The colors are excellent, and it is visually appealing. The flow is easy to follow, and it is user-friendly for the most part. It is useful for the growing demand for remote workers since multiple employees can access and collaborate on projects.

It doesn't stand out against the competition, especially for the price. There are free applications that do almost the same things as airtable.

Workflow and scheduling. Good for tracking project progress and budgets. Allows all members of the team to see the status of projects.

I have used air table for several conferences once as an organizer and twice as a user. My favorite aspects are the ability to see directly linked to events and presentation.

I'd like to be able to flag events that are at the same time that I would want to possibly see.

I solve the problem of being disorganized. I’m able to organize all of my clients and their information.

I like the different kind of customized fields you get with Airtable, especially the ability to single and multi-select categories in one cell of the spreadsheet. This is not something I’m able to do with excel or google spreadsheets so I appreciate that.

I don’t like that it’s not very widely used yet, so sometimes when I send an Airtable to people outside my organization, they have no idea how to use it, have trouble gaining access to it, and overall have a difficult experience.

Again, I love the ability to have different uniquely customized columns.

I liked the different views that Airtable provided me with. I used Airtable to manage properties for a Real Estate Fund and I was able to create my own views so that I could access information that was most important to me, while not seeing all of the information at once. The system is perfect for a large team of people so that everyone’s able to view the same info.

There really isn’t anything I can think of that I disliked about Airtable. It’s very user friendly and perfect for a team.

Our team uses Airtable to manage information we have on different properties in our Real Estate Fund. Here were are able to enter all of the information on each property. Different teams in our company manage different aspects of the property as well as the stage the property is in, so it’s a vital way for us all to be on the same page.

Airtable can house a lot of useful information in one place and has a visually appealing interface. The data that is transmitted with airtable is encrypted by SSL/TLS encryption. Airtable is the best service there is for showing a company's organization structure.

Airtable tries to do many things before fulling fleshing out the things that it does well. There are a number of things that other software services are better suited for.

Airtable is used to organize the layout for the organization, in the table view information is broken down by team, start date, role, and location. It is beneficial to see how the company has grown.

The most helpful aspect is the simplicity and organization that Airtable brings, It gives consistent information pre your design, and truly keeps things organized.

A more in depth search would be a greatly helpful. Upgrading the search and essentially the ability to save those searches just isn't where I would like to see it.

there are many things that you cannot do on airtable - such as, allowing 2 forms to be tied to the same category in a table. The customer support also does not have a phone number that you can call so it is very difficult to try to describe my problems via email.

Very user friendly. I used to use Filemaker at work, but the subscription was too expensive for the company to continue, and was looking for an alternative. So I like that Airtable is affordable. You can use it as a database, but also a spreadsheet. You can choose which information to be listed in certain grid.

Kanban featue cuts off long text. Also, layout option is limited and we are not able to make one as we could in FileMaker.

I am collecting students' record since I work at school. I update their scores on this and use it in order to group students homogeneously.

Airtable was pretty intuitive from the get-go. It functions very much like a spreadsheet mixed with interactive editing and chatting features.

The mobile version needs a lot of work. It's quite clunky and crashes easily. On both the desktop and mobile versions, it's very easy to delete cells and move things around, which might cause some panic at first. Luckily, actions are easily undone with a simple Ctrl + Z.

As a freelance writer, article pitches are pretty easy to browse through and select using Airtable.

Airtable is very much like Excel Spreadsheet or Google Sheets.

Still needs a lot more development. The biggest thing I don't like about it is you cannot resize the cell.

Recruiting for my company is all kept in tact in AirTable to keep track off every step we take and who we do it with.

The nonprofit social enterprise that I consult for—which operates a training restaurant led by refugees as part of its operating structure—uses Airtable as their CRM, and we've been pleased with it on the whole. Clean interface, slightly less intuitive than other CRMs I've used (Salesforce) but more efficient than Tessitura. Would recommend.

Certain tasks with Airtable can be clunky; the nonprofit pairs it with Asana for fundraising, scheduling, and to-do lists, and the combination of both interfaces has been fruitful.

We use Airtable fields for content like attachments, long text notes, links, and checkboxes to help the organization stay organized. All employees work remotely in the core team, and it's a great equalizer.

The graphic interface is slick, beautiful, and easy to use. Ability to sort information into different views makes visualization much, much easier.

As a self employed worker, I don’t use it in a team, and find myself wanting to make changes offline (which is not possible). Tips seem to pop up all the time and you can’t grt rid of them. Great potential but it doesn’t feel flexible enough quite yet to use as a primary organization tool.

Data organization and collaboration.

The idea of having a strong relational database program sounded promising, elevating the capabilities of other project management tools that are limited in capacity to handle large volumes of data.

While the database structure is well-defined, it seriously lacks key project management features.

The large data management capacity solves some of the limitations of other tools.

It helps build and keep track of certain projects

It is not helpful for what we need and the projects we build or process-driven items.

It was a place to keep a full list of job boards and share the with the team.

Relatively powerful substitute for an SQL database, very helpful for building pre-product MVPs and keeping cleaner datasets than spreadsheets.

There are a few small niggles, such as the inability to join based on foreign keys, but the biggest thing is the lack of support. We are a paying customer, on the pro tier and today I had a response today to a functionality query two weeks after raising it, to basically say "sorry your question is too complicated for us to answer it". Apparently their support team got decimated in Airtable's recent round of layoff's and - when you have an imperfect product - that's is a pretty big issue.

We had a terrible experience with Airtable support recently. They restricted our workspace, which prevented us from using our base for more than two weeks. This was a huge problem for us, as our business relies entirely on our Airtable information, which is tied up with all of our websites, day-to-day operations, and payments. We were extremely frustrated with the situation and the lack of support we received from Airtable. To make things worse, their support team only answered our inquiries after 1-2 days, which made the situation even more unbearable. It was also tough to upgrade our plan and unlock our base, which made us lose valuable time and money.

I like the communication features in Airtable and how easy it is to use and learn. I like that it is customizable and that you can type with emojis when providing feedback.

I think Airtable can be very slow at times and feel like it's crashing often when I am using it. It will lag and take time to update. I think it needs to be easier to submit bundle feedback as well.

Airtable helps to keep things organized. I use it to submit scripts to a studio and receive back the produced audio spots that I requested. It is simple to provide details of what I need and submit feedback easily.
