I love everything about Salesforce, it's such a great tool that is really customizable. I have been in Salesforce Ecosystem for about 5 years now and there have been so many improvements so it just goes to show that Salesforce is always growing!

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really don't have many complaints, sometimes it can be a pain to get a full understanding of the Support on why things are blocked/why we can't do certain things, but in years it has got a lot better.

What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Salesforce for a variety of Teams, mostly logging Accounts into the System and we use the opportunities for new business ventures.

"Codeigniter Salesforce Integration Using Salesforce PHP Toolkit"
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

For the time I started in the world of Salesforce, APEX seemed like an arcane language and although modern, very unknown to me, at that time the need was to integrate Salesforce with an external system that could read Salesforce objects and present them from the other hand and to be able to perform the basic CRUD operations, for this and as the developer responsible for said integration without APEX knowledge, what I had at hand was the experience in PHP and that's where my first integration of Salesforce with PHP to an external system began. I choose Codeigniter as is the faster Framework to work with, after reading the documentation of the PHP Toolkit for SF and adding the WSDL to the library in CI, I was able to select my first set of account data. I was happy with that fast and easy way to get talking two worlds. That like a lot.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

it is not a CI issue, is a library problem the lack of documentation for the experts, I need to go to my friend StackOverflow and found nice examples, the authentication was such a problem that I was able to solve it after more reading, at the end I was in all ways happy an motivated as I was creating my first record form the old system to Salesforce.

What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well I solved some problems like: Integrating dissimilar systems to talk to each other Reducing time and manual work Having a fast development track and most importantly, improving the business process.

Every thing work in cloud base no software needed Development options are good and easy to understand all features are good and easy to work. security option are awesome different ways to provide securities OWD Sharing rules Profiles and Salesforce provide the update in every( 3 months ) quarter Every time they provide the new features in every release this is very good for medium/Large scale business Recent Flow featurs are awesome

not found much issue in salesforce one problem I am facing in these days is lightning UI is very slow. it will takes lot of time to load pages classic UI is rocks

I like the many possibilities and how easily you can integrate modules to make a robust solution. This is just the best plarform to keep track of leads, accounts, opps, emails, it's best class. Is the to go source of sales and marketing, we use it everyday.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Data hygiene can be a problem, you will need a back-end expert in order to make sure you are truly getting all the benefits of the platform. If you need SalesForce to chime in they tend to be very expensive, so I believe that they need to train external people to make sure the implementation and use it's easier than what it is now.

When well connected to all sites and when sales is inputing all the information, the tool really give us true data to work on. It allow us to be proactive and to make data driven decisions.
