I like that it's intuitive, there are many features and we can easily navigate. Also I love that we get great customer support, and sometimes I even get videos explaining step by step what I should do!

Easy to schedule social media posts, send out newsletters, create landing pages for webinars and make lists, and analyze it all at the end.
I love the ability for teammate to write notes/review email templates before they are sent out. And the entire social media capabilities on Hubspot are awesome: planning, scheduling, and seeing data on how your posts are performing all in one place is fabulous-you can customize reports that come right to your email inbox! Everything has been so straightforward, easy to use. A literal all-in-one tool! Bonus points for the wonderful staff and onboarding experience our company had-no questions were ever left unanswered.
I haven't yet found something I didn't like about the marketing hub. Hubspot is always launching new updates and tools, and even sending out more professional information via their email newsletter.
It's keeping everything in one place: I can schedule emails and social media posts, make them consistent on all my channels, get alerts if something didn't post correctly, and get all the analytics and details I need from posting/sending through Hubspot.
The ease of using workflows and lists allows us to segment our contacts for personalized, direct action based email outreach.
The email designer is better than it was before but some of the customization abilities seem a bit limited. When it comes to sending marketing emails I wish there was a bit more flexibility in customizing the surround experience around the content.
HubSpot solves the issue of attributing leads for us. We are able to easily identify what resource is driving conversions, what stage they interact with specific emails and resources and how we can better follow up with them based on their engagement or lack thereof.
Having never used a CRM system before Hubspot has been simple enough to pick up whilst offering a fantastic variety on tools and automation systems, incluing website landing page management.
Constant paywalls and limited features, making users spend more money.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is brilliant because it keeps everything in one place. I've previously used various programs for Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing and CRM so to have everything in one place is a game changer. It makes me more efficient in my job.
I honestly can't say there are any downsides to the Hubspot Marketing Hub. It's made everything I do so much easier.
Hubspot is helping me to with my marketing attribution. I'm able to see where customers come from and finally get an idea of the ROI for each customer
The social media scheduling tool is a game changer.

It's not something that I dislike, but I would appreciate a youtube channel with short tutorials and tips for the different Hubs and their products.
The company was able to cancel two services and offer the same customer service and company news to customers with HubSpot. Landing pages also allowed the company to be more creative with our marketing efforts. We also implemented the chat in the company website and will look into migrating to a HubSpot built one.
It is super easy to navigate. They also continue to push regular updates and features

Hubspot is a great CRM that allows you to tackle all marketing efforts in one place.
Sometimes I feel a bit limited with specific capabilities and am forced to create a support request. I know the data exists, but it's not available for use.
We use the tool for all of our onsite landing pages, forms, email marketing, social media, segmentation and more. I'm in Hubspot every day building out a new campaign, designing a new site page and automating specific tasks across our organization.
All in one! We can review all data of our social media channels in one place, cross data among them, and evaluate results. Using calendar for media plan is great, but we need to have an option to embed the code of the calendar of each campaign in a Ticket
Can't track Twitter campaigns, can't create carousel ads for FB or IG. Some limitations but good to track results and compare.
It's integrating more features and delivering new solutions, but still needs to work a lot in others. Reports and Data of MKT Hub are not well connected or easy to connect when trying to get deep reports for analysis.
I like how user-friendly and easy HubSpot is to use. I also love the support at HubSpot. We have always had a great representative from HubSpot who is very responsive and makes a point to meet with us whenever we need help.
I don't love the reporting in HubSpot. I usually just create lists to see the information I am trying to find. HubSpot is user-friendly in every other aspect but the reports. I think there could be some improvement there.
We have a very small team so the automation has been a huge help to our team. We love creating workflows, turning them on and then monitoring them on a weekly basis. It has saved our team so much time throughout the week to work on other things.
I love that everything is integrated together all ok one platform.
Segmenting contacts by city to send emails is really inefficient. You have to create a new list every time.

The social media tools are great! I love how you can tag your social posts with campaigns so that you can track individual campaign performance. I also appreciate the way HubSpot helps me visualize data. Great platform!
Some things are hard to find within HubSpot. I sometimes have to dig to find things and it takes me a bit to locate what I need.

You can track the whole journey of a customer. From getting customers in the door in the first place to seeing how they engage with content, HubSpot Marketing allows marketers to see what works. It's also very easy to set things up - not just this, it integrations with many of the tools we use such as Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, JotForm. Even custom apps! And when I need a hand with something, the customer support is always fantastic and prompt. I use HubSpot Marketing every day and I'd encourage every marketer to as well - it really helps us see what the customers need and want!
Some of the features that would be great in the Professional Plan are only available in the Enterprise Plan, resulting in a huge cost for someone who is in a small team like myself. More specifically: - custom behavioural events - customer journey analysis - predictive lead scoring

We manage multiple business units and the ability to have everything in one place is very convenient. You can also utilize tools outside of HubSpot and have them integrated in such as Canva and Typeform.
I would like to see HubSpot expand and include an Ad platform similar to Google Ads and Analytics. Including more metrics and customized report-building tools.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is by far the best platform I have ever used. It has significiantly improved our efficiency by having an all in one platform. I am no longer wasting time hoping from platform to platform to schedule a post or send an email. It has all the tools a marketer would need to help their business flourish. Not to mention, it is very user friendly and has a fantastic online customer support team! I know intergrating can be stressful but this was such a breeze with Hubspot! I was guided through the connection process which took, no joke, minutes! Quick and easy. It was also super easy to connect all of our social accounts and website. This is our numbner one tool in our Marketing and is used everyday. Our team is very satisfied when it comes to using HubSpot's Marketing Hub!
The only downside that I can see from using HubSpot Marketing, is that you can not connect a Pinterest account to help with posts.
HubSpot Marketing helped us get a better insight on our customer by being about to see their activity on our website. We can see each page our users click on as well as where are customers are coming from ie. google or social or reference. This has provided us great insight on how to target our customers better.

My favorite aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is the fact that all of the channels I need for full-scale campaigns are in one singular platform.
The onboarding time for a new user can be time-consuming, but when you factor in the amount of time it would take to train people up on multiple platforms and the disconnection between the platforms, it makes it all worthwhile.
HubSpot creates a seamless connection between my customer and prospective customer database and the marketing channels my company uses. It allows me to develop a strategy and deploy the tactics within a centralized platform for better reporting, tracking, optimization, and peace of mind that the dots in my plan are actually connected.
