Easy to navigate. Good reporting and easy to run
There is not much that I can think of that I don't like.
Easily track inventory sales. Automatically links to quickbooks.
Shopify surely helps in earning more. Who doesn’t want to do that? The website is extremely easy to use and within minutes you can create your own online store and start selling. The support team is extremely helpful and can help you in whatever way possible 24/7. I really like Shopify’s payments feature. This method is the most straight forward is to use the Shopify payments, Shopify’s built in payment system. And don’t worry, Shopify has one of the best security systems in place for payments online
The most basic plan cost $9 per month and this plan doesn’t include a lot of things one would want for his store. Gift Cards for example are unlocked when you buy the third plan for $79 a month. The pricing system is a bit unfair and as we can’t do much in the basic feature, we have to upgrade it for more reporting, analysis and features
I use Shopify to sell my products online. Running a car accessories business physically, an online store was a new concept for me and although reluctant at start, I have now been able to successfully enjoy all the perks of this software. My sales have increased and I can earn a lot more now thanks to Shopify. The analysis feature helps a lot in marketing my product to the right market further bringing in more income for me.

shopify is easy to use, and the ultimate tool for setting up an ecommerce store. its simple and has all the functions needed to grow. the plugin store is also fantastic. its fully equipped to run a fully fledged business.
there could be more theme options and stylish designs. the ones that are available aren't bad by any means, but they simply need to add a few more varieties. ie. parrallax themes, mobile responsive ones and so on.
I often used Shopify to set up stores for clients who are getting into the online business. Its great for fashion and health foods.
The best thing about Shopify is its capability to be integrated with other programs and social media sites such as Facebook and Pinterest. In this day and age, social media is the #1 marketing tool, especially when targeting teens and young adults.
Arranging the Shopify features on various websites (such as a personal blog) is a bit difficult if you are not familiar with coding. Personally, I had to have a friend who works in IT assist me.
Being that I was running an online store single handedly while still working full-time, I had little to no time to deal with customer service. The ease of use for my customers eliminated this conflict. When I switched from Etsy to Shopify, the questions/technical issue emails I received decreased drastically. This benefit makes it possible for just about ANYONE to operate an online store - not just those who can dedicate several hours per day to it.

Nothing really comes to mind when I think about something I dislike about Shopify.
I'm solving my audience targeting and have realized what is working and what is not working. Some benefits I have realized are things like how many views my page gets and which products are being looked/searched for.
I love how you can organize your products, customize your store, and track and respond to orders all within the interface.
Even though the value is great, there are other affordable solutions out there to use.
If you are a small business owner just starting out you can minimize your costs as much as possible with Shopify. Also, this platform is very easy to use and you can have your online store launches quickly.

I love Shopify for the themes and also added features.
The website builder is not easy to navigate. I have used Wix, and Big Cartel for other websites that I have created, and they are no brainers. I am not an expert, and I feel that the majority of people using Shopify are not either. I think the ease to create and edit a website should be easier- or give easier tutorials to follow. The FAQ center is confusing and wordy.
inventory tracking is great, email signup database is great, also e-mails being sent out to my database of customers is great.
Shopify is one of the best websites I've ever come across. The website is specifically for people like me who would like to earn a little extra on the side by doing a small scale business of their own. The website is extremely user friendly, the security is of the highest level and the technical support from the Shopify team all deserve a 10/10. Shopify even has an additional option of adding discounts to your products and when we sell, the software gives us an analysis of the sales relating to the product.
Shopify can get a bit confusing at start but it gets easier to use later on. One problem I faced with this is when I was using Shopify on my Mobile. It requires a strong internet connection without which Shopify won't function properly and effectively.
I run a small car accessories business on the side. Before Shopify I didn't have any online presence and my customer base was only my friends and relatives. When I entered my store at Shopify, I have actually witnessed a rise in my customers. Products like car air fresheners, wheel caps and car wash liquid products can be available on my Shopify Store through which my customers buy directly. Not just my income, but also my customer connections have increased multiple folds.

Some apps that are in the marketplace can slow down or don't perform at all together with your Shopify store.
My business is able to expand outside other marketplaces such as Ebay and Amazon where competition can be fierce that causes a pricing war at times.

Honestly, nothing. I hear very few complaints and most come from the user not following instructions as Shopify is very good at making their technology very user friendly and easy to digest! They have step by step guides and how to videos and their Shopify Experts teams offer a WEALTH of knowledge for those not so tech savy users!
