The automations need to be further developed to become more robust with the triggers and actions available, and I still rely on other solutions to facilitate the automations I need for my processes.

I like Airtable's versatility best- it is like Excel meets Agile softwares (like Trello), and very colourful and fun to use. Views show your data in "excel" list style, calendar, gantt or kanban (sticky note) style. Me and my team of volunteers and interns use it for everything.
I must say I haven't found a single things I dislike about airtable as yet. We haven't tried their API (connecting it to a CRM, or other softwares) as yet- so I cannot comment on that.

Airtable helps us manage a LOT here in our office. We used to work solely in Excel which, while that's great and all, we ended up with conflicted copies of files almost constantly. Airtable is easy to use and they're constantly updating their features. I really like that they're constantly updating the platform and providing new options for widgets. I've been able to handle journal submission management, conference management, planning for email schedules, tracking of stats, and more using Airtable!
All the good features are part of the premium plans, although I definitely understand why! Because we're a small business, we can't afford to have all of the employees on the premium table that we use. There are some limitations to it, but for our uses they're mostly limited to the form upload option. The automations are limited to only users within the premium plan, which is a pain for what we're trying to use it for, but there are work-arounds.
Conflicted copies of excel files and being able to access information on the go. We do a lot of travel for conferences and Airtable has made it easier to get to our documents/information, especially when we don't have access to a computer. We've been able to get clients involved in using Airtable to help manage what they're doing as well. The drag and drop features are very helpful when planning schedules/timelines are being updated. We're able to have multiple users in each table at a time messing with the tables and it all updates in real time so it takes the guess work out of who is updating what and when.

The Reason for My liking Asana's platform is compatible with a variety of devices, including desktop computers, Linux, iOS, iPads, and smartphones. Only a few of the features available include web chat, notes and memos, discussions, and newsgroups. It also comes with a user-friendly activity dashboard that allows you to plan and schedule all of your activities in one place.
There is no reason for dislinking. It is a perfect tool.

In Airtable, you will find so many features that you wish other platforms would have. We love the flexibility of what you can do with your data and how you can you build workflows around them. The automation rules are incredible, which have helped us to quickly build complex workflows. I have to tell you; the UI is fantastic, easy to read, with many ways to customize your views.
Perhaps the only thing that I can complain about is the lack of some direct integration with other services, for example, some Google services like Google Contacts or even Google Keep.
Our main challenge before we onboarded Aitable as part of our software stack was the lack of a home for our internal technical documentation. Right away, we realized Airtable went beyond simple spreadsheets (a tool that we all use for tracking and storing data). Well, Airtable gave us so much more than just storing data with formulas but creating, among many things, automations, being able to customize views depending on your needs to display the data you want.
Its integration with Slack is great. We love using multiple Workspace management and new generation tables.

As an Editorial Assistant, I am able to see what assignments are mine, upload my drafts, mark them as ready to be edited and featured, and more. It streamlines the entire editorial process for my company and I don't know what we'd be without it
Airtable has turned out to be way more brilliant than I thought it'd be. The fact that you can actually integrate it to Firebase (Backend DBs) is super useful. It helps have faster go-to-market time for features while building them on a no-code tool. Also, certain basic automations of Airtable completely remove another step and cost-center of integrating Zapier.
The sync between two bases, of the same workplace, is practically absent. This is definitely one place, where sync could do more in terms of the utility of tools, and the scope of applications that can be built using Airtable.
We are building our Inventory Management tool over Airtable. The Operations Dashboard had been a backlog from Q1. We have now built a very comprehensive Ops Tool for our Inventory, with Airtable. And we have also been able to connect our Backend based on Google Firebase, via Airtable - which bridges the gap between the no-code and code.
Your organization helps a lot in detailed and complex prospecting processes, your various filters and forms of organization help to visualize the companies I'm in contact with and with whom I've already scheduled a call.
So far I haven't had any problems with the platform. In fact, it's not that simple to organize everything, but with well-defined processes, everything becomes clearer.
