Не визначила недоліки для себе, бачу що не всіма функціями користуюсь.

Важливо, що все в одному місті, в тому числі переписка та обговорення. Можливість тегнути людину і розуміння, що вона це побачить. Ефективність нашої роботи підвищилась.

Мені подобається в crm Worksection, що це український дуже якісний it-продукт. Також я у захваті від підходу до кожного Клієнта зі сторони команди проєкту (не дивлячись, на якому тарифі ти знаходишся). Яке б питання ти не задав - воно швидко буде максимально зрозуміло вирішено або пояснено. Мені подобається логіка самої срм.

Previously, I really missed automatic reminders about deadlines, clear distribution of tasks for the team and conducting dialogue in one place. Thanks to the use of Worksection, it has become much more convenient: the number of problematic untracked tasks has decreased, as well as the number of routine email correspondence has decreased. In the specifics of CSO work, time and money trackers remained unused, and we also do not pay much attention to the indicators of the "Project overview" page - but this does not prevent our projects from moving to completion, and the team from being informed about project activities.

Personally, I miss the optional ability to display specific working hours in the profile - like a schedule of "availability" at the workplace. Also, in the settings of the profile and page of the Organization, it would be possible to expand the possibilities to mark specific working days (for example, Sat/Sun), as well as vacation periods. This would make it easier to visualize the total employment of the team. It would be interesting if notes from Notepad could be easily transferred within the task.

WS має зручний інтерфейс, простий у використанні та потужні функції: ви можете додавати проекти, завдання, підзавдання, переміщувати завдання між проектами, керувати людьми, є звіти, діаграма Ганта, Канбан тощо. Нам сподобалось те, що задачі можна розподілити всередині одного відділу або між відділами, контролювати виконання усіх задач та їх дедлайни. WS має дуже круту систему підтримки. Коли у нашої команди виникали запитання щодо можливостей системи ми отримали швидкі, прості та точні відповіді.

Немає мінусів, які були б очевидними. WS повністю задовольняв наші потреби, а всі питання/проблеми служба підтримки WS швидко вирішувала.

Життя з Worksection стало легшим, керуючи всіма проектами в одному місці.

Хороша система керування проектами. Ми багато чого спробували, перш ніж зупинитися на Worksection. У системі є все те, що й в іншіх системах управління проектами. Але в Worksection те, що є добре працює. Немає нічого незвичайного в діаграмі Ганта, але в інших системах я не міг користуватися ними так, як мені потрібно. Загалом система зручна, зрозуміла та ефективна.

Іноді не вистачає додаткових рівнів вкладеності підзавдання. Бракує гнучкості в розрахунках вартості роботи (немає можливості встановлювати різну вартість години різних фахівців для різних проектів).
