Setting up a company was fairly easy. I like how it intergrates well with Stripe application for easier payments postings. Payroll management is this application is the best and works just fine for us. I like aslo how it's simplifies the reconciliation process .

It's abit expensive for small enterprises. But overall functionality of the application is exceptional.

The entire payroll section is quite disruptive. QB team should think on changing the user interface for payroll section.

Our entire accounting is done seamlessly through QBO

QuickBooks Online is easy and intuitive to use. Bank account syncing makes cash-basis accounting very simple. We use external bookkeepers, though we find it easy to use QBO whenever needed.

It would be preferable if there were a better link between live QBO data and excel. As a small-to-medium sized business, we use excel for all FP&A activities (Anaplan, Planful, etc are too expensive for us). It would be nice to pull-in live data directly from QBO into any sheet in excel, instead of large, static reports. We have found the GeniusSheets plugin solves this problem, but it should be included (or an inexpensive add-on) to the main QBO product.

We use QuickBooks Online for simple, cash-basis accounting. In addition, we appreciate the built-in reports. As a simple B2C business, we don't need many bells-and-whistles, so QBO gets the job done.

This tool is reliable with project planning, budgeting and forecasting. It's simple to track expenses. It's simple to track time spent on projects. It's simple to create,send and manage invoices with this tool. Makes it simple to prepare accounting reports quickly.

Nothing unpleasant so far as I'm enjoying great benefits that comes with this tool.

Reliable with billing and invoicing. Convinent with Inventory management. Suitable with cash flow management.

QBO is by far the most well-rounded accounting software with the most integrations and accounting needs met.

QBO has lately started a very aggressive price increase policy which could open the door to cheaper softwares taking their place

It solves the accounting and third party integration for almost all of my clients in a very practical way.

I like that you can automatically categorize transactions by creating rules. I also appreciate the reports section because it makes it very clear how the company is doing in terms of revenue by month.

I don't like that QuickBooks requires so much training in order to use it well and to its full potential. It is helpful that you can use the Bookkeeper option, so they do the bulk of the heavy lifting, it takes a lot off of my plate which is nice.

It is giving me more time to work on strategy rather than categorizing transactions. It is making the monotonous work disappear so I only have to work on what is truly important for our financial health.

we still using ADP for payroll as we need outside source for filing withholding taxes

when we have problems we tried ourself to solve it
