend to be the fault on our end and not their end. They will still help to the best of their ability.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Nextiva app has served me well as a business phone. I just had a problem start yesterday after using it for more than a year. I went into chat this morning and allowed remote access and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and easily. Nextiva customer service has been great and I love being able to use the chat feature to get the help I need.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I can't say there's anything I particularly dislike. It has worked very well for my office.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everyone in the office is on the go on a regular basis and being able to "take our phone with us" has been a game changer. We don't always want to give our personal cell phone numbers out to every person, so this allows us to take the office with us and this has been very helpful. The texting feature is an added bonus that we are really beginning to use more often and so far that has worked very well too!

The person that sold it to us. We had a nightmare dealing with this.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The support I received from Alina F. was beyond my expectations! She was super helpful, guided me through making the changes I needed to access all of the features, offered guidance and suggestions and was overall superior in every way! She is an asset to the company, and being this was my first interaction with Nextiva, it set the stage for me being a loyal client.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The interface for new users can be a bit intimidating, but Im sure after a while I will figure it out.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed an easy to use, reliable phone service for my business. It seems that Nextiva fits that bill and along with the superior customer support I received they seem to be my vendor of choice for these services.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Utility. The ability to carry my office phone with me wherever I go. Set-up was also extremely easy, within an hour I had the line set up with a number I prefer using. Addiitonally, I appreciate the toll-free number included in the package.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

As a new user, it's hard to find something to report on this.

I have 9 accounts with Nextiva. It like to keep all my spas on the same platform. I love the recording feature. Ease of use is supperb

Sometimes the support people are not the best. Vladyslav was OUTSTANDING!!!

the customer support is great and friendly. they are well versed in what they do and you can settle a problem in 1 call.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

the wait times for integration services.

As an admin for an insurance agency who specializes in Medicare, nextiva has benefitted the agency by allowing us to stay compliant with CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid services) regulaltions. This keeps us out of trouble and running smoothly, so we are able to further assist our clients.

24/7 support! With a live person! App is easy to use.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The reporting from Nextiva does not show missed calls. It may be the way I have the call flow set up, but all calls show as yes-forwarded. There is not a report that shows missed calls. Voicemails don't show on the desktop dashboard.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing support that Talkdesk didn't offer or provide. We can now do everything from the same platform - talk, text, and video conferencing.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

The ease of getting work phone on my personal phone. I like the ease of use combined with the powerful ability of not missing my important calls. It is easy to deploy to the employees you want.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The least helpful thing is that I need to contact IT when it isn't working instead of handling myself. Include more features like conference calling and virtual mretings.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mobility is very important and it allow me to take calls anytime. It is easy to use with little help necessary. I am more productive because of this app. Being able to answer calls anywhere increases my performance.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

What I like best about Nextiva is their prompt responses and knowledge base. Each representative that I have had the pleasure of working with to fix any issues with our devices and services had come through, and the time frame to solve a problem was done so within minutes of getting on the phone with them.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only downside that I have experienced as a Nextiva customer is, when one of our phone went out, we have no idea until the phone stopped working. Our service representative, in my opinion, should have notified our office of any warranties and service contracts that were at least 30 days out from expiring so that we could have made internal decisions BEFORE finding out that the device was no longer under warranty once it stopped working properly.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had help today with getting a staff member access to their phone's voicemail setup, and help with converting a recorded voice file to the correct format to upload to the Auto Attendant Module. Easy Peasy!!

Always great customer service. Even if there is a long wait time, there is never doubt that the issue will be resolved.

The app has everything you need to keep your phone and tex communication with you. The customer service is quick to help with any questions or to explain any of the features. It is very easy to use, we use this daily.

I really like using Nextiva because the user interface allows me to seamlessly navigate through the app when on calls.

The caller-id is hit or miss. When taking a call, certain practices don't show up with the caller-id.

The only thing I would say is when transferring calls on the nextiva app it does not transfer correctly and the call drops.

I had a problem with some settings and I called support and in minutes they helped me out and fixed our phones to keep receiving calls thank you!!!

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I have not yet utilize the service as I just set it up with the help of the onboarding team. The agent that helped me was extremely helpful and walked me through the process very quickly and in a manner I was able to understand. I was impressed at how many features are available to me with the system during the set up!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I had emailed the representative that I originally set the account up with as he said to do so if I needed help and he would get me to the correct place, however, my emails went unanswered even though I sent at least 2 if not 3!

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing me to make sure customers get to the correct department when they call.
