Not sure, till now didn't find anything that I really dislike.
Easy way to track customers related activities, sales, opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Pretty easy to set up, and it contains the important objects in a CRM, Clients, contacts, opportunities, and an editable dashboard. I liked the follow-up I got from the customer and sales team.
It and out of box CRM, where you can edit fields, and add workflows the functionality is very limited, this is an excellent CRM if you have a micro or very small business, if you need to upgrade your CRM or add more complex functionality this may not be the best option.
It allows me to have an insight into my sales process, where I can see exactly where every possible prospect is at, it helps me to coordinate the activities needed to move my client forward in my sales funnel. And the most crucial aspect for me is that I have all the KPIs of my business in one single dashboard.
It's packed with great features and integrates with a host of other Zoho apps

Of course, there is no perfect site and system for everyone's needs. One thing I do appreciate is they are willing to tailor their platform to my business needs while providing custom branding.
Since the site offers a lot of tools I wish they had a way of explaining a bit more simple. Once you understand how everything works it is a great company for cloud base software. GREAT SaaS Site for a lot of businesses.
I mean almost everything keeping things simple for my team. Alot of their tools have almost every bell and whistle someone would need. But this helps with rolling it out to my team in a simple way.
Usability is a crucial feature for us, and I've been thrust into deciding on what CRM is best for our users, and so far, for the price (key for anyone), BIGIN has it. Our support questions are typically answered within 24-48 hours, which is on the nonessential items, sooner for pressing questions. I like the email integration, drag-and-drop pipeline stages, web landing forms, social posts, etc. I know others have this, but the GUI is also clean, and it feels better using it. The mobile app also works well, and we haven't had any issues with Android or IOS users. As we grow in size over the next 12-14 months, so will our integration with BIGIN, and I'm happy to spend more with them as this happens!
Nothing stands out that makes me dislike the SaaS, it just does it's thing
We have never had a CRM prior, and the ability to connect to our social media, web lead capture forms, etc. this is how it starts...
I have been using this CRM platform for the last 30 days, and it's an excellent CRM platform for startups. I am delighted and suggest to all startups that before moving towards the standard plans, please use the free program, which includes all features.
I don't think so there is as dislike function because everything is customized or you can customize your own. Only the social media platform should increase to get in touch with client.
The Deal section which is moving from stage to stage give you exactly overview of your deals. and pipeline section show you the exact revenue of the product base revenue.

I evaluated 4 industry leading CRMs...finally settled on BIGIN. Visually it's designed to be neat and clean...basically easy on the eye. And it's focused on pipeline. Both these features are exactly what an SME like us needs. Needless to say, it's priced very reasonably too. Cheers to team BIGIN !!

The webinar was helpful & it was great that it was sent to me in a recorded version since I had to miss the live version. I also like the workflow version being as simple as it is.
so far i see no downsides or difficulties with Bigin. I hope that as it goes on it'll continue to deliver an easy, seamless service.
We needed a way to organise and influx of customers during our onboarding process, and then a way to keep tabs on where each person was in their application/customer journey. Bigin helps to automate the process through workflows, and to organise the clients in easy to access files where each person is tagged and has all their information saved.
Very easy to use and easily adapts to your sales process. You can relate almost everything to yes to give you a 360 degree view of your process. An event process (deal) relate it to customers, products, tasks, notes, events, etc. Its mobile application allows you to really do many things, it is not only visualization. It has a very easy integration with Gmail to synchronize contacts and events.
More native integrations with other Zoho apps are needed, without the need to use third-party apps. The synchronization of contacts is automatic but every 24 hours. It should also be possible to do so at any time at the request of the user.
Follow-up of the sales process with my clients. That it has everything related so it allows you to have a 360 degree view. Our ability to monitor customer deals has increased.

It has almost all the essentials for a small business CRM. Right from deal tracking to contact segmentations to email.
There is literally nothing to dislike Bigin.
All the other CRMs were heavily loaded and priced to cater to large business, whereas Bigin perfectly fits the small to medium business requirement.
Its so simple to use, the interface is amazing, and pipelines are so easy to make & use. Uploading contacts is a breeze & the integrations with popular platforms is really cool

Our team is enjoying the Sales Pipelines design of BIGIN. It makes the workflow more effective, and BIGIN makes the tasks easier. IT IS MUCH MORE COST EFFECTIVE THAN the others.
Maybe we can have more filters to segregate the user's view and edit part, although it is a lot compared to what others are offering. Also the task manager can have a calendar like setup which can be dragged and drop for the team members
The major problem solved are as follows 1. workflow effectiveness 2. sales performance 3. project tasks and communication among the team. 4. Business can see growth
