I like the dashbaord and being able to see the amount of emails, calls, and meetings. I also like the way contacts are added and organized.
I don't like how complicated filters are and making lists are very hard to do.

Can be overwhelming. Lots of features to look at, sometimes dont know where to begin.

Hi, I am using HubSpot for 2 years, the features are much useful than salesforce. I have used Dynamic 365, Salesforce, Zoho and leadsquared in my previous organizations. But I must say HubSpot is way better than all of them each and every customisation and running a sequence is so easy that you don't have to check with any of your technical experts
Nothing that I can think of , it's just great user experience
Keeping a track and record of all the calls my team is making, all the reports are way to easy to see and have a look at the same. I can check results of the campaigns at any given time.
