J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface facile à utiliser et les options proposée par le service client et l'accompagnement pour attirer plus la clientèle sur mon site , un guide fiable qui m'as facilité la compréhension des fonctionnalités de cet appli . Grâce à Smartsupp j'ai avoir plus de clic plus de visiteurs et ma première vente réalisée grâce à l'outil charbot proposé.

La partie vidéo d'enregistrement a été supprimé ce qui m'aidait beaucoup pour suivre l'activité de mes visiteurs sur mon site .

Avec Smartsupp je gagne en temps et je suis pas obligé d'être devant mon ordinateur tout le temps avec le chatbot répond à mes visiteurs même si je suis pas disponible grâce a la programmation fiable de cet interface

Nemám čo by som vytkol. Som spokojný užívateľ a akékoľvek počiatočné problémy nastali vždy boli promptne vyriešené. A možno predsa...troška mi vadí, že niektoré časti stránok (help) sú len v angličtine. Síce to zvládnem, ale CZ, pripadne SK verzia by nebola na škodu 😉
