Zoho Meetings has all the features that the premium software products offer. At the price, I cannot imagine anything else, especially when it offers a variety of options bundled into one package. Must recommend to all.

Audio option is not that great on browser, but is great on application.

I have my company partners working out of USA. I was struggling to connect with them. Zoho Meetings allows them to connect to International Dial In numbers.

I would highly recommend Zoho Meeting and Webinar to anyone running a small business and managing a team of people across disparate locations. It is one of the most cost-effective business tools you'll come across and very easy to use. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

So far, I haven't found anything I dislike.

I needed a way to bring people together on a regular basis for updates and meetings.

The simplicity of the UI. It's so easy to set up your first webinar in a few clicks. Even the free version is already featured enough to allow good work to be done.

Nothing special except that this Zoho app is not directly linked to the other ones. I have a Zoho Finance Plus subscription and, as far as I know, I can't link them or even have a discount on the Meetings app.

In my company, we use massively G Suite for video call/meetings. But, in a matter of organizing and hosting pieces of training, we were looking for a true webinar solution. It allows controlling better the audience and be more efficient, like keep timing on track.

Avery simple addition to the CRM we use. I've used ZOOM, which is good. This is just a very similar product, maybe a bit simpler to use. It integrates really well with the CRM as we can schedule meetings from the client record. The mute all feature is good so you don't get too much background chatter. On the whole I prefer it's ease of use when compared to ZOOM.

Not much so far. It could have a meeting link share feature that opens Gmail, but it's not essential.

Saves time travelling to meetings and right now this is invaluable! Will allow us to help more people during this challenging time.

requirement for attendees to give away their details in order to access a meeting. It would be preferable to allow attendees to register with name only, rather than making contact details mandatory. It seems unethical for the type of organisation that we represent.

Covid-19 crisis and risk mitigation strategy. Going forwards, we will consider virtual meetings as core strategy of our organisation rather than a response plan to an event disrupting standard operation.

I was a newbie to webinars and it took me no time to understand the interface and get it to do what I wanted. I was afraid I'd run into technical problems during the webinar, but the feedback I received from the attendants was positive, there were no interruptions or viewing problems.

Gosto da facilidade de uso e a integração com o aplicativo ZOHO CRM o torna excelente, fácil de acessar, funciona muito bem, possui todos os elementos necessários para executar várias tarefas em uma reunião e é simples de configurar. Ao contrário de outras plataformas que usei, é uma excelente maneira de colaborar durante as reuniões, e principalmente porque a interface é tão bem projetada que você pode iniciar uma reunião com apenas alguns cliques.

I honestly do not find negative criticisms about this software, it has a good performance when performing work joints with a small number of participants, but as this amount increases you can see a decrease in quality in the image. There are problems of momentary connectivity loss, mostly as a result of what was mentioned in the previous point, this being a very important problem since it creates discomfort among the participants and a delay that can result in not starting with punctuality an event already scheduled. There are not many options to customize the tool which can be understandable if you want to maintain a serious and business appearance.

Meeting coordination has improved in an incredible way. Planning times have decreased greatly, as have rental costs for conference rooms, meals and many other things that are part of holding work meetings. Because I work remotely I do not have the possibility to be physically present in the meetings that are held so the use of a video conferencing tool is vital help for my communication and participation in topics of mutual interest for my team of work and company in general. Giving me the total freedom to join events or webinars in the comfort of my home or anywhere I like.
