The templates that they provide are so easy ti use anyone can build a marketing campaign.

As per right now there is nothing i don't like. I am very happy with the service.

It is helping me reach my customer and help them in a more productive way.

The automations are powerful with options for creating exactly the flow we need for our business needs. The live support are always very helpful too.

Unless you know what you're doing you can't get a fraction of the benefit from Active Campaign. Its not the most intuitive software Ive ever used.

I moved to ActiveCampaign because it has the CRM features that I needed. It's very flexible but is really not complex to use. It's also affordable for small businesses and lastly the customer support is very good.

There are no real downsides to using ActiveCampaign for marketing. I'd like to have some minor improvements done on the email editor and automation features though.

AC makes it easy to keep track of lead generation and contacts. It allows me to write notes about contacts and associate tasks with them as well. It probably replaces 2-3 other systems.

I am using the software to automate lead magnet distribution and email drips for the online sale of educational products.

Seamless Campaigns and I'm really able to customize them to my brand personality. I also like how easy to read the reports are so I can just how successful a campaign is.

My team hasn't had any issues with the software.

I had a client once tell me that she doesn't receive the "Pretty" emails that she expects to receive from my company. Now, my team can easily create email campaigns that look like they're from me.

I love the easy use of the software and how well it integrats with our software. It was easy to implement and has the features we need. We use it every day.

I think the best thing about Active Campaign for Marketing is the ease with which you can set up marketing automations. These have helped us achieve our business development goals over the past 3 months.

One of the only downsides I can think of is not having unlimited contact allowances on our current plan.

We are able to add multiple users to our automation sequences, allowing us to continually market to clients and candidates within our CRM, without having to manually email every person individually.
