The live support which is totally best I have seen. They answer questions all hours and they are ALWAYS there. Also I love different templates and logic how quizzes are made. Right now I use the chat quiz which works real well with my target group. I have used multiple quizzes for other campaigns and the beauty is the logic is all the same so just need to learn it once. Once you do one quiz, all work the same. And if you have issue, like I said help is right there for you, real time.
There are some quirks in product but they always listen to improve. The issues arent major, and most people would not even notice. I am just a bit geeky,

I like the fact it is effortless to set up. Outgrow proposes many templates to inspire you in creating your quiz or your pool. The customer service is easy to reach and very helpful.
I wouldn't say I liked to discover that a feature I was using in the free test duration wasn't available anymore afterward in the elementary version I ordered, but as soon I asked the Customer Service, they activated the part again for free :)
With Outgrow, I can get an interactive test to propose to my future clients to test their level of English without having to invest a lot in IT developments. Also, this tool will, for sure, help me get new clients as soon as I launch my business.

I love the versatility of their quizzes. You can do some impressive customizations with them. It's been a handy tool to generate leads on my website. I would also like to commend their customer service team. They've been extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and have been very quick to reply to my requests. Overall, my experience dealing with Outgrow has been fantastic and I'm genuinely glad I found their software.
I mean this. There's a reason why I rated them a 10/10. I can't think of any reason for why I dislike them so far. The Outgrow team ought to be proud of themselves. This company is going places.
