I have been using Zoho email service since 2015, it’s fully reliable and flexible. Zoho has affordable plans for any scale of business, it has many features, applications, finance solutions, email and collaboration features, help desk tools, human resource, custom solutions as well. Zoho gives free email plan for startup business, it's a good help for startup business.
Zoho mail is simple to use and get set up, it is ultra low cost, and for small businesses it even has a free plan, which is fantastic for start ups
When setting up DKIM records, it can be a little difficult to figure out. Rather than having an extensive guide on how to do it, i had to google solutions. It also doesn't have all domain suppliers listed (in my case namecheap) which is one of the biggest providers out there.
As a start up business, it has allowed me to have a free business email, along with options to add several networks, all other email solutions charge a fee for this. I found this to be absolutely incredible. You can't find these features for free with any other email solutions out there.
I love that I can get all the features for so little out of my pocket!
If I had to pick something, I'd wish the HTML editor for the emails were a bit more advanced.

Zoho is sometimes laggy and there are problem with zoho servers. Zoho company is based in chennai india and chennai has a pretty slow internet connections and the ISP's are not so good
I use zoho mail for email forwarding and the sync features. I feel that the zoho CRM software is much better and efficient than the zoho mail client
