Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

I really like that I was given a free email service for my business and that despite being free, I don't have to worry about my outgoing emails going to end users' spam folders. I also like that I can read my emails from their mobile app.
I'm not too fond of the default folders (Newsletter, Notification, etc.). I wish that everything went into the Inbox and that I could sort it after the fact. Also, I wouldn't say I like that in the mobile app, if you choose a tag/folder from a drop-down menu, it doesn't take you to the same view as accessing the folders the usual way. You have to click the hamburger menu to get to your actual folders. That's a bit confusing.
Zoho Mail provides me with an inbox for free. I was able to configure something quickly and efficiently that works with my domain name with little trouble. Because the emails are going to my business and I get a notification for every email, my response time is very high.
Seamless integration with my Domain, I did not struggle at all to Amend any changes.
Specific features for me require I upgrade my package
Business Mail Management
Zoho mail is exceptionally flexible and easy to use. You can quickly and easily point your domain registrar to zoho servers and be up and running in literally minutes. They don't charge for multiple domains and you can have as many alias emails with whatever domain you want to be sent to a single account. For my business, this is perfect. The price is so low, it's ridiculous and you get access to many high-end features as well. For example, you get access to Zoho Drive, their Notes, i.e. OneNote type product, as well. I love this service and would recommend it to anyone starting a business. There's no reason to pay a fortune for an email service or to use a gmail address for your business!
Seriously, this is difficult because it does everything a mail program should do. It would be nice if it had a better calendar sync feature, like sync to google calendar, but I would not want it to be too integrated. Maybe just easier to import/export.
Zoho mail handles all of my business email needs. I use it for a few small businesses I run, and it works great. I love that I can go to one place and get all my emails for my businesses. It's easy to navigate, change properties, etc. It has been around for a while, so when I need help, I can google the problem and find it on the zoho forums. It is excellent!
Zoho Mail offers a wide range of solutions to manage our employees' emails. The control panel is intuitive and straightforward and allows us to add, modify and remove accounts very quickly. One of the most positive points is choosing between multiple forms of authentication, which makes account security high. Integration with custom domains works excellent. It was pretty easy to set up.
The desktop application is still a bit limited. Apparently, it's in the early stages of development. The automatic classification of emails in pre-existing folders is not always accurate.
All of the company's corporate emails are created, maintained, and managed by Zoho Mail.
That it's entirely free for a bespoke email address
The interface is pretty dated and not too intuitive
Saving money
Zoho mail is one of the most reliable and secured mailing service apps, It gives me a smooth and secure interface to send and receive emails, plus the draft and editing tools are well enough to do things that I want. Sending mails with Zoho gives me a professional workspace with many valuable tools and add-on while connecting my mailbox to other Zoho products . The subscription price is fair, and the service is unique . I prefer to keep working with Zoho.
There are not many downsides to discuss here except that Yahoo-like default skin could be more attractive by adding theme-based skin like chrome.
Zoho helped me to find an integrated zone to connects my mail, files, and data and send them all to my clients by using the latest technology. The Cloud and the uploading system are reliable and secure.I could send mail to several recipients and use the scheduled mail system to send mails to my students after finishing the session automatiically.
Zoho Mail is one of the Best Professional Mailing services in the Market. User-Friendly UI and lots of features make it perfect for use. A highly Secure and consolidated control panel is a plus. Streams Features will make Your Conversations more interactive and Customized your emails by using Templates.
As of now, no point in disliking these best mail hosting Services. Just a Request to increase free business emails to 10 from 5.
I am using Zoho mail for day-to-day business conversations. Benefits - Ease of use - Consolidated Control Panel - Lots of Features - Customized Emails (Templates) - Streams
UI looks good also functionalities are working fine with this very convenient and ease of use while working with the mails quite easy and very light as compared to any other platforms.
We may face lagging issues while working with the application rest everything seems to be fine.
Group discussion,Mail conversation and documents exchanges while working with the mails.
Very User friendly experience using Zoho mail., we are using it for more then 6 year
Nothing much to say on the dislikes.. may be couple additional feature like UC integration could be better way to enhance on the product
We use it for the internal as well external communication.. sometimes use for scheduling meetings
Super easy to use. Has an interface and search functionality similar to Gmail.
Not much to dislike. Of course, (like Gmail) anyone who loves Outlook will have a bit of a learning curve.
ZohoMail came along for the ride with ZohoOne. It has been a fantastic tool for our team's email and collaboration needs.
Zoho Mail is a solid platform for business emails. It syncs well with Apple Mail and also offers great features that my business uses on a regular basis. I've never had any deliverability issues and everything works as it should.
It is not as robust as the Google Suite of products, but I think it works just as well. Additionally, the pricing is just okay. Overall, it's a solid product though.
Zoho helps me connect with my clients through a reliable email system. I've realized the importance of having a platform that works as it should after experiencing issues with another program. Zoho is solid for small business owners.
I like the fact that I can quickly draft an e-mail over my computer or send a quick one through my phone. I have been Zoho mail for five months now, and it is the only software we use to check our inboxes or send emails to our colleagues. I can quickly access a bunch of options with it such as calender, tasks etc. I immedietly receive an intimation if my mail is not delivered to somebody. This is really helpful. Zoho mails is also integrated to Zoho CRM which makes my job so easy. I can keep track of all the emails that i have shared or missed. Adding attachments, changing fonts, colors and styles is pretty simple as well. The support team is pretty helpful as well.
I honestly don't see any downside to Zoho mail. I am still a little unsure of how I see a lot of emails in my undread folder even though I keep track of all my e-mails. There are plenty feature i am yet to discover under the setting menu but I am good for now. There is nothing that I dislike about Zoho mail.
I use Zoho mail to regularly send e-mails to clients, colleagues and also create a scheduled meeting with my clients sometimes. I can easyil draft emails, copy past contect save drafts, keep many tabs open and multitask. I also get reminders to login and join meetings which is helpful. Every single activity that takes place in my office i get a notification which I can always rely on. It is basically my bread and butter.
in my opinion, Zoho mail is the best option for email hosting because unlike the well-known alternatives it offers a generous free plan and you can update as you grow for a reasonable price, the UI is very nice and simple, and at this price point, it’s the email hosting company small businesses should be using.
Whenever I receive a new email on Zoho the pictures are not loaded when I first open it because I have to confirm that I want to show the images, and I have to do this every time!
We use Zoho to get professional emails with our company domain name and it has all the necessary features for a business like creating separate emails for each employee with @ourname.com and a great mobile app to stay notified and reply to incoming emails on the go, we've been using Zoho for years and we never experienced any downtime so it’s safe to say that it’s pretty reliable.
What I like the most about Zoho is a single platform for multiple problems, especially communication and colleberation.
There is no single aspect I dislike about the Zoho platform.
My company communication problem
The flexibility that lets you get an email address for free. That's the main reason I went ahead and used it.
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
Zoho mail allows me to manage all my business emails in one place, and the best part is that I can have an account for free. Plus, it filters very accurately all the emails you receive from spam to the ones that are really a priority.
I use Zoho Mail as part of the bundled Zoho One service. The bundle delivers a massive range of everything I need for my business at a great value, and one thing I particularly like is the integration with the CRM. The webmail client is highly usable, and I particularly value the separate iOS app. If I'm traveling, I want to focus on my business-related mail without all the mailing list and other noise that fills my Apple Mail. The CRM integration makes it easy to keep track of emails that have been part of an ongoing flow with a client or supplier. They have kept up with modern design trends with a clean design and easy Night Mode toggle.
The auto-classification into "Newsletter" emails often puts the first item from a sender in that folder, which is a transactional email but is not a regular newsletter. It would be better if it only did it after a couple of emails from the same source.
I needed a separate email service for my business due to the flood of emails when on holidays. I also use the CRM for suppliers and other business contacts, which provides an integrated communication trail.
I can easily tag my email messages, see what I haven´t read, and mark a few as important. They also have a calendar, which I like because I can organize my schedule so fast! The User Interface is also great! It also has a mobile version, which notifies me when I receive a new email so that´s nice.
Honestly, it is perfect as it is, I really like it!
I manage my professional life there! I sent/receive messages from/for the community, work opportunities, collaboration, organization, and more. That´s why I like that I can add a tag to each email, so I can easily find it later.
Zoho mail is far now the best option I came across for setting up a business email address. It provides you some of the best and economical pricing plans. It is ideal for teams of all sizes. From a small group to a large organization, it lets you seamlessly manage your business emails. One of the best features of Zoho Mail is its Forever Free Plan, which has a limit of 5 users, 5GB storage per user, and an attachment limit of 25MB. It is ideal for those folks who want to leverage the business mail address without spending an additional amount on the mail hosting provider. Configuring Zoho Mail with your domain is also reasonably easy and straightforward. You will get a seamless experience with Zoho Mail
The process of configuring Zoho Mail is easy, but sometimes it takes time to verify the records, and the instructions provided for the integration can be improved. More Interface theme options can be added so that users can configure the look and feel as per their preference.
We are using Zoho mail as a mail hosting service provider. We have realized many benefits such as cost and lower maintenance efforts by using Zoho Mail. Plus, you will not get any useless junk/promotional emails, and a lot of integrations can be added to expand the functionality of Zoho Mail.
Zoho is one of the secure email hosting solutions. The initial configuration is straightforward. We have been using the Zoho mail for over five years, We Started with free, and later we have moved to the paid version. A lot of superb features are there. Very user friend and rialiable solution, so far we did not face any downlime or mainternance time. Fast solution. Lot of great feature are there, such as calender, spamfilter, attahement virus scan..etc. user interface is easy understandable. even non tecnical staff also easily work. I would like to recommand this email solution to small and middle size business organatations. Very afforadable price.
Nothing to dislike, we are happy with Zoho mail
We were spending a lot of money on an on-premises hosted mail server and which was the unsecured solution. Later we realize to move to the cloud. So Zoho mail helps us to fulfill our requirement. The Mobile client is another additional feature. implementation process wont take much time. we have configured with in two hours. Cost effective solution
I had to switch to different business email provider. First I tried Gmail - my emails were not being delivered, the Google mail server IP has been blacklisted. Google support couldn't resolve this. So I switched to Office 365 - again I had problems with emails delivery plus I couldn't access the outlook.com online mail account. Now I was looking at Zoho mail and I was really skeptical about this company which is based in India. But their product has been flawless! Yes the user interface isn't the best looking there is. But signing up was a breeze. They have awesome IMAP migration tool which unlike the one from Office365 works as expected. I migrated 2 business accounts with 50k emails in a while. Setting up DNS was easy and they offer awesome 1EUR/month/user plan. But most importantly, the deliverability of the emails sent by Zoho mail is awesome (10/10 rated by mail-tester.com) and this is really critical for me. Zoho mail is awesome!
User interface is not the nicest there is BUT in terms of functionality it has everything I need. Moreover I access mail only from my 3rd party desktop and mobile apps not online so this is not an issue at all for me.
I needed good email deliverability and email provider that I can rely on. I am very glad I made the switch to Zoho
