Zoho Social Reviews & Product Details

I tried using a product called Fan Page Robot. The owner of the website is NOT A GOOD PERSON and the product is at best AWFUL! FPR's "instructions" were NOT! What they were though was them explaining what the feature does but not how to set it up! For someone that is not social media savvy yet, Zoho is here! Zoho provided an actual phone number for support and 10 times over more features.

Wish it allowed 4 individuals on the $10 plan to make social media posts, I have more social media staff that make posts throughout the day and from various personal accounts so i wish i had more room to add others

I can make a single social media post and it goes out on all our platforms. My previous product only allowed one platform

Zoho Social allows me to post up to multiple social media accounts I have as well as great integration with Zoho CRM. Zoho Suite of Apps are fantastic for my business.

It would be great if Zoho Social added all the different types of social media out there like including Snapchat.

I've been using zoho social for a while after trialing a few options. I like the ease of use, and particularly the reporting. It allows me to choose the best times of day to post.

The integration with instagram needs improvement. You can schedule a post, but then need to go into instagram to activate it. Makes it almost time poor

I manage multiple client accounts with zoho, and the scheduling tool has been great to work out what my week will look like.

I love the deep integration and the flexibility it provides.

Zoho makes it easy to manage our social media calendar

Wish I would have found this earlier because it makes this part of our business much easier.

One of the best things about Zoho is that we can have multiple users with different permissions and easily manage all our social media scheduling.

Easy to use and the app on the phone is great to keep track of notifications, mentions, and even messages. Plus I can respond back right off the app/website.

I wish I didn't have to do instagram myself, but on the plus side they make it super easy to do and can do it right from my phone in 10 seconds.

I can schedule out my social media in one sitting so I don't have to think about it every day. Love the app so I can just open one thing for work and not 4 different apps.

Zoho reporting is the best we've found for the price. Both the desktop and app interfaces are easy to use and we recommend Zoho over any other social management software.

It would be helpful if there were a way to upload more than one photo at a time to the social media platform.

Easy to set up and post Zoho Social. Zoho Social also has more social media sites on the free plan than do the others. I also like that you can get more time on the free trial by writing a review here and on their app as well as posting a suggestion to use Zoho Social to your friends and colleages on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Plus, and Instagram. I like that you are also notified when posts are made

I'm just trying Zoho Social out to see if this is what I'm looking for. But I don't like paying to upgrade just yet.. I like having more social media sites, Facebook, Twitter, Lindenin, Google Plus, and Instagram on the free plan but I'm still deciding on whether to upgrade. I also don't like that I can't add both Facebook profile and Facebook page at the same time. I can on others such as Buffer. But then again, Buffer only allows 5 social media sites on the free plan.

Schedule Posting

The scheduling and option to post to all social media at once.

So far, I was not able to find any weakness of the tool, but time will tell

It is a great platform to preschedule posts and monitor multiple platforms.

You can use FB and Twitter on your desktop but have to use the mobile app for Instagram.

The best part about Zoho Social is that you can correlate with your team, you can monitor keywords and hashtags, you can also speak to your clients all through one platform.

The only thing that I dislike is that their is no pinterest associated with zoho.

I'd have to say that this resolves identifying marketing opportunities. I was not able to do that with any other platforms, so this was excellent for that.

The platform is fairly easy to navigate and work around.
