It is very universal. I started using it in 2016 and haven't looked back. Everything from construction management to accounting and labor hours.

I wish the forms were a little more flexible in design capabilities.

They are improving automation and expanding their abilities in connecting to other platforms

I like the more technical products of Quickbase such as webhooks, pipelines, and API.

Some of the downsides are the newest features as there are some items that were part of the legacy functionality that did not make it to new functionality such as printing functionality on the old forms that did not make it to the new forms.

They are helping us develop a robust construction project management software that delivers accurate and timely updates on the progress and completion of construction projects.

custimization, I can build the apps exactly how I want them. All other CRM or project management apps are prepackaged and you get what you get. With QB I can build what we imagine.

I was underwhelmed by forms 2.0, I had great vissions for ideas when I 1st heard about them.... Cost is a bit high..

The Auto suggestion of Table/fields name is very useful, which also shows the use of AI/ML in QuickBase. Executive Dashboard allows to present single business view for Leadership reviews, which is one of the selling point (multiple tabs and filter) Formula summary is very handy which gives the summary value without creation of complex relationship. Effective use of pipleine make multiple things possible in Quickbase in easy way to bring data from external sources extended its capability to multifold.

I like this tool a lot as it is a quick building platform for me to offer to our clients in short time, but we can enhance below points: 1. Automatic deployment of code to multiple instances with version control automatically will save on manual deplyment . 2.Mobile UI still need improvisation.

1. Adding client value by providing training schedule and tracking application for their organization. 2. Onboarding and offboarding process : Self Service portal to track the user request for the access of different application. 3. Using it for Work allocation of different projects based on different skill sets and additionally recommending project metrics based on project types. 4. Order tracking application and Asset Management application.

Easy to simplify mulitole tasks into sizable chucks, and assigned to teams to track.

Can be slow at times. Delat in timing and support to rectify is almost non existent.

Onboarding tasks of employes, tracking members in an organization, task asssignments

I believe the most beneficial tool is the reporting and upload. You can quickly upload data, add users and track and trend impactful reporting

Need more space to add more dashboard reporting.

Quickbase is helping to resolve our issue of identification of all contracts in scope for current year and status types through the reporting tools.

I like that Quickbase is a fully customizable program. I like that I do not have any formal training in coding and I can customize the applications myself. I like that Quickbase offers many types of trainings for different styles of learning.

I dislike that Quickbase is so customizable it's becoming my team's solution for everything (sarcasm), there is nothing I dislike about Quickbase.

Managing multiple departments and teams Quickbase offers me the visability to see the progress teams are making. It has eliminated manual reporting and data manipulation. We are benefiting from reduced time spent in meetings now that we can quickly identify and discuss only the acceptions.

Easy to build, easy to use, amazing capability to capture data, create information, view metric results and take action!

I'm not crazy about the Pipelines user interface.

We are able to track and manage many aspects of an integration we are in the middle of. Additionally, able to track and manage requests, catalogs of information, and most importantly....able to tie information together through app to app relationships.

Quickbase has a lot of resources available to help you learn how to use the platform. There are classes, online modules, help section, templates, and of course their awesome technical consultants! I absolutely loved our enablement package and our enablement team. They made the process of building our apps for our academic research project so easy and so quick and they were always available to assist when issues arised. Definitely highly recommend using Quickbase in academia.

I think the only complaints I have about Quickbase is the number of changes that happen so rapidly. I will say that having an enablement team assist us really made adapting to the changes easy.

Quickbase is helping us manage a large scale research project that encorporates various partners across the US. It is great for data collection and reporting to our sponsors.

The ability to update our apps ourselves almost in realtime. This has let us become independent from the constraints from large software providers or our own IT teams.

The requirement to save a record before certain functionality can operate properly is an area of frustration to end users.

We have been able to design apps that facilitate our workflows instead of having to confirm to the processes of big box solutions. We have been able to build custom apps to support various corporate initiatives without the cost of procuring and implementing a new solution.

I dont see anything as such, i like the QB

I need not notify the stakeholders of the updates, the users who has access can view on rea time and also multiple users can update on same time with out limitations

Some of the sorting features, I wish it had a hold screen.

QuickBase provides an great platform both for the developer and end user. Users can create their own reports which leaves dev teams to concentrate on other things.

In some cases, a basic understanding of programming is required to set filter criteria.

Searching and filtering have solved many process challenges for our company. We can now get to the information we need without major labor burden. Tracking invoices and receipts easily. Tracking customer training time remaining on invoice. Track pilot projects. Time and billing.

The flexibility to create fully custom tables and values. Automations. Ability to import data from other sources. Almost everything.

No multi-to-multi relationships. No automation for QR code scanning.

Custom project managment applications for each department in our company. Allowing real-time sharing of information.

The best use of QB is the pipelines and the introduction of new functions in the formula fields, performance is quicker than before.

It requires auto sync option in future since we would be creating the copy of the same apps. And PDF generation download feature.

Basically the flow based application creation, automation, etc apps we are creating also for work management we are using, which will help use to have a clear understanding through QB features

Quickbase University makes it easy to learn the program. Once I had that training done, the program is quite intuitive

Quickbase can be confusing to work through especially when there are differen tapps within the main app

I am using QuickBase to consolidate the labour costs and hours to better understand the effort for my business to do what we do

I like the fact that we can customize it to our needs, and it can do most anything that we can think of.

I wish Quickbase University was more implemented, SORM-compliant, and you could manage training for your organization through it.

We use it for all things IT, project management, time/resource management, schedule management, CRM, and invoicing.

Creating a application with less coding is the best thing i like in quickbase.

I believe there is nothing to dislike in this wonderful application.

I create a lot of app using this software with less coding knowledge.

As a new user, I had some hiccups that kept me from getting started with the product. The support team was so quick to respond there was no delay in me getting me rolling. Not only that, but the interface is very user friendly, and it will be very easy for us to train new employees that come through.

I don't really have anything that I can say that I 'dislike' so to speak as a new user. I will be sure to communicate with any feedback to help improve your system where I can.

It is a one stop shop for me to upload data to the necessary to get our projects rolling quickly. This make it where we have one touch to get the data over and it rolls smooth like butter from there, freeing me up to do my job instead of back end work.
