QuickBooks Online is very Efficient and Helpful. it makes categorizing and recording of expenses and income more easier and accurate. Quickbooks Online make the bookkeeping life less stressful
the least helpful in Quickbooks online is the suggestion and auto add features but it is only minimal and acceptable. it is just my opinion and in a whole Quickbooks online is very very good!

Where shall I begin, ok when I began using the online version of Quickbooks in 2013 I was so lost. The desktop was all I had used and many different desktop versions. I had issues with the transactions and reconciling and it seems to me that now in 2022 those 9 years were a huge deal when it came to listening to the people that use it every day. No more transactions coming over in triplets, you are able to unreconcile a bank or credit card account now thank goodness, there are a lot of features that weren't always there before and I have to say I am very pleased with the flow it has to it now and as a bookkeeper that helps to manage time better, complete projects sooner and CPA's meet tax deadlines without the need to file an extension on their clients behalf.
The main thing I have an issue with while using the online version of Quickbooks is when you are trying to multi-task it is a bit time consuming. The reason for this is because you have to close things out that you are working on to get to another section of Quickbooks for instance, if I am looking at a balance sheet and I need to look at the profit and loss as well, I have to go back to the reports to open the profit and loss and doing that closes the balance sheet. Then I have to go back to the balance sheet by hitting the back arrow. But once there I always have to re-enter the dates. That has always been an issue that I thought they would fix by now and they haven't. Other than that everything else is great to work with during your busy day!!
Having the online version just makes sense. There are apps now that integrate with it, you can log in on your phone, the data is easily accessible to both the client and the accounting team eliminating either one of them to have to leave their office. It's just all around a great business tool
Very easy to handle books remotely so long as you have a computer with internet access. Wide variety of apps and plug-ins to connect to other systems.
Mobile apps are very limited on what you can view.

The software works very smoothly and is very intuitive. One of the most straightforward accounting software I have used.
The downsides are the multi-entity that is not supported by the software.

Most updated accounting software, that I have used. It can be availed as per the usage, like a number of users, how big your organization is, etc. It keeps on updating as per the new things that come in the accounting world, like GST.
There is nothing to be disliked. But yes it is a complex software. So a person without having proper training for it, can not use it. Although there are training videos available from the QBO's team.
It has some features like importing bank statements, bills, invoices even contacts. Also, its integration feature is great, it can be easily integrated with payment software, and expense software for bill publishing, which saves time.
The reports are auto-generated for you! It makes seeing the progress of the company easy!
I don't have many dislikes, but once in a while, it freezes up a little, and sometimes they update it, and you have to learn where things are again!
