We use Worksection to track the tasks of our charity organisation. Worksection provides a user friendly platform to cover all our needs. Also customer onboarding is awesome.

Not so many downsides which I can mention. Maybe there are few points to be improved, but it doesn't affect functionality.

As we were growing and scaling up activities we started to look for task tracking solution preferably made by Ukrainian company. So Worksection perfectly covered all our demands.

1. Intuitively easy-to-use program that does not require instructions or manuals. 2. There is a lot of functionality that allows you to work with arrays of data. 3. Fast technical support. 4. Convenient control panel. 5. There are many tools for Project Managers.

I don't have anything. If I need something, I write to support and they implement this feature.

As the owner of a company with 10-20 projects a month, I wanted to implement CANBAN for a very long time. But I couldn't find a platform that would integrate a large number of projects on one board. Worksection implemented this idea perfectly.

We have used Worksection for more than 10 years. We don't understand already how to work without WS. It is simple solution but it is more useful that other complicated solutions! Every 2 year we check other solutions will it be better for us or no and every time we decide to continue to work with WS. Also we like that WS is always developping.

There are few things to improve: 1. Increase the number of subtasks, 3 is not enough sometimes 2. Add a Library section, where to store some documents such as processes and roles description 3. Integrate Grammarly or another translate checker 4. Reporting - download tasks with dates, timing spent, and results

Early users of Worksection have the privilege of an unlimited number of users per account. This saves a lot of time in management. In addition to the small API that the system provides and integration with slack + telegram, Worksection allows you to create very flexible and functional management processes.

What I don't like is that there is no built-in real-time messager with smart notifications, and no built-in video conferencing functionality. This slows down the communication process a bit. But I'm sure that the system developers will add it soon. It would also be very desirable to finalize the system for creating invoices, to add to it the ability to specify invoice details, and payment details.

Worksection was created as a project management tool, but in fact for me it primarily solves the problem of a buffer between the client and the developer, as well as the confidentiality of contacts between these lanks, using a flexible system of privacy settings.

Some of the items I like the most: very pleasant prices; everything is simple, convenient, minimalistic design, pleasant color palette; convenient task tracking; You can create Gantt charts. I have been with the system for 5 years, new features appear with enviable regularity

The Slowness and some issues we faced while using the app for mobile phone and it does not work well and the main problem that we faced is that is to add the new participants in the projects and sharing voice message, that time these contacts cannot open perfectly otherwise it's more helpful to our business needs.

The problem that we faced while using its project editor is that when we are in the editor, then it can takes a lot of time to understand the sequence in which the different sub-tasks are listed or even categorized. I would very much like to see few additions in it which basically involves easy commenting on the project schedule and making certain changes in parts of the projects which automatically notifies all the users.The reporting section also lacks user-friendly graphics and we have to manually go through the search panel to find the details on certain parts. The app for mobile phone does not work well and interrupts the activities alot. We also have some tough time in integrating this tool with few of my other applications to take over a complete control of my work environment.

We are mainly solving our work problems related to time management mostly from the side of untrained employees. It allows to maintain a keen check balance on performance of each of the individuals. I like flexible tasks and subtasks, expanded privacy for tasks & comments (because we are working with our clients inside Worksection) and built-in timer with hourly rates. Worksection helps us to decompose complex project into tasks and subtasks, set deadlines and control time spent. We also share reports from Worksection to our clients, it helps us to build transparent relations with our clients. And we calculate salary for our employee based on these reports.

In the accessible version of this software, you can only process and import only limited number of projects on one login. There is no built-in feature for direct messaging to your customers or team members. You need to use or integrate other messaging services with this application for better and more accessible communication.

According to the skin task, you can choose the most important ones and put the terms. And the Gantt chart (very cool tool) allows you to run tasks in dynamics. В голові безліч ідей як компанії рухатись та зростати. І треба все тримати в фокусі та доводити команді. З Ворксекшн це стало робити набагато легше. По кожній задачі можно вибирати відповідальних та ставити терміни виконання. А діаграма ганта (дуже крутий інструмент) дозволяє бачити задачі в динаміці.
