Livechat provides the helpdesk team with important informations about visitors to our website via the pre-chat survey form which we mandate all visitors to fill, before they are allowed to chat with an agent. This feature saves us important time, which would had been spent by the helpdesk agent, to ask these questions.

Livechat sneak-peek feature gives us a look into our customers mind by showing us what our customers typing, before they send us a message.
Livechat mobile app. Only takes care of chatting with customers. We can't do upto 10% of what we can do on the desktop version.
