Zoho Mail Reviews: 4.4/5 — Solid Choice

I like the collaboration ability I have with my teammates. I used to use FrontApp, but switched due to cost and unused functionalities. Zoho Mail allows me to get rid of the forwarding chains with teammates, as we can simply comment in a separate thread along an email. No forwarding needed! ZMail also has tons of personalization and productivity hack capabilities. Just like every other Zoho product, their support is top notch.

So far, nothing about Zoho Mail has displeased me. It is functional, the prettiest Zoho product I have used, and it has an open API for endless other things.

Zoho mail is the hub of my email. I moved away from Gmail and onto Zoho Mail because I wanted the collaboration functionality with my teammates. Beyond that, it integrates much better with my CRM. It has a very user friendly look and feel and is customizable to my pleasure. I like the different tabs that open when I do any number of things like write a draft, go into settings, etc. Just like all the other Zoho products, the pricing on this product is just unbelievable. I do not utilize Zoho Workdrive as it is too much of a switching cost from GDrive but their full suite of offerings is cheaper than anything out there.

Not only is it cheap at $1 per user every month, Zoho mail also offers free custom email accounts up to 5 user. This is a good deal for trial basis and can also be a money saver for small startups that need to set custom email accounts which cheaply. The email client interface is actually pleasant and has different theming options for you to select

Setting up is a little challenging because of the different records that how to be set yet other platforms only require you to confirm ownership of a domain and take care of everything else

Not only do I have cheap custom emailing with zoho, I get to read and edit my documents received via email using zoho's office web apps

Nice interface, with lots of options and customization. Tech support is fast and amazing. Easily better than GMail or outlook.

Maybe, a few too many options. Sometimes it is hard to find the option you need. I am a confident and competent computer user, but those less technologically minded may struggle.

Zoho offers free trail accounts up to I think 4 users with 1GB of storage. The pricing is very affordable considering you get to use other zoho servcies like zoho writer and other office tools to read and edit documents within zoho.

I like having a desktop installation for zoho client, but the problems is it does not notify me of new emails. The only way I find out if I have a new email is after I open the client. It can be quite an inconvenience in case I take long to check if I have new emails.

Zoho is a cost a cheap and effective email hosting service while offering most the benefits provided by professional gmail or outlook that are way expensive

Zoho mail has given me an ease to work on professional level because of its availability on both Desktop and mobile platform. It is an efficient email client to have and has the best features of all.

I really have no dislike about Zoho mail as it is a very complete service which provides for business and professional emails who want to give complete solutions a good look , I could say that I don't like zoho mail that the most expensive plans are the only ones that really have some very good tools that should be in the other plans , I also believe that the zoho application must have the most popular integrations with services today because it is a very valuable tool to be limited in that area, although it is a very complete message application and adds to many of the applications of the zoho company must expand to platforms such as shopify and others of equal importance.

After searching for a long time for a good business email service we found Zoho Mail the perfect tool for business emails with which we have obtained great results since it has a clean and easy-to-use interface where people can manage the application of quickly and easily in a single account several emails can be stored and from a single email it can be sent to others under different emails in zoho we have been able to have what is really needed to handle the email of a company.

Zoho offers a very good email solution which comes with many features that suits people like me, who are from small business. They have a very affordable pricing model and they offer pro level email features. Ability to add custom domain and easy to manage and blacklist/ whitelist senders based on emails and domains. Comes with mobile apps so you never miss any mail. Ability to integrate with various 3rd party apps and services.

Been a happy user and I have got nothing to dislike using zoho mail platform

Managing business emails with ease and integrating with 3rd party apps are problems that I have solved. I can easily integrate with email clients like Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.

Our firm just transferred to Zoho Mail for a cheap alternative to mail hosting for our domain. It works fairly easy and seems to be just as good as gmail and yahoo. The value that Zoho Mail provides is very clear once you start using all functions of the software. We pay for the premium service which include: blacklist, spam filters, custom groupings for sending emails, mailing lists, and a bunch of other features. The cost is on a per year basis and Zoho Mail seems to be worth every bit of the small annual fee. They offer both a software version that is usable on the desktop and they have a web version that can be used without any downloads. They also have a mobile app that can make it easy to check your mail on the go.

While there is not much that I dislike about Zoho Mail, the setup process is most likely my least favorite component of Zoho Mail. The set up process took our company about 2 weeks to fully switch over from gmail. Secondly, the website version does not have much of an aesthetic appeal to it. Funcationality wise it seems to work perfectly but there does seem to be a bit of a lack of design within the website version of Zoho Mail. These are not large issues when comparing he value you get with the software overall.

Zoho Mail is the perfect alternative to things like Gmail. They offer a clean and good looking interface to users. Instead of paying a big cost monthly for a custom domain email with google, or spending very little and having to use something like CPanel which is definitely not the best looking, I can use Zoho for FREE and connect my domain to it and start using my custom domain email immediately. Not only do I get mail but a plethora of other things for free that Zoho offers that are all amazing services to help with small businesses like mine.

The only thing I dislike about Zoho is the per month per user charge. Especially when it is around $8-10 for the lowest possible plan. It isn't necessarily needed as you do not really need 5GB of storage unless you've been using it for forever, but the feature to log in to the account using other sites is nice and only available in the paid plans. Still, the pricing for a per user per month is absurd, especially when you have a company with multiple employees who need emails.

Problems I am solving with Zoho is a mail service for free while still including a well designed interface. It's inexpensive and provides everything needed with the free plan, however if you want that little extra you have to pay per user per month.

Being able to have a custom domain for my business and not just a Gmail account or something. It looks way more professionsal.

I use this daily and it's valuable. It is totally different from my website hosting email and with a few features on the server & on my domain registrar, my mail was set up. I use it on my in house computer/devices or I can also login and work with email on the web. I set up folders, filters, blocks, and love that I can make an alias email to give out if I don't want a person to have the real email.

It seems like my email sometimes appears to be offline in my computer application. It is very brief but it happens. The more recent setup for anti-spoofing feature were difficult to set up and I had to contact support for help, their instructions were incorrect (but, like I said, they did help me and were eager to please). The spam filtering feels small. I can only restrict emails/ domains.

Since I am a user and suggest this to my clients, I would say it's worth it, even with the spam stuff. Junk mail will be difficult no matter what. The interface is good and I do notice they are always working to make improvements and upgrading things

Ability to move up and work as a team is the most useful benefit of Zoho Mail. On use I did find: 1. The Administrator can be a team can be many people. 2. Role set up and Employee Addition, even with custom roles are very helpful for medium scale enterprises. 3. Has a good ability to make a company-wide policy for better adding of compliance's and related kinds of stuff without too much work. 4. The advanced and simple mode selection also helps for quite a good lot of employees. 5. The email verification details in every email are quite a useful feature that will save time from spams not available in the suite and likewise applications to Zoho has.

One of the most not useful parts of the software is the streams feature. You can compare this to an email client trying to merge email with their own version of social apps. For those looking for a feature such as this it may not be a huge issue for you, however I run IT for 100 users and not a single user wants this feature, the tough thing being is it comes turned on by preset. Shut it off you say? If it were that easy I wouldn't be so mad by it.

The interface is pleasing and I do notice they are constantly working to make improvements and updating things.

Zoho Mail is an excellent Email Client . It's basic version or introductory version is free . It provides you with 5GB of Email Space free of charge . You can access the mail service using webmail for the free version. You can download the Zoho Mail App as well in Android phone and be connected always. It provides you with almost all features like recall your mail, Delivery receipt, Scheduled mail service feature etc. It's always up and never down. Overall it is great to be associated with Zoho Mail.

Recently Zoho Mail has reduced the no. of mails they can provide for it's basic version. Earlier you could use 5 free emails at 5 GB each as an introductory offer . Hope they do not dilute their free features as they get popular .

The best thing about Zoho Mail is the free services. Using it is free. Though you can always sign up for paid subscription depending on your needs. I like that Zoho Mail has mobile application for easy access to email, aside from the usual website access. The spam filter is very high and tight. And another great thing about Zoho Mail is that there are no stupid advertisements even if you are on free subscription unlike others.

Zoho Mail is an ultimate savior in many ways. It helps us a lot to save money because we get to use it for free. It is perfect for our small business to save money yet still function efficiently with email communication. Likewise, Zoho Mail saves our face. Even if we are using a free service, it doesn't limit or stop us from using our own domain name to be linked to our email address, and therefore, we don't look like a cheap business even if we are just a small one. Our clients don't look down on us. Also, aside from the usual website access, there is a free mobile application we can download and use on our mobile phone, which I love the most since, I often you to places and outside office to meet people and clients. So, even if I am not in front of my computer, I don't miss important emails because everytime a new email comes in, it pops up on my phone so I get alerted and thus I can immediately check, read it, reply if needed or schedule it since there is tasks option inside the email and even calendar, great additional features for no extra charge!

The most helpful thing is that you can buy only as many email ids that you require for your employees. As and when your employees increase, you can buy it on the go.

The least helpful thing is that the setup could be more easy and intuitive.

I love many things about Zoho Mail. But the best one is the price tag. For as low as 1usd/month, I get to enjoy fully loaded features and functionalities. And there are no annoying ads anywhere. Zoho Mail supports IMAP and POP3 so I have more flexibility to use third party application I choose and pleasing to me. And the most important thing is that I have a branded email to use.

I don't see any downside to Zoho Mail, it works as expected.

Zoho Mail solves our problem with our email communication. With the IMAP and POP3 capability, I can set up my email on almost any email application I want to use, even on my builtin email application on my macbook. I am not limited to just a browser to get access to my email or Zoho Mail's own mobile application. But their also works great and works effortlessly with my macbook native email application. Synching is so smooth. And the best thing is that we now have our branded email. Our email address has the name of our company so I have no problem using it to communicate with clients and customers, they don't look down on us. For now though, I am using the free version, but still works great. Just less the IMAP and POP3. But I can upgrade anytime as needed for less.

If you have a url then you can purchase as many email ids as you like for just $1 per month.

Nothing to dislike except that if you dont have some computer savvy, then it can be a task to setup the email configuration.

Zoho Mail is a big help for low level company level up and to look professional in the eyes of our clients and prospect clients. Generic email address no more, hello to branded one, thanks to Zoho Mail. Oh by the way, there are notes, tasks, calendar and even chat inside the application whether I am on mobile or thru browser, so whenever there is a need for me to write down something important or arrange some tasks, I dont need anything else, it is already there for me to use and again for free. It works wonderfully for me and saves me money, time and effort.

The interface is brilliantly designed and organised. The set up to get the account up and running didn't take more than 20 minutes. Love that zoho mail has a mobile app to track you business emails on the go.
