It's the jack of all trades in a good way. If you think it, you can create a flow for it in Clickup. I love it so much. I also run all my personal projects with it. I love the intuitive hierarchy and the new UI Clickup v3 is bringing out.

It's not necessarily something I dislike, but it can be challenging for some. You can easily get overwhelmed because you have so many options, clickapps, and features. Best to get started with templates and some good youtube tutorials. Their onboarding is excellent though.

I've created a whole SOP library in ClickUp Docs. Because everything interlinks brilliantly, I can link tasks to SOP pages without worrying that the task will have an outdated description or instructions. With repeating tasks we can easily manage deliverables for retainer clients, so they get the care they deserve.

I like how you can create and control tasks for your teams and projects, the reminders and automation of some actions

No longer tracking work in multiple places!

The possibility of using just one tool for all the work is great. One can save a lot of time and optimize workflow with ClickUp. I've tried other means, but none could compete with ClickUp.

Just a few bugs, but it's understandable because ClickUp is constantly improving.

I use agile methods, as Scrum, and for me ClickUp is the best tool to work with agile methods because of it numbers hierarchy.

There are so many features and the customisation is absolutetly the best! I have been on a journey to find the right project manager for years. But I have now "build my own" with ClickUp. Automations, planning, templates, views and so much more. I feel I am in complete control how to manage everything in my work, as well as in my private life.

If you're not tech-savvy, it would feel daunting to understand all the features. You'll probably would need someone to help you set this up. The mobile app lacks some features compared to the accessibility of the web interface.

I have everything I want to manage in one tool. Before I used several tools to manage several assets of my work an personal life. Now I just open ClickUp in the morning, and I have a complete overview of my day. The collaboration with my clients is now in one tool, which is a lot less confusion for them. Also I now can track my time in the same tool. I no longer have to use a seperate tool for this.

I work for a busy window and glass installation company, and ClickUp is my primary work platform. It is straightforward to use/understand and makes it easy to organize all of our customer information, attachments, invoices and scheduling information into categories that make sense for us. Easy to search and find what you are looking for and is especially helpful when documenting customer interactions/specific notes that you might need to refer back to later. Having a date stamp on when actions were completed is invaluable.

Sometimes when uploading pictures to a profile from the app version (depending on who uploaded it), it won't open or preview to be opened on the web browser version, which can be a pain. Overall it's an excellent, reliable tool, and I highly recommend it.

It helps keep all of our customer profiles in one location that is easy to use and keeps track of all interactions and transactions. Anyone from our team can go in and look at the same information, make additions/changes, comments etc. It helps us to all be on the same page.

Very helpful to keep different stages of client transactions organized. Customization is great.

Sometimes on mobile app (using older iphone) pictures don't upload. Being able to search for attachment names would be helpful. When searching for a customer's name, it's frustrating that it has to be the exact name entered. Example: has to be "Edgar Allan Poe," nothing comes up if you search "Edgar Poe," though "Edgar" or "Poe" would result in customer.

Keeping track of hundreds of customers and communications with all staff, transaction progress, and product order history, records of previous customers and order histories.

I like having all of my actions and client actions in one place. My team can access and we can allocate and share updates and developments to the projects that we are working on

Would like actions that have been missed or not allocated a timeline / deadline to be moved to a new date or made clearer they have been missed. The dashboard needs development to show tasks that day and what is due.

It helps me manage my business. I have spaces for clients tasks and then other spaces for business related tasks. It allows me to see all parts of a project much easier that in a folder or notepad.

I love that it is so simple to customize for each client, and beyond the automations, the best thing is the level of development that they maintain together with their support

I would only prefer to be able to make the payment locally since I am in Argentina and the truth is that paying abroad is a bit difficult, nothing to do with clickup

Most of my problems in the organization were solved

In my company, I was responsible for moving us to a new ecosystem, after using multiple that always had a lot of situations where we had to adjust to the tool, not the other way. We joined ClickUp quite early in it's development, but seeing how transparent it was with it's features pipeline and how stable it was even in such early stage, I convinced my company to start using it as main tool - and I have to say, it didn't take too much, as platform was interesting for everybody. That was over 4 years ago and during that time we never felt that we have to switch. It's versatility made it replace almost all tools we were using previously - company wiki, SCRUM boards, GTD boards for management, compliance documentations, marketing timelines even company inventory tracking system - as it was just easier approaching it all in ClickUp. Even some articles and documents that we keep on Google Workspace - we just embedded them where they're needed and can even visit them through ClickUp! It led to us introducing even more systems and procedures that helped us in our work and currently we're exploring Automations, cause it can greatly improve our pretty technical workspaces ;) My personal favourites are quick Ctrl+K quick jump screen that is very precise with suggestions, ability to pin tasks to the bottom of the screen, all the notes and reminders that are also always there and well, ability to make it all pretty - with customizability that is really broad.

Honestly, I do not have too much to say here - as those would be just pet peeves, that - given the history and how responsive the support is - will be implemented in the future. I could say that sometimes it has degraded performance with things not refreshing immediately - but that is true for all platforms like that. My biggest pet peeve about ClickUp is honestly that dragging and dropping stuff is sometimes not precise enough - but if I want to do stuff like that, I always have multiple alternatives to approach it without drag-n-dropping if that decides to be finnicky that day :P

In my experience, no multi-tool software promising to replace all others for project management had delivered on that promise...except for ClickUp. It is a robust productivity app supporting task creation and delegation, time tracking, docs, chat, dashboards, automations, and more, with endless opportunities for customization. ClickUp allows the use of custom colors, imported images as icons, and the myriad possibilities their dashboards feature provides. While all of those features sound bulky, the experience is smooth and the app's content features are hidden behind slash or "@" commands, neatly popping up only when you need them. Another plus is that ClickUp is constantly improving: as a multi-year user and administrator, I've witnessed their docs become more robust to rival Notion pages and Google Docs, the introduction of whiteboards for collaborative brainstorming, and the simple change of their system font from the wide and thin Gotham to the more readable Segoe UI font. There is a clear attention to detail paid to the development of this app and it makes me look forward to what ClickUp 3.0 has in store.

ClickUp has extensive capabilities, and because of what it offers, it may have a learning curve for some users. In addition, and perhaps also because of its comprehensive offerings, ClickUp is sometimes slow and needs to be refreshed. When I notice the screen is slow to respond, I simply force a refresh with CMD (CTRL) + R. This doesn't hinder our operations, and performance is said to be improved with ClickUp 3.0.

ClickUp is condensing the number of apps that I would normally use for the features it provides from several to one. Less programs means less time lost on broken integrations, more organization and more ability for deep focus in my work.

At first, I was overwhelmed but now that I have learned how to use it, I recommend it always. So useful and so feature-rich. But doesn't force users to use features they don't need.

The UI is a little busy which can be overwhelming to new users. However, I am unsure how they could change this without making features less accessible.

I find that I am constantly discovering a feature that is offered that aligns with a current organizational problem. We sometimes need to shift gears within our org to utilize the feature, but it's always worth it.

1. You enter information once and can use and view it in so many different ways. 2. The interface is so visually appealing. 3. The support is incredible. 4. User suggestions are taken to heart by the ClickUp Team and they do their utmost to implement these in upcoming versions.

This is very hard to say, since most of the things which used to bother me have been resolved in the latest product release version, such as in-time updates reflecting almost immediately now.

Project management has become a breeze for me. Tasks can be viewed and presented in so many useful ways and only need to be created once (a single source of truth). The relationships feature is a game changer and the AI has been a huge help in completing many of my reporting tasks and summarizing meeting minutes.

ClickUp is highly flexible. You can configure ClickUp to manage all your goals, projects, and tasks for work and personal life. I am delighted with how I can track and view my data.

There can be a significant learning curve in determining how to use ClickUp best in one's context. As a solo user, I wish it included the AI capability in all paid versions. At a minimum, it should be half the price. An additional $60 per year on my subscription is a non-starter for me. For my purposes, ClickUp works great without AI. I am not willing to pay that much extra for an optional feature.

ClickUp helps me manage my projects and tasks in my work, professional endeavors outside of my employment, and home projects and tasks. ClickUp is especially helpful to me in starting up new professional initiatives.

Being able to see all the tasks my business is working on, their due dates, time tracked, people assigned, everything that ClickUp does, is so important to me. No other Project Management Software comes close to being able to let me function in the way that ClickUp does.

Some of the exporting could be improved, but I know ClickUp is likely working on bringing out updates to allow greater functionality for this.

Having oversight of my business and all the tasks we do for our clients. Time tracking to allow me to charge accordingly and to review when personnel need some help. Workflow management with automated tasks and checklists/steps set up in templates saves me so much time in managing others to get the job done right, in the right time frame.

Support, user guides, ease of use. There are always need features being introduced for new use cases. I have been able to use videos to implement this for my team with minimal project management experience.

Lots of features to keep up with. Sometimes all of the features can be overwhelming to use if you do not have someone on your team who can keep up and customize the tool when features are not needed.

Clickup is an easy-to-use project management tool. Helps us save time and resources while keeping track of our projects. Its nice to be able to work cross-functionally as well.

I really haven't found anything about this that I do not like and we've been using it over a year. Any time I want to add something new, I look around and BOOM, there's already a way to do it.

The time-saving benefit is the biggest. I'm really looking forward to saving even more time when the space is upgraded in the near future to be able to use our email in there. No reason to be out of the system anymore if that is the case! It lets us talk with writers, editors, clients, all from one location. it's amazing!

We use ClickUp software when developing e-commerce products. We can use automations to move products along the journey, starting with research, sourcing, branding, producing an ad, launching and controlling. We also incorporate lower level automations to explain the steps that are executed at each stage. This has been awarded to the right person with an expiration date. We perform lead monitoring in ClickUp, plus we use the correspondence automations and also correspondence templates to have monitoring of customer communications. We have authorizations that execute the sales procedure tasks.

Being able to market templates as intermediaries and preserve the identity of the users so that they do not share it with everyone. The ability to change the automation order and reproduce, copy or distribute. In order to be able to distribute panels as a show for everyone. Require more features in the calculation section. The ability to incorporate combinations would be wonderful.

We use ClickUp for the purpose of managing our clients' services and projects as well as virtual assistants. We use it a lot for the purpose of consulting, our Virtual Assistant selection procedure. At this time, we are a developing group of twenty-eight. We will be utilizing ClickUp over the course of the years, which is the main reason we were able to progress faster. We offer four fundamental services, ClickUp configuration, explanation of procedures, virtual wizards and automations. Some of the workflows we use quite a lot in ClickUp are similar to a CRM, in this case, we use forms to capture candidates and also automate emails to customers.

ClickUp helps me keep track of multiple client requests, and be able to communicate with those clients about their requests without endless back and forth emails. I used Asana before, and the free version of Asana doesn't have nearly as many features as the free version of ClickUp, which is a great help to startup organisations that I support.

I can't seem to find where I can filter tasks to find tasks that I have assigned to one person in one place.

I can keep track of all my client requests and measure the amount of time that I spend on each task, which makes billing at the end of the month much easier.

I love that Clickup allows your to make automations and quick templates. It also eliminates the need to use multiple platforms to organize things in your business.

This is more of an aesthetic critic. I wish there was more customization.

It solving keeping everything all in one place. I found myself using google drive less because Clickup already has docs where that I can attach to tasks so me and my VA don't have to look for things in multiple places.

I love the ability to work together with my team and ensure everyone has an equal workload. When booking new projects, we assess each team member's current capacity before assigning the new project to them!

My only complaint about Clickup is the app on my desktop does not always function correctly, and I have to reload to switch to a web browser for it to update correctly!

The amount of hierarchy levels, allowing us to organize the tasks by "Workspace", "Spaces", "Folders", "Lists", till more detailed information in "tasks", "subtasks" and "checklists" (including chat, attachments). With all these resources and applying Scrum to the team's routine, our productivity has become awesome.

As a software that works like a low code database, some main functions about relationships are still missing, such as grouping tasks with the same relationship to another list and others.

Project management, Tasks management, sharing projects/tasks status with the team, accessible overview of all projects/tasks ongoing. Creating a project report for the stakeholders is more accessible than making a PowerPoint presentation.

We use ClickUp to see all tasks in our area. It is practical and accessible. We can better understand our roles and what can change to be more productive in our day-to-day job.

Even if our team is adjusting with ClickUp, we still have some prejudice with the options ClickUp gives, and there are a lot of views and parts in a task, so they think it is too much sometimes.

With ClickUp, we can understand how our team works, what tasks each collaborator has and how to better manage their day-to-day activities. We also can build a historic of our projects that is easy to access.

I love all of the sorting features available on ClickUp. It makes it super easy to see my team's tasks and where they are in the pipeline.

I have't found the chat feature yet. I have seen it advertised, and I would LOVE to use it... but I haven't seen it. I also don't love that time tracking cannot be exported from ClickUp to another app (like Toggl).

Before ClickUp, I kept a WORD DOC of tasks I wanted my team to work on. From there, I would E-MAIL them the Word doc. It was a very archaic way of doing things. It worked for us, but ClickUp is working SO MUCH BETTER.

Calendar view should be improved (please!). I would love to see a habit tracker feature/view. I can't create folder withtin a folder :(
