Our team was able to self teach on getting onboarded and we quickly got most of our organization on board. At its core, it's easy to get into, but the capability is a mile wide if you continue to dig.

The proofing tool could use some work. This was perhaps the biggest sticking point for our team in getting universal adoption. If they worked on upping that capability, they'd be ready to take on just about any PM software out.

Our team needed to be able to prioritize what we were working from a higher level than task-based, and Airtable has allowed us to self manage so much within our own team to not only assign work, but to be able to prioritize projects against one another.

We use this tool to manage our faculty rosters of over 100 providers that support multiple subspecialties. We work collaboratively with several administrative leaders and marketing to keep external resources up-to-date and even utilize different specialized views that we share in a limited way to support external outreach.

That the pricing model limits our ability to invest in enhanced tools. We have many passive collaborators looking at and supporting updates on the tool, but a per-user cost is too expensive for our limited administrative resources. It would also be very helpful to have a HIPAA-secure way to store patient information.

Internal resource/roster management with the ability to share a limited view of this information on webpages and externally to others who would benefit from that information.

Interface feature and the ability to write comments on each entry. When a friend of mine tells about a problem at his job, I say, "You can do this easier and faster in Airtable," and I explain.

Multiple table combinations require good Airtable proficiency. For this, it is necessary to work with an expert and this is very expensive. Airtable's single user fee is also expensive for our company (in Turkey).

The fact that requests can be managed from a single screen with a single Interface feature enables our team to make comprehensive evaluations about transactions. We can see many entries on a single screen, and we can turn an employee's question "Isn't it better like this" into reality with an instant Interface edit?

I absolutely love how fast and easy it is to configure. It's intuitive for my clients because of its similarities to excel, but with so much added functionality.

The very basic notification system needs a lot of work as it's not very functional, especially compared to other tools. Notifications can easily get lost or forgotten.

I use it to prototype workflows for clients in cases where they are looking at building a custom app, or web platform. Often they wind up sticking with Airtable as the solution!

Empowered to build custom workflows that an off the shelf project management tool couldn't do. This allows my team to be a lot more productive and we are now the leading team of our kind in the country.

Onboarding and adoption of colleagues can take a while. There is one feature that we use a lot that unfortunately is quite slow. I hope the loading time for utilisation timeline views gets improved.

Airtable allows me to retrieve data on anything we need and produce reports that help prove our increased efficiency and productivity. Our business performance has improved and we have been rewarded with more budget than other teams thanks to Airtable.

Airtable is the best tool for managing people, projects, and service deliveries in an innovation company because its versatility and flexibility to adapt to my reality!

At this moment the price is so high for small companies or startups, especially to access news features, do a collaborative jobs, integrate some managing views.

The flexibility of the tool, I can do anything! From automating processes with my team to monitoring translation, from sending forms to my customers to reviewing support tickets and finally inform my team automatically about what happened via the aggregation

Tough to go beyond the Excel mentality. For example, i cannot (or did not find the way to) create a date automatically based on line creation It is also a bit tricky to get an overall view of bugs

Problem solved: Repetition, need to monitor figures Impact : Communication at scale, possibility to implement more things for my team, even cross department

Ease of use through the connection between Grid, Gallery and Form views, combined with the linking of multiple tables.

Sometimes I would like to have more advanced features that are available in Excel, but these would add to the complexity.
