We have been using Userlike ever since launching our new website and it is exactly what we were looking for. You can adjust just about every part of the plugin to your needs. It is easy to use for our staff. Whenever we have questions userlike support is always quick and helpful.
There is literally nothing we dislike about userlike so far.
We want to offer our clients quick answers to whatever questions they might have. In the past we have been writing a lot of emails with clients. Ever since using userlike much of that work load has been shifted to live chat which is way quicker to work for our staff.
Userlike is very user-friendly. There are many setting options for different chats. Integrating the live chat into one's own website was possible without any programming knowledge. Very nice and courteous support.
So far, I have not been able to detect any negative functions.
Userlike makes it possible to get in touch with customers quickly and directly. Customers are grateful for the possibility to start a live chat. The option is gladly used.
