This amazing service is super easy to use to create and track the success of your advertising emails.

Different options available on the mobile app vs. desktop site. There are some features only available on one of the 2, so it's inconvenient sometimes have to switch between devices to complete a campaign.

I have automated welcome email setup and our monthly newsletter. We see great insights into our audience and the analytics really help us improve and resend emails to make sure all our clients are updated.

Mailchimp tiene muchísimas ventajas frente a la competencia, es definitivamente el mejor software de email marketing para pequeñas y medianas empresas que apuestan por su propio crecimiento. Lo uso principalmente para el email marketing, y según mi experiencia puedo decir que cumple con todas mis expectativas.

Mail chimp has a very user friendly interface. Just follow the instructions, I can create my email so easy and good in design! Also, the email templates just made everything so easy.

To import the contacts/mailing list is a little bit tricky. I can never importing right from excel.

This newsletter management system is so simple to use with great templates, drag and drop editing and a lot of help to achieve your goals. I love the response I get when sending out Mailchimp newsletters! The price is also REALLY fair for what the platform does.

I really can't say there is much I don't like. The only thing is that I wish there was an easier way to update subscriber's information over time so I have updated company/job title etc. information

This tool is quite good in this so It is used by Marketing department. It helps us to find prospects also for our products.

They should include some more fonts in its Drag and Drop feature. It will give the user more options to make the content beautiful and impressive. Its web application is very good but its mobile application is not that good. I once used it but i find it difficult to design a newsletters because of its user interface. And mobile application had crashed also multiple times. When we go on higher subscriber base I find its pricing on a higher side. It seems un-affordable for small businesses like us.

Seriously...Mailchimp has been a life saver for our organization. Sending mass emails to thousands of our customers has never been easier. Love the ability to draft and sort different email campaigns, create lists of email recipients (and import from Excel spreadsheets with no issues!!), and view the percentages of opens/clicks on a specific campaign!

The only issue I've experienced with Mailchimp is that if multiple people are signed in and editing an email, generally one of the group's changes are deleted and the other person's changes are saved. This is rarely an issue though!

Mailchimp helps us to save money by sending electronic messages rather than physical mail. It has also made mass emailing SO easy through list imports and the ability to build your email format right within the platform itself! We've also appreciated being able to view our email audience metrics within the platform, viewing how much engagement our campaigns get, what our total audience is, and how many bounces or unsubscribes we have had.

It has a 100% free option which is great if you are just getting started in e-mail marketing

I like that they offer a free version but also gradually increase in price depending on the amount of emails you want to send out. I also really like how easy it is to learn and use the program.

Maybe if they tailored their packages it to specific niches it might help pricewise. A blogger package, a influencer package, a small business package.

I was able to set up an account for our school PTO. Another for my personal blog and one for my small buisness. It easy to upload all the emails then create the information you want to send out.

I don't love how you have to pay after a certain amount of subscribers, but it's only fair.

The problem we are solved via Mailchimp is scalability. Mailchimp allows us to generate a large number of leads in a very efficient manner which saves us a lot of time and costs
