The software is very intuitive and reasonably inexpensive to implement even in larger teams.
The only thing I would change is adding generative forms to improve speed and intuition. But its fantastic as is.
Clickup helps us keep our workflows on track and cut down on unnecessary tasks. Also helps the team keep up wth everyone else's progress to make sure they are keeping pace

ClickUp offers all the standard solutions one wants to have for project management in one tool. But the best thing is, they offer even more functions! Even Functions you didn't know you needed them.
It can be a bit overwhelming, but because it's an intuitive tool, you can adapt fast.
ClickUp facilitates communication and helping keep track of all the tasks and subtasks. Bevore we all had different tools and lists, but now we only need one tool.

We began integrating ClickUp into our infrastructure almost a year ago, and the tool currently assists us in virtually 100% of our operational processes. As a result, we've been able to implement all projects following our main pillars: organization, optimization, and transparency.
One area for improvement could be segmented pricing in local currencies to reduce tax payments. However, I imagine this could be a larger bureaucratic limitation.
In all internal processes and projects, except for CMR, which has a more complex integration.

We had 6 media buyers on our team all doing their own thing, and constantly sharing creative assets over slack. this killed conversations and meant that the assets were consistently missed by members of the team. ClickUp gives full transparency on all tests, and unique jobs for each member of the team to implement
ClickUp has scaled alongside our business. From starting off as a solo consultant and evolving into the whitelabel SaaS space, ClickUp has grown as our team has grown. It serves as our project manager, support desk, reporting dashboard & springboard for ideas. ClickUp is fairly easy to get started and integrate with other platforms via Zapier or Make. We use it on a daily base and their customer support has been pretty fantastic at getting us pointed in the right direction for solutions.
ClickUp has prioritized the release of new features and UI/UX (ClickUp) 3.0 over stability and load speeds. Although they have touted a completely new technology overhaul for 2024, there are times where the load times are awful and even requires a page refresh at times.
ClickUp helps our team receive support inquiries and facilitate a great customer experience in providing solutions. Our internal team uses ClickUp to roadmap and develop new features and products. Our customer success team tracks the progress of customer onboarding and keep track of their net promoter score.

It can be hard to learn, and the learning curve for some aspects is a bit steep, thankfully ClickUp University is a helpful companion to learning the ins and outs of ClickUp.
ClickUp helps my team and me manage our various running projects through the views, spaces, and folders that ClickUp offers. It gives us a range from high-level oversight for managers and supervisors to access all the way to granular subtask time tracking for project timeline management and accurate project deliveries.
