ActiveCampaign is very complex and offers many possibilities. However, after a certain period of familiarization, you can use the full potential. Great tool for email marketing

Ease of use. It's easy for us to import contacts and track deals. Easily assign clients to sales force and keep track of contact points.

Sales force doesn't like to use the contact features of the service. They prefer using their calendars and email to track contact points and follow up. Haven't been able to fully utilize the service due to this.

Keeping all of our client data base in one location that's not a spreadsheet. Contact info, notes, deal info, etc.

Everything is easy to create and then duplicate. The pricing is far better than my prior program.

I love the combination of features all in one place for email marketing and CRM.

Certain setting and automation could be a bit more easier to learn to customize.

I never really advertised or look for new clients in any way other than word of mouth. ActiveCampaign has allowed me to begin my marketing campaignn in a very easy way. I now have significantly more leads & am using them to build a network & newsletter base.

I like the wealth of automation and integration capabilities offered by ActiveCampaign. I can almost always find a connection from other platforms to AC. And the flexibility in its automation is excellent. I find the pricing to be in line with or better than other alternatives.

There is some learning curve to get used to the interface and such. But that should be expected with such a powerful platform. Some parts are not intuitive at first. But fortunately, the support is responsive and documentation is plentiful.

Active Campaign allows me to connect my other platforms together so all my marketing automation can be performed on one platform rather than scattered across multiple one.

We have been using active campaign for my business for over a year and it's been great! It's very user friendly, great features, and good value for the price.

I had someone set mine up for me, and I have added emails and contacts. I hope that there are videos to guide me through how to set up more extensive campaigns once I jump into doing things myself.

I have optins set up for me and that allows me to capture the traffic to my website.
