Quickbase has made our lives in the office side of our business so much easier by simplifying the tasks that we were previously done by hand. We have been able to cut back 6-8 hours of payroll processing time, as well as several hours in Excel doing manual calculations for our fuel data and profitability.
I do wish that it was simpler to create our own custom looks in Quickbase without having to get too much in to coding. If we were able to change the appearance around a bit more using internal Quickbase options, that would make things much better.
Quickbase helps us do things that we had no platform in which to do them before. Outside of Excel, we were still doing manual calculations for billings as well as time entry on our own. Quickbase has enabled us to get these tasks done much faster, allowing for that time to be spent on other important business tasks.

The ability to create anything with flexibility and automation. Builders do not need to have experience in coding and can easily create applications that can save time and money with multi-levels of automation available.
Pipelines still need some work to make them move user-friendly for application builders who come from the business and not from the technology world. Automations are much easier to piece together and are, sometimes, all that is needed to simplify a workflow for end-users.

I've used Quickbase for over a decade now. I love the flexibility of building apps and databases for any business need I can think of. I've now used it for multiple businesses to track inventory, project management, financial records, etc.
I wish Quickbase was less expensive, so I could use it for nonprofits and organizations that I'm a part of. I always find there is a limit to the number of people I can add--mainly due to the cost.
Quickbase solves a number of business problems. The limit is really just what you can come up with to use it for. I've used it for Customer Support, inventory tracking, high-level dashboards, and more.
Quickbase has saved so much time in keeping a database with easy to use schortcuts and organization tools. Has endless applications to help with any database needs.
There is not much to dislike about quickbase, it does anything you need. If there was any downfall I guess it would be that it is hard to find some solutions you are looking for in the help.

I like the look of Quickbase and the ability to adjust fields easily. You don't have to know coding to change field functions.
Sometimes it's confusing to figure out how to change or adjust an app - there are a lot of fields to wade through to figure out what you need to do.
I need to see at a glance where the bottleneck or tsunami of work will happen and Quickbase shows a clear and easy-to-read dashboard that lets me be responsive and take care of our clients.
Quickbase is as easy or intricate as you want it to be. For developers who may not know code or database architecture, it is quick and easy to learn. For advanced users, you can connect Quickbase to many other useful applications. Quickbase has literally changed our business for the better - allowing real-time information and dashboards to be viewable to all key stakeholders.
Sometimes, Quickbase is a little too graphical. For example, pipelines can be slow and difficult to work with at times versus more of a CLI / text editor format.
Primarily, Quickbase allows a more collaborative workflow across several departments, allowing work to transition between departments seamlessly. From an upper-to-mid-management perspective, we are able to monitor the status of our work from all levels. We have gone further and built estimate and forecasting models directly in the applications.
The customability, and ease of use. I like that the instructions are easy to follow and changes can be made easily.
The only downside I can think about is the lagging when tabs are being connected and the space capability.

Pipelines. They were an after thought solution, so the connecting fields had to be changed. I am always running into issues.
We primarily use it as a CRM solution enabling all operational staff to have the information they need to service our clients.
Quickbase is easy to use and to set up. The customer service team is always responsive in a timely manner.
I have not yet found something that we dislike when using this product.

I love that Quick Base is fully customizable for any business application that I need it for. I was introduced to the program but a colleague in a different department to use to replace our database of Alumni in Microsoft Access. Once I saw everything it could after attending Empower 2018, I was hooked and began brainstorming about other business projects that it can help with. I wear many hats in my department and I have been able to streamline my many different responsibilities and make my job a lot less stressful and less paperwork. I was that I had heard about Quick Base sooner.
Very useful for the average user but to really get into the full power of QuickBase, you really need to practice and train a lot.
Quick Base streamlines so much. I have solved reporting for Research poster requests, Image Releases for photography and videography, recruitment information requests and I am still working on many others.

The QuickBase was billing per user base data and may affect large organizations to maintain bulk users data on the cloud. Apart from that everything is good and excellent.
I have an issue with SSO integration and user access management using SSO. The Quickbase is very proactive and provides step-by-step documentation to configure it. I appreciate the prompt response from the support team.
As a beginner app developer, I have found it relatively intuitive and have never felt restricted with which functionalities I wanted to add to the database. I especially find useful the ability to generate different report views for different users. I also enjoy the helpful material made available to the quickbase community
Sequential numbering is really often used but has to be coded in different ways to produce the format desired. You should be able to set it up more easily and not need to have coding capabilities to do this simple task

We have true data to enable budget preparation. We also use it for the tracking of our daily/weekly/monthly events (programs)
We can make quickbase into anything we want it to be. The customization is second to none.
Form and report layouts could be better. Customizing forms is limited to 1 column layout. You can "float" fields so they create multiple columns, but you cannot group fields together in different columns. Not a huge deal, but could be better.
Quickbase allows us to create apps specific to our business. Many out-of-the-box solutions are not designed with our particular data and workflows in mind. Using quickbase has improved our productivity and visibility.
