Simplicity to use, while it has enough power to give me complete control. I knew there were ways of handling my social media out there, quickly found Zoho Social, and got to grips with it within an hour, was publishing and controlling my social media properly by the next day.
Some obvious features are pay only, but I suppose that's only sensible for them to do.
Took over control of my companies social media 10 days ago, doubled our followers in 6 days, doubled them again in the next 3. Making doing my social media a dream. Very pleased with it indeed, would highly recommend. As this is my first social media service, I'm not sure what else is out there, but Zoho seems to be fully featured, scalable, easy to use, powerful, and quick to learn, I really can't recommend it highly enough.
The "brand" categorization, it makes the interface very organized and lets you focus on that particular client.
I wish it came with MailChimp analytics.

I find the platform easy to use and very friendly interface, it has everything you need in one space and the reports are fantastic and easy to present. I absolutely love Zoho Social it's a product that not only saves me time but makes my life a little better every day!
There is not one thing I really don't like, I think this product is fantastic.
Social Media publishing, The benefits are that you can load the content prior to it being published and the system publishes all the post on time and when needed. I find it easy to change if the social media calendar changes or something comes up!
Its similarity to Constant contact and the integration with CRM

The brand health dashboard is simple and informative. Allows me to gauge my social media performance at a glance. The user interface is simple and hardly took any time to grasp. Great for beginners but also informative and feature rich for the pros
Add Pinterest and a couple of other social media platforms. Also updations to the social media statistics does lag a bit.
Handling multiple accounts can be nerve-racking, so a single dashboard for all my social media platforms makes getting social media analytics as well as responding to tweets, messages etc a lot easier
The consolidated single dashboard feature of the software gives one a birds eyeview of a company's social media platforms. The onboarding is easy and with a few webinars, an in-experienced person could also handle this and get +ve dividends.
There could be some other platforms which can be considered.

If you don't have lots of interaction with others the smart post can only give one or two time slots for scheduling
The monitor piece allows me to monitor keywords that are important to my business and stay on top of trends and information as well as be able to connect and make recommendation when someone else is looking for information around that subject.
Zoho social is great as you can schedule out posts across all channels, answer messages from every channel through one dashboard and have one tool for reporting on all channels.
The reporting could be a little more in depth.

The Zoho Social app is excellent. We have managed to automate some functions that would be assigned to a community manager. This application helped us a lot to understand what the state of our brand is in social networks and to control their behavior.
Reports can be more complete, and the roles & profile can be more complex.

Zoho social is more than scheduling posts for social media. It is a complete social platform with many usefull functionalities.
Lead creation functionalities on instagram are non existant.

Ease of use. I really enjoy how straight forward the interface is. Additionally, it's quite easy to schedule posts and I really like that the scheduler tracks the best times/dates to schedule posts for your audience.
Could have a few more social networks integrated. Additionally, it might be nice to have a way to interact with the various platforms (like, comment, share) via Zoho Social.
Building awareness and establishing ourselves as thought leaders. The analytics from Zoho Social are very informative. Plus, the integration with Zoho CRM allows us to see if any VIP's are checking out our sites, which allows our development team to contact them.
Zoho makes it easy to schedule future posts for my social media accounts. I also love that it offers statistics for how your posts are doing (views, interactions, etc.) and how many people are clicking on your links.

Saving time promoting my business on social media by having a "one stop shop" approach to scheduling. The statistics also allow me to see what's working and what's not.
Four important metrics are displayed front and center on your dashboard. Total Audience? Active Audience? Engagement? Stories Created? This group of metrics really focuses on important aspects of building a solid foundation with your Social Media Channels.
There's really not much to dislike about it. The interface is great! I keep my social media management simple and I do not have a need for complex features. Smart systems keep it simple for quick use while layering deeper insight.
Building consistency with my messaging a lot more easily. Important parts of each social media platform are put into one place, making it easy to get things done, like, "Posts" "Messages" "Monitor". Fantastic tool!
I use this every week to plan out my posts for my business. It is a great tool to keep your social media up and consistent each week! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Easy to understand analytics and report generation. It seems to offer the social media insights you'd want while presenting it in a clear way.
No YouTube support which is unfortunate as a few other analytics tools do seem to offer more integrations. As well, the insights provided may be a bit limited, no ad performance for instance.
Keeping social media accounts active and learning how to improve online presence through actionable insights. So far, we've been able to utilize the scheduling features and insights to better gauge our activity on Facebook.
I like having the option to add multiple social media accounts. I personally have several accounts that I manage and been able to save a lot of time by setting one or two days a week where I schedule post. I plan to eventually set up my clients accounts as well using this service
I think the price for this service is high. I have been enjoying the service but I am not sure if the price is suitable for the service considering that there are several companies that offer these same social network services
I am saving time which is very important to me. I have been to set a couple hours aside to schedule post for the next few weeks on several social networks that I manage. I have realized that scheduling has allowed me to become more active which in turn has brought more attention to my social networks and has given me more leads and potential clients
