It doesn't show the sender's profile picture when sent via Zoho Email, even when you have set the profile picture.
I use Zoho email for my business, also I use it as a first choice when a client asks me for Email Configuration. Since the company I work for is a corporate company, we use ZOHO. It is very easy to use and has a simple interface. We can do everything about mailing easily and quickly. That's why I love using Zoho.
If I am going to send an e-mail to a collective team, I write the name of that team and send an e-mail. And if I'm in that team, the mail I sent comes back to my inbox. In short, the e-mail I sent myself is coming back to me. I don't like this feature at all.
Since the company I work for is corporate, we use Zoho. The user interface is very simple. I can organize my meetings more easily by showing our meetings in the calendar section of Zoho. I also get to my meetings on time. I can say that it is very good at organizing my Zoho calendar, easy mailing and easy viewing of old mails.

The mail box gui is the best part when compared to other tools on the market. The rules like outlook can be much easier on Zoho mail easily customisable and way better on daily BAU activities.

With Zoho email, I can quickly take the zoho crm regarding the client. I frequently will send out emails in bunches. When I do this, I can create various groups of contacts and create email templates all at once. Doing this has made me more efficient in my email management.
Easy to Configure with outlook or you can use webmail as you like. It's different services/addons. ie Zoho Dropbox, Zoho CRM, etc. Compared to a similar service provider I found it good.

I received 25 free email accounts with Zoho mail and as a start-up, it was very helpful for me financially. Zoho increase my and my teams' productivity and saved my time.
I like the shared calendar and the shared mail via messenger option. I also like the ability to create private groups within the App and the multiple email accounts for each department. I like the ability to create tasks and share notes.
So far I haven't found too much that I don't like. I think the UI could be better, more intuitive, but then I am still learning my way around it.

I solved my IMAP messages not coming from a white listed IP. They were flagged as SPAM and prospects and clients never saw them. Now with ZOHO, I can be [email protected] and actually get through to someone's inbox, without spending an arm and a leg.

Minimal font style is available (i.e, only 3) whereas the minimum needed 5-10 fonts also Verdana font should be added. Also font size is missing which help to customise it.
It offers all the features i required, including task list and ability to integrate with other tools such as Google drive, Integrately and others. I also enjoyed the keyboad shortcuts while drafting emails.
Zoho mail having To do list in addition to scheduled tasks which make me capable to assign new tasks through mail directly and add these tasks and meetings to the calendar which shared with the team members and send automatic mails to them with the assigned tasks , however Zoho mail is integrated with Zoho meetings which allow all team members having one mail address to access the mail and the meetings service
Overall Zoho mail Service is working good but what needed is the ability to increase the mail capacity and storage in addition to archiving the old mails and documents
