I love Monday.com for its exceptional customization capabilities, which are essential for our daily operations. Its seamless integration with numerous web tools enhances our workflow efficiency. Moreover, the platform's super-user-friendly interface makes managing tasks both simple and enjoyable.
My main challenge with Monday.com arises from its very strengths - its simplicity and flexibility. I've become so accustomed to its ease of use that whenever I envision a new feature or capability and can't immediately locate it on the platform, I experience a bit of frustration. However, it's worth noting that in every instance so far, we've managed to find a solution, sometimes complex but always effective.

Helps me with task management
It has helped me to maintain order, to communicate better with my team and to make clear the functions and activities that each one must fulfill. This, in turn, has improved the service our customers receive.
It's not a displeasure, but with the latest platform update, sometimes errors appear or notifications simply don't arrive. Fortunately, there are many more benefits than shortcomings that you can find at monday.com.
Mainly the organization. In addition to this, I can monitor the fulfillment of tasks, the time invested in each of them and the projects I manage, but above all to have better communication with the team and that everyone is clear about their roles.

It has the ability to store, organize, and manage data while also assisting with project management and time tracking. It's our main platform for completing projects and tasks as well as time tracking.
Sometimes it takes a while to access items or uploads will duplicate. Occasionally the web-based version performs better than the desktop app.
It solves the abilty to manage, store, and organize digital assets and project management all in one place.
Customizability, clean look, automations, dashboards, overall incredible tool
Doesn't seem like there have been a lot of improvements in the last 9 or so months. The search everything function is terrible and takes way too long. If we could search all of our updates and get reliable answers in 3-5 seconds, this would be a game changer for adoption. Also, email subjects being customizable would be huge. People who get notifications to email need to immediately and easily be able to tell what the message is about and how the messages start, like a normal email does. Lastly, it could have been easier to know how to get more skilled at using Monday.com for non-Enterprise users. I don't think the how to guides and resources/community are that great for people at a small company with not a ton of budget to learn how to get really good at Monday by themselves and fast. Took a lot of trial and error.
Managing a ton of real estate development projects in an efficient and organized manner. I don't know how we would be able to manage everything we do without Monday.
I love how versitile the board, automation and general functions are - and easy to build. The rest of the team is only able to see what matters to them, making it highly functional, but also clean an efficient for the everyday user. I also love how easy it is to get support when you do get stuck on something. I've had a few things that have worked they're way up to be fixed in future updates and the monday.com team is always really attentive and takes the time to go over every detail until we figure out the problem.
I was really looking forward to integrating several boards with Outlook and Outlook Calendar, but the integrations are seemingly too broad for what we needed. Most of the automations we have are pretty great though, and the integrations of that platform have not been overly hindering on out work.
Monday.com allows leadership to have a significantly better overview of each team member's schedule and workflow. It ensures that ALL steps of a process ave been completed, while keeping larger, "big-picture items" on our radar so nothing ever falls through the cracks and the business operations continue to grow.
I most like the endless possiblties for storing data
I wish when we input emails at once it will auto populate similar to how the items do.
The are able to store our data properly and efficnently without having to look in mutlple spaces. It is a more productive environment and we apppreciate the platform tremendously.
Using Monday.com means never having to remember what to do next, as all my reminders, tasks and projects are loaded with reminders.
I am not sure, but its not always necessary to see all my colleagues activities - sometimes I only want to view my own database. Is that possible?
Its saves time and everyone has a view of what is updated and what needs updating. You can track all tasks and next steps.
