Very organized and seamless with a ton of extra features and product support for any circumstance or business relationship I love how automated and intuitive the interface is. I'm so thankful I found this product because I can't imagine working without it now.
There's been a couple of bugs along the way but everything is quickly resolved when pointed out to the customer care support team. Since we're running a smaller and lean operation, sometimes the extra features and add-ons can be a tad overwhelming since theyre not applicable to our situation, but it just takes one click to get back on track.

Rippling is what you would want in an HR Platform in 2023. Rich functionality, everything from automated onboarding with e-signatures, to automatic integration of apps such as Asana, Office 365, KnowBe4, Ramp, etc.
Their hardware management functionality appears to be limited to Apple equipment--we use Windows PCs. But that's a very minor nit--there is so much automation that saves time and effort.
We're an early-stage manufacturer, so Rippling's ability to automate processes saves us time and lets us minimize the need to add HR heads. Their HR Helpdesk functionality made it very quick and easy to generate a comprehensive employee handbook. And the Applicant Tracking System has made hiring new employees much easier than it would have been without it.

I like the UI which abstracts a lot of the complexity that typically involves HR-related matters like benefits, payroll, expens reports, etc.
Creating an expense report and adding expenses could be made more intuitive.

One of my favorite things about Rippling is how everything an employee needs, whether it's health benefit related, payroll, time off, or expenses, can be easily accessed from their computer or cell phone. Employees can easily make changes to their 401 k contributions or where their paycheck gets deposited. Instead of having to wait for help from HR, the employee can review their information and make changes on the spot. Having the independence to handle changes themselves makes for a happier employee.
Generating certain reports within Rippling is something that I've found to be challenging. While I admit that I may not be very tech-savvy, I do wish the process of generating reports could be simpler and more intuitive.
What impressed me most about Rippling is its integration of HR and payroll functionalities. Managing employee data, benefits, time off, and performance evaluations can all be done in one place, eliminating the need for other software and reducing the risk of discrepancies. This integration has not only saved me valuable time but also minimized the human error in many of these processes. I especially appreciate the reminder notifications for license renewals and LMS training.
Super easy to use for employees from open enrollment to submitting pay periods.

My favorite thing about Rippling are the alerts that are provided to inform us about finishing any important documentation. It gives me a visual indicator on the homepage that I have to fill out a document instead of potentially forgetting to fill something out. I also like the flow of filling out important documentation as it is integrated within Rippling itself.
I would like to see links be a different color, this could be dependent on the browser but do believe a little more visibility would help.
It helps with managing any and all hr required needs as an employee. It's easy to communicate what needs to be documented along with providing visuals on insurance, payroll, etc.

Every year we face new milestones in our health and families, the plan comparisions make it easy to consider tons of what can come up throughout your year to help you feel prepared for the year ahead.
FSA card sometimes declines even when using for medical purposes, the card change mid year may have had something to do with this though.

Rippling is not only quick to load but also incredibly user-friendly. It gives me easy access to my employment details, offers HR support when I need it, and even helps me discover courses to enhance my work performance. It's a real all-in-one resource!
Rippling has no issues so far. It's been working as it should.
Rippling has become an essential tool for us to manage time-off requests and explore courses to boost our performance. We love how it allows us to easily check out organization charts and individual employee information. It's a fantastic addition to our existing tools!

As an individual contributor, I use Rippling for all my PTO requests and basically anything related to HR. It's very intuitive to get the info I want and I love it

As an IC, it allows me to quickly access any HR related things like PTO, company calendars, and our organizational structure
