I use Zoom for all of my scheduled sales calls & demos and wouldn't be able to run my process without it. I've used a couple of conference software vendors in the past and believe that Zoom is the easiest one to use for my prospects. I'm a big fan of video when it comes to running meetings.

Conference software in general is tough because everyone uses different vendors and some folks have never used Zoom so I often have to trouble shoot my meeting attendees ability to log into conferences.

With Zoom I was able to interview and conference with a number of people across the country all from living room. Using Zoom added a level of professionalism and reliability that I hadn’t had with something like FaceTime in the last. The picture and sound were clear with very little lag.

I have used similar software before so the set up for me was easy. However, I could see someone who has very little technological experience possible having a little difficulty getting started. Tweaking the ease of use in the set up might be helpful.

I needed to meet and interview with a number of people who were in the opposite coast from me. Zoom Events is a clever and practical tool. It's easy to sift through and get your bearings. I like that it allows easy collaboration, networking, brainstorming via breakout rooms and messaging. It easily allows large groups to attend and collaborate for webinars or staff meetings.

Zoom Events and Webinars are quite efficient and works marvelously. One area of improvement can be the security feature. I've had private meetings with my team, and a random, uninvited person will enter the room.

Zoom Events allows me to solve virtual networking and communication issues. I use this tool to host virtual staff meetings for 150 persons. The transmission is seamless and encourages feedback from the team. It also saves time by easily integrating with Users calendars for event reminders and notifications

It can accomodate a large number of people in a single video conference which becomes a problem for other similar sofwares. It has most cool feature of virtual background.

It takes a large amount of date which can last for not mre than 1 hour if you have only 1GB Or 2GB data remaining on your phone. Also, it doesn't allow virtual background on average Android phones.

It allows the people organisations and people to attend interview online. Therefore, It has become a habbit now for most interview to attend on zoom. We can connect to people all over the world. Face to face interaction has become too fast now a days because of zoom.

Easy to schedule meetings and set up the interface with Outlook.

It would be nice if the host or an attendee could share multiple screens at one time. "Backgrounds definitely need improvement., i.e. blurring background makes outline around the person look really weird, other backgrounds do the same thing, but it is more pronounced on the blurring.

Enables multiple people to attend virtually. Easy for the Host/attendees to communicate individually or with the group. Improves troubleshooting IT issues when I can schedule an immediate meeting.
