I absolutely love HubSpot Marketing Hub for its user interface and comprehensive features. It's, like having a tool that covers everything a marketer needs. Whether its managing email campaigns optimizing SEO handling media or even managing customer relationships HubSpot has it all in one place. This not saves me time but also streamlines collaboration with my team and ensures our marketing efforts stay on track. The analytics provided are exceptional well offering insights that help us refine our strategies and achieve remarkable results. It's truly a game changer for anyone, about taking their marketing to heights.
While I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be quite useful there are an areas where it could be improved. The pricing can be a bit high, for businesses or startups on a tight budget. Additionally the platform can sometimes feel overwhelming because of its range of features making it take longer to get the hang of. I've also noticed that some of the analytics and automation features are only available in higher tier plans, which can be frustrating if you're not ready to invest at that level. Overall these are drawbacks, in a comprehensive marketing solution that potential users should keep in mind.
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a lifesaver for us. It's like having an extra team member that never sleeps. Before, we were juggling multiple tools and platforms, but now everything's in one place. The automation features save us so much time, and the analytics help us make smarter choices. Plus, the CRM features let us get personal with our customers, which has really upped our game. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but honestly, the time and headaches it saves us make it totally worth it.
Hubspot has everything you need to run successful email campaigns, but their number one asset is their integrations allowing you to reduce duplicate work and create custom workflows for each client.
My one feedback for the hub is that it's too customizable, keeping it simple would allow me to move faster and decrease my spend as I typically don't need all the jazz.
We run our website off of Hubspot, so without it we wouldn't have a main site, but beyond that the hub allows us to add blogs, SEO pages, email campaigns all in one.
The email notifications and the task tracking for follow-ups. It's a game changer for my business!
Nothing. HubSpot CRM is the best CRM I've used
Email, follow-ups, tracking projects
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use. I'm not sure if this is part of it but the training videos and articles are so helpful.
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Scheduling posts, keeping track of monthly analytics, posting blog articles and monitoring performance. The tutorial videos are teaching me how to optimize for SEO and I feel like I'm learning a lot overall that will help me be a more valuable employee.
It was quick to get up to speed using HubSpot marketing hub. I'm able to quickly build landing pages and website pages, view analytics, run A/B tests, and optimize my pages to get the best results. The tool is very approachable—I have a lot of CMS experience, so this was a breeze for me to pick up, but even our team members who have less of that specific type of experience have been able to pick it up quickly and make an impact on campaign efforts.
Reporting is good, but there are a few items keeping it from being truly great—namely, some flexibility. For instance, I focus a lot of my work on conversion rate, and it's difficult to get data from just a few select forms. Instead, you get all of the form data. Drilling down requires external manipulation of the data. This is a unique use case, so I don't think it's a huge black mark, just a note about some limitations. Similarly, there are limitations withint some provided modules. Support is generally helpful, but some things require work arounds or hacks to get to work the way you'd like them to. Again, not a significant mark against the tool.
Hubspot provides an easy to use platform to quickly build and manage landing pages, track conversion data, and run A/B testing to better optimize our down funnel experiences.
Hubspot Marketing Hub does an awesome job of tracking and updating client records. In addition to that I must says that Hubspot customer success/support is fantastic.
There are is not a lot to dislike but I found some limitations when creating a form. There is no way to have the dependent fields be based off the previous question and continue to drill down
It's easy for me to see which call-to-action graphics and links get clicked on the homepage and test them against other versions.
The intuitiveness of the marketing hub features has been very beneficial in quickly jumping into using the tools. As we expand our marketing efforts, having everything from our website to email sequences and automated workflows in one place is an essential and HubSpot Marketing Hub provides that capability.
The least helpful thing about Marketing Hub is that reports are often all over the place. I often have to go to various sections to find the information I'm looking for. We are also having trouble with website activity and analytics in contacts if the website was sent via email.
HubSpot Marketing is solving our problem of not having data to analyze our marketing intiatives. Previous we were relying on people insights and feedback with no data to back it up. Now we can see all our marketing activity and the analytics in one system.
We are a pre-Series-A startup and Marketing Hub has already leveled us up significantly. Creating compelling, effective landing pages and blogs is incredibly easy for someone like me without coding expertise. The automation tools have saved us a ton of time and allowed us to spend our human-hours on other, less automatable tasks. It's only been 3 weeks and I already can't imagine doing what I do without it.
I wish we could have more marketing leads in the base package, but that's not a huge con.
Most of all, it's saving us so much time and solving the problem of extremely limited human-power and bandwidth.
It has a very easy interface - it's user friendly and their chat function for assistance has been invaluable.
It doesn't give me the freedom to design things exactly how I want.
Automations for events so we can set workflows and timings and get everything automated in one place. Very helpful!
I love how every possible piece of important information is connected in such a logical and functional way. It can be a lot to sort out at first, especially if you are transfereing disorganized datasets, but once you start connecting all the dots it is wonderful!
As illuded to in my previous answer, we were coming into Hubspot with over a year of data to bring over and it was a bit confusing at first to figure out where and how it all gets into the system and then how it all gets interacted with now through the system rather than other methods of access like email, meta and 3rd parties we were used to like constant contact etc... With some practice, research and real world application it starts to make much more sense.
HUBS as we like to call it is solving the need for a literal one stop hub for everything to do with our online presence and customer journey satisfaction and tracking. We are now starting to see where our customers discover us so we can better utilize our efforts and financial strategies to reach the right people in the right way. It has also given us insight to eachother as a team keeping eachother more accountable for our work.
The ease of use for any user to login in and use the tools in our plan.
Sometimes, there are things that other cheaper platforms can do that HubSpot does not have the ability to do.
They are solving the user flow and data within our CRM.
Makes it super easy to send marketing email and track results.
I wish there were more formatting and fonts on marketing emails
Making it easy to send nice looking marketing emails to mass audiences
I mostly enjoy the all-in-one platform element. There are various marketing tools at my disposal on one interface. I can easily switch from emails to social media and then over to analytics.
The only thing that disappoints me with HubSpot Marketing is the inability to post stories and reels through the social media tab.
It allows me to manage multiple locations all at once by cloning.
HubSpot's integrated tracking capabilities ends the age old debate of where did this lead come from? Now you know, and its all automated so no pfaffing around attribution work arounds.
There's a lot of integrations, I'm always wishing there are more.
I love HubSpot because it comes wsith so much fiunctionality that I don't have to pay for a whole bunch of separate tools.
The efficency of the application, it is easy to naviagte.
I would prefer it to be less cluttered. It should be more easy to use.
We enroll students based on our hubspot
The social media management capabilities are great. I also love the templates already available for landing pages and emails.
I wish the social media management app had a couple more nuanced capabilities.
It's a solution for all of our marketing outreach!
HubSpot lets me automate campaigns, clone emails and landing pages, and schedule social posts so I can get more done in less time. With the Teams feature and our brand kits, its easy to support multiple business units or accounts from one login.
As a long-time user, we are frustrated that we cannot assign existing forms to a business unit without having to recreate them. I also wish the templates were easier to work with across multiple business units.
Supporting multiple businesses is only possible with a tool like HubSpot. We can do more with fewer people. The AI tools now help us get things done even faster!
I love HubSpot because it makes it easy to interact with customers and send marketing material all in one place
Nothing! I really like HubSpot and all the tools it offers.
Having to individually send clients information in HubSpot I can do it all at once
It saves my time in my daily routine works related to the marketing of the products and services for my company.
It should be more user friendly to save more time.
It is helping me to post on different social media sites at once which saves alot of time. I am getting more productive at my work and receive compliments.
HubSpot does a great job of bringing everything together in one place that allows marketers to understand how their campaigns, tactics, and offers are performing.
The price starts to climb quickly as your contact database grows. It's best to have a process in place to clean out inactive contacts on a regualr basis to keep this under control (which is a best practice for marketers, anyway)
It provides an understanding of which marketing tactics and offers are influencing revenue creation. It also helps identify where we have engagement from prospects and -- at a tactical level -- helps us deploy landing pages and manage social media communications.
