We were paying AT&T 300 plus dollars per land line. We have lowered our phone bill by over 1000 dollars a month.

We had been relying on a business phone system that required us to be there in person to monitor call flow and voicemails. In our slow season, we would have to go there just to see if anyone had called.. now with Nextiva, we can monitor for any emergency calls without being tied to a desk. Transition was seamless, and honestly faster than i expected. I've been able to get all questions or hiccups solved quickly through their chat agents. So far, it's been a game changer in my lifestyle.
We haven't found anything so far that we dislike, but we just started using the services this month.

Ease of use for the technologically challenged. Most helpful for me is the ability to securely contact my clients, and co-workers, collegues and other providers. I can click on past names and numbers; no need to dial. I can easily choose past voice messages and dictate from them. Mute and unmute is easy to see. Response from Support is quick and easy to follow
Not sure this is a Nextiva issue, however, from time to time when I click the Nextiva Icon, it opens to the login block and won't allow my username/ password combo, but when I login to put in a support ticket, my username/password are the same as previously. This may be 'operator' error, I've noticed an error on my part one time
Client/clinician communication. Clinician/clinician communication. Clinician/ outside source communication. Hands free communication. I talk, leave messages, etc., while entering data, eating, or whatever, while using Nextiva with ear buds, or other accessories. Great that Chat is available
It's not the cheapest, but with a 3 year commitment it's very cost competitive and offers more reliable than some of the other similar brands in the space. I can't speak to comparisons with the more expensive solutions but for someone using 1-10 lines, this is a great fit and has scaled really well with users and features as we have grown and changed. Auto-attendant setup was easy and intuitive and allowed for a complex call flow even on the simplest plan. I imagine the integrations will be just as straightforward. If not, you can always call support
The only challenge was adding the conference bridge feature. It required an upgrade to our contract and multiple calls to sales and support. Once we were taken care of by the right department the rest was easy and now we have multiple secure conference lines!

I am an insurance agent in Arizona, and Nextiva has made my agency growth much more accessible with its updated system. They keep updating every month, making improvements consistently.
I am waiting patiently for when they have their email system updated to where I can email directly to my clients. Besides that, there isn't anything I can think of that I have any issues with.
They are giving me the freedom to work from anywhere and still take my work calls. Having two small kids has benefited me greatly. I can have my producers work from home.
