Zoho Mail Reviews & Product Details
Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

Zoho mail gives unique and custom email address, the inbox has a suite of apps, A lot of integrations are possible and available, also you get an admin console, and migration is also possible
We get so many features for free so I don't think there is anything to dislike, along with Zoho mail you get all features and apps to use of Zoho, calender is also very good
we get anti-malware, data protection, management tools, Collaboration, team email building, can be integrated easily with any hosting and we get a secure mail box for free, and google doesn't red flag it.
The best thing in this e survey that is the mail sending & reciving response are working smoothly. Zoho mail has budget friendly & customized user experience for people.
The most common users of Zoho Mail are from Small Businesses (1-50 employees) and the Information Technology & Services industry. We want that Zoho will become more than this.
Zoho Mail is budget friendly and has many options within their plans in order to customize user experience. While it comes at a slightly higher price, in other mail.
I like that I can create aliases for my users and use them for different purposes. I don't need to create a bunch of users for every single email address.
The interfaces are not that easy. I don't like the mobile App, it is hard to use. And I don't like email grouping. I've tried many different mail clients and Gmail does it the best. And, I'd like to have a possibility to log in to different accounts at the same time in a web-browser how it works in the mobile app (maybe this feature is somewhere, I didn't see).
We are solving the problem of having corporate emails for our company. It is free to start when you are a small company or a startup.
Best part about Zoho is how intuitive and easy to use the software is. I never thought it was so good. On a paid plan, & I have all my employees on Zoho now.
I just wish they had a good Out of office logic options.
Gsuite is expensive for us currently. So we have totally shifted to zoho mail. It has saved a lot of money.
The best features are the reminders, tasks and ability to snooze your emails.
Sometimes the formatting from pasting/copying is weird, but it's easy to work around.
Great mail platform that allows you to set reminders on sent email in case no one responds, snooze emails to review later, set tasks on emails and sub-categories on the tasks and more.
Zoho is a reliable, easy-to-use and comprehensive tool to manage email communication. Best Email hosting service for every organisation. It provides a comprehensive suite of business-class email and collaboration solution to meet the needs of the modern workplace.
Paid plans require all users to opt for paid plans and need an option to select only paid plans which will help to onboard and exiting users from Organisation so that we can switch users who had left the organisation towards the free plan Quota.
Zoho mail has been a huge help to our company. We can connect our domains and we love the professional email address and the fact that we can have many features along with each account.
It is very easy to set up the emails within minutes and start sending your business emails. The process of domain verification is also simple and interactive, so even newbie can set it up easily. I Love Zoho Mail app.
Nothing specially. It solves everting related to my business emails. It doesn't allow to use of SMTP and IMAP in the free version, This is what I need in Zoho mail.
Easily set up my business emails on https://hiteshjangir.in. It is easy to send and receive emails. It also provides the calendar Docs and many more features that are very useful for me.
Zoho Mail doesn't take more than 30 - 40 minutes to set up, including things like Domain Verification, and Email Address Creation (if you are creating around 4-5 email addresses just after signing up, might take more time depending on how many emails addresses you are creating), etc. Apart from this, here are the things which I like about Zoho Mail: 1. Zoho provides a free plan for up to 5 Email accounts 2. You can also create email groups and tie email addresses to it which receive emails when send to that group, this helps when you need to send emails (general communication, announcements, etc.) to all colleagues in a department or to a specific group, without needing to enter all the emails each time in the recipient list 3. Another feature I like is that while checking Zoho Mail, you can schedule a meeting (Zoho Meetings) using the Calendar Widget without needing to leave the current email tab
It doesn't show the sender's profile picture when sent via Zoho Email, even when you have set the profile picture.
I use Zoho email for my business, also I use it as a first choice when a client asks me for Email Configuration. Zoho is easy to set up, and from what I found it seems to be one of the best options when you are looking for a FREE Business Email Provider (I've searched for various ways you can host business emails, e.g. from email forwarders to cPanel email hosting from your hosting provider, free & paid business email providers, etc.)
User interface is very attractive. And we can customise as per our liking.
Need to add members always one by one. It should be a group like we can select one group and send a mail to all of them on a single click.
Not a single problem I have faced
Since the company I work for is a corporate company, we use ZOHO. It is very easy to use and has a simple interface. We can do everything about mailing easily and quickly. That's why I love using Zoho.
If I am going to send an e-mail to a collective team, I write the name of that team and send an e-mail. And if I'm in that team, the mail I sent comes back to my inbox. In short, the e-mail I sent myself is coming back to me. I don't like this feature at all.
Since the company I work for is corporate, we use Zoho. The user interface is very simple. I can organize my meetings more easily by showing our meetings in the calendar section of Zoho. I also get to my meetings on time. I can say that it is very good at organizing my Zoho calendar, easy mailing and easy viewing of old mails.
