It's a low-code or no-code approach to building complex applications, and how their vendors help solve issues is fantastic. Other competitors are using some level of coding to build apps that are pretty complex

That unexpected downtime is something that makes me feel dislike QuickBase. That sudden sluggishness while building applications. I want to seek improvements in building pipelines. Their UI can be better. It should give us the option to review the pipeline while saving, and it should not get saved unless we click on the save option.

Quickbase helps me to solve complex data management problems, we can handle complex data in Quickbase, and it also benefits me by providing different integration facilities with QuickBase.

Pipelines are the best in Quickbase I belive, as these helps users to intergrate to multiple channels without any code, love many features in Quickbase.

Some limitations Dashboard, as we can put only limited reports on dashboard.

New forms are helping a lot by allowing us to create columns and pages. It helps to beautify the form and search the dynamic rules easily.

I can rapidly build a prototype or even a working business solution using very little code (if any at all). The improvements demonstrated so far are awesome!

The embedded forms solution is not really usable in the current state, but I was happy to learn that this is being addressed and in development.

Quickbase is like a road you create and travel in one or many directions, adding numerous detours, one-way only routes, stop signs, roundabouts, and exits without breaking a sweat. :) It is a tool that is incredibly user-friendly, and the resources are vast. I have never heard the word "no" when asking if Quickbase could accomplish a goal or if someone could provide assistance. These are things you do not find with many companies.

The downside of working with Quickbase is "wanting to do it all right now". There are many ways to utilize Quickbase, but you must prioritize your needs and go from there.

There is really nothing that i would say i dislike about Quickbase

Collection of Data and reporting

Quickbase is an easy-to-learn platform that allows civilians to build the applications that drive their organization. It has allowed us to create processes where there weren't any previously and bridge the gap between our companies and our departments.

New features are often rolled out with minimal explanation of how to utilize the features and the documentation necessary to fully utilize the features does not become available for quite some time after which gives partner companies an edge over individual builders.

Quickbase is allowing our companies to build applications that manage our data and processes in a way that bridges the gap between departments and allows us to grow our business and be more productive.

Quickbase has saved my company so much time and money by tracking client requests, needs, and data that we were previously missing, allowing us to see where we're falling short and where we're excelling.

There's just so much to it! I'm still learning how best to automate processes and get more out of it, but I know the opportunities are there! I'm also still learning how to make my apps work the way I need them to, but again, it's all there waiting for me to unlock.

Previously, we were losing a lot of data, such as low long our projects take to complete, what needs our clients have that aren't being met, things like that. But now we're gathering so much data, it's exciting to find out what more we can be doing.

QuickBase is very robust and adaptable. They are making a lot of advancements and the future looks very bright. It enables me to build Apps to replace paper or Excel processes quickly. It collates the data and allows executives to be able to see live KPIs. I am able to change and adapt things to fit our business needs constantly. So, I can customize the software to meet business needs not force the company to change to meet the software requirements. I tell everyone that I am going to take over the world with QuickBase. There are very few use cases that I don't think I will be able to develop a process on QuickBase to solve.

There are a few bugs and it might be cost-prohibitive for some business use cases. I'm not too fond of some user interfaces, but QuickBase seems to be resolving those issues.

QuickBase enables me to quickly develop business processes to solve problems. It allows me to deploy changes into production and allow our users to only refresh their webpage.

I came to work in an office setting after 8 years working as a hairstylist. I had no technical background but was interested in learning how all things work. My curiosity started with Excel and once I mastered that I got into Microsoft Access. Our company started using Quickbase as a tool for our Quality Assurance team to review other departments and I immersed myself into learning how it worked. Took the Quickbase University course and a little training from a local coach, now for the last 4 years I've been working with the software and love everything it brings to our department

The biggest pain point with Quickbase is that summary tables have limitations in what they can bring in. Sometimes we'd like a summary table but want certain fields to also be brought in as regular values and the option to have multiple styles of columns isn't present

Quickbase is allowing us to integrate with a daily feed that then filters out what we don't want to see and creates a work list for the day. It creates a workflow for all audits needed to complete with a running total of where we stand at any time during the day. Provides report for all completed work

With QuickBase, you can easily pull reports of the data you need to see! Because it is so versatile with reporting, you can pull up a report with certain criteria and then change that criteria quickly in order to create a whole new report! Now there are dashboards to display reports from multiple apps! QuickBase is very easy to use and allows you to easily manage a LOT of data. Make sure you get the right plan for your company's needs.

Pipelines does not yet allow you to add in steps when you miss one or a new one needs to happen.

We currently use QB for a variety of apps, but I can and do create QuickBase for anything that people would normally create a spreadsheet. Recently I have created two different apps to handle Grant Management and Tracking. The government entity loves QuickBase. It streamlines everything and saves them from having to create humungous spreadsheets that eventually crash.

My favorite part of Quickbase is the aesthetic - it's a beautiful platform with air-tight operational performance

Quickbase is often coupled with Tableau in our company for data visualization - it seems that QuickBase could do more to compete with Tableau's offerings

We bring over 2000 engineers together to collaborate on projects with Quickbase. It allows us to eliminate swivel-chair activity and streamline processes with automations and integrations.

The best thing I like is using the relationships in QuickBase.It helps me in keeping all the information in an organized form

I do not say I dislike but sometimes it becomes slow or lag while using it rather than that I like everything in QuickBase.

It is solving the problem of managing the projects, reports and helps in keeping everything updated with the notification emails as well.

I love that I can transform everyones spreadsheets into a streamlined business process.

Strealine business processes

Quickbase is an easy platform to learn and build on top of. From what I have seen, the documentation surrounding each aspect of the platform is second to none.

While there are a lot of built-in formula functions, I find it limiting in certain cases that may result in additional tables needing to be built.

We have large sets of data compared to multiple sources throughout the app.

QuickBase is so easy to create new business processes, allowing us to track progress on jobs with additional value-added data points as we see fit

Unable to link to my CRM. This is more of an "us" issue than a QuickBase issue

Ability to see exactly at what stage all our projects are at any moment. Also allows us to manage workloads in departments and pushes tasks seamlessly between departments.

Quickbase brings new products regularly. Some products you don't even know you need until you see what Quickbase has developed and designed.

It has widespread usage. As its popularity and usage grows, it may become increasingly harder to accommodate new feature requests or bug fixes if it does not affect a large usage base.

Like many other success stories, our data was stuck in thousands of spreadsheets. Creating summary reports for executives would take ages. Now, data is available for executives at a click of a button. Quickbase has drastically changed the way we operate internally.

Our users would like to see a nicer-looking mobile app for Quickbase, as the current one is almost unusable. Additionally, we would like to see a nicer GUI since our other departments still prefer the look of Salesforce over Quickbase on the report visualization front.

Quickbase has given us the ability ditch the thousands of excel spreadsheets that would take ages to summary to aggregating vast amounts of data in little to no time for our executives.

Quickbase has been a valuable addition to our company's toolbox. The platform is easy to learn, intuitive and customizable to our needs. They are constantly looking for opportunities to improve user experience and app performance. Game changer!

Not a ton! As the platform continues to grow and evolve, Quickbase is finding ways to improve building and end user experiences. I am excited for what comes next!

Quickbase is easy to learn and to use. It can be used in multiple ways for a wide variety of applications. It integrates well with several commonly used software packages.

It's not a problem with QuickBase itself, but they are improving and expanding capabilities so quickly that I find it hard to keep up with all the changes. The improvements are great, but if you don't work full-time with Quickbase, it is hard to stay current.

We had a problem with invoice management that Quickbase helped us solve by creating an invoice approval application. We also use it for tracking financials within certain departments at a higher level of detail than is possible in our ERP system.

It is very easy to learn to build Quickbase apps which can be used to solve many business challenges.

I love Quickbase - the things I dislike are so minor. I'd love to be able to apply the branding colors to charts by default (currently you can apply your branding automatically to the top of the screen, but have to do charts individually)

I use Quickbase to track project activities: training, coaching, meetings, and material development. It allows us to keep track of our activities across many distributed staff.

Pipelines have been challenging to build and use. I also don't like that users within our company can't see the pipelines that others within the company have built.

Tracking vessel audit and survey activities that we conduct on behalf of the Coast Guard, our Quality Management System (policies and procedures) are all managed within Quickbase.

Easy to learn and great support team and community.

Occassionally things just happen with no explanation and I'm left wondering what is going on.

Bringing lots of different departments data into one place is maing it much easier to manage all the different variables of project managment.

I love that Quickbase is a low code solution. And if I have any questions or need help I can always count on the community.

We have been extremely happy about how fast we can build the apps for our use cases and how quickly the team gets trained on the new topic being released. There are releases and updates almost every quarter and we are looking forward to more releases in the years to come.

The mobile application needs some more user friendly features
