We are enjoying many aspects of Livestorm. It's easy to clone events. The email outreach templates and functionality makes it so easy to remind people of upcoming events at intervals of our choosing and allows for a user-friendly experience to rewatch events on demand. Registration reporting is also an excellent feature for understanding each event's attendance.
As with all tools, it took some time to get used to the interface and how to edit events. After going through one event and customizing all aspects, we got the hang of it and haven't had any issues.
It's allowing us to easily have regularly occurring webinars for customer training and marketing events. It allows us to quickly understand who will be joining each session, if our outreach is effective, and when we need to promote events further. The automatic emails save us a ton of time with post-session follow-up as well.

You are not yet able to customize your event waiting room. I am told this is on their roadmap.
Livetorm helps me identify each channel that drives registration, communicate easily with my event registrants, and hold visually pleasing virtual events that are easy for a third party speaker / panelist to jump in and use without prep.
As an admin delivering a global webinar in Livestrom is like a breeze. The ease of navigation of the platform is great, also really like the way we can chat to moderators through a separate tab during webinars which is super useful.
A lot of the statistics from the user attendance needs to be done manually by exporting the attance list, and it seems there aren't too many capabilities for us to visualise as an overview through the platform.

Dashboard for cross events are not very userfriendly. I need to access consolidated data from different events, and therefor need to create extract in CSV and consolidate them outside the plateform.
