Mailchamp is made for its users. It has our goals in mind, It understands and motivates us as marketers and business owners.

Although milf champ has a plethora of services and features, they’re often hard to find/hard to implement. Automations could be made easier as far as re-engaging our existing users.

We are figuring out what kind of content works for users. We able to see our demographics broken down by open right, click rate, etc. Mailchimp just makes it easy.

I like how easy it is to put an email campaign together. Whether it's a one-off email or an automated drip campaign, the email editor is extremely easy to use. They also have an extensive resource library if you get stuck. Reporting tools are also very easy to read and access.

There really isntuch I dislike. I am not a huge fan of their rebranding, but that's about it.

MailChimp solves our issues of being able to easily touch base with clients and prospects in a regular basis.

MailChimp is very easy to use! It has great editing tools built it, and clean layouts using tiles that allow you to create very professional-looking emails relatively easily.

I was very satisfied with MailChimp. The only improvement could be easy of uploading and identifying mailing lists.

Using MailChimp allowed me to send more more professional-looking, visually appealing, and better branded communications.

Templates and analytics included are enough to let the beginner grow and learn from their email sends. I also love how organized things are kept in the platform.

The templates are not “trendy” and I like trendy and innovative design.

We can send great performing emails for free.

I like how accessible Mailchimp is, by every definition of the word. It's free up until you have enough subscribers that it'd pay for itself. How does it pay for itself, you ask? It saves you time. The automation features are easy to use and the email builders are equally intuitive. The API is super flexible with Zapier and there's never any send issues.

For the management of large scale campaigns, Mailchimp can get a bit pricy.

MailChimp is free up to 2,000 subscribers which means you have time to really gain a footprint and work on your marketing messages without dropping cash up front. After that, their prices are affordable for many startups. Their automation is also top notch!

If you start getting into any type of sizeable lists, it can get pretty expensive. Cost of doing business, yes, but it will hard to scale up without incurring some massive costs. It's also pretty strict when adding existing lists which means migrating to MailChimp is difficult.

I like that I can send 12,000 emails a month for free, and reach 2000 of my customers. I love that you can create marketing campaigns by using the templates they provide for you. I also love that chimpmail monitors all unsubcribed emails and all bounced emails, this keeps your email list clean and accurate.

I love that you can set up drip campaigns for different categories of prospects and clients. With the simple click, I can forget about following up, knowing Mailchimp is doing my job for me..

I've always been a fan of the UI in Mailchimp. I was a user a few years ago when it looked much different than now but it still looks and feels amazing. Mailchimp provides a step by step dummy proof way of creating email campaigns without having to know any html. Its great for beginners or advanced users that just want to get something done quickly.

I think the new interface is too white. I like the minimal approach but adding some more colour wouldn't hurt. That being said, I"m still a big fan of the functionality. I just think they've gone TOO minimal with their interface.

It solved my database issue. Its great to be able to build a database of customers so you can keep in touch with them like on holidays or if you are about to do a promotion.

I like best the ability to segment lists and schedule mailings. Plus the automation feature is top notch.

The pre-designed templates make sending emails to donors easy and clean.

Sometimes editing can become a nuisance as you have to edit in the sidebar on the right.

We are able to send beautiful emails to donors, as opposed to boring, plain ones. It also tells us who has opened our emails, and how many times each donor has opened it. This really helps us figure out which donors like to be in the know the most.

It’s an system to use and learn. I started using this as a volunteer for a political campaign and helped organize my community. Later this is the choice my emeployer used to reach market and build sales.

The learning curve is small but you still have to dedicate some time to navigating it and do some trial and error before getting it 100. Practice makes perfect!

It has helped us get more leads, build sales and keep our clients informed.

Email marketing to my clients is a must

I love this service! Easy to set up and manipulate the look. No need to go through a lengthy orientation to figure out how it works. The best part: using the basic service is free! I send out weekly emails to a small group and am not a business that has the money for an intricate or expensive service. This allows me to make the emails entertaining, use a repetitive template and send to everyone all at once! I also can see who vied the emails and when!

I sometimes edit the template of my emails instead of the campaign Im working on and still am trying to learn how to avoid that. I also wish I could use thew template of old campaigns that have been sent out. Overall, these are most likely user error and Im sure I will figure out what to do better as I keep using the service!

It is an easy template to display info accurately and entertaining. I have realized it also shows who has opened and read the emails . It has been a wonderful experience bettering my public relations. I cannot say enough good words about this service for anyone who needs an email service or a way to get word around. It took the hassel out of mass communication and public relations.

Clean and fairly intuitive in her face. It is very good for e-commerce. They are generous with the free plan. And it has solid reporting skills.

The subscription plans are very costly. I am a start up and it is not affordable to me.

It allows me to send campaigns out to all my clients. This benefits me because I’d like to market myself as much as possible.
