I use Sales Cloud for my daily operations to keep organised and manage my pipeline. I couldn't imagine not having a tool like this. What I love about Salesforce especially is the reporting capability and the dashboards I can creat to manage my team.

AI brings in a lot of ideas and answers that needed for us to solve whenever we are in a difficult situation.
Very user friendly, configuration over coding, great flexibility, online community support is incredible.
Occasional bugs that are inexplainable. Lots of known issues took a considerably long time to resolve.
Our customers are using Sales Cloud to keep track of sales activity and improve forecast accuracy.
AI supported email, pipeline view and lots of other cool features. The upcoming einstien 1 looks great too

Most useful features involve order management with pricebooks, opportunity management,lead management ,account and contact management. The best part is it's the most loved and subscribed product of Salesforce, really good for enterprise customers to manage their orders
The pricebook object has lotof limitations around automation and customisation,that really needs to be worked upon by Salesforce product team.

The way Sales cloud changes the business parameters. Sales cloud makes it easy to capture leads from various sources and prioratise based on scoring and help to convert into Opportunities to increase sales

For me personally, most of my issues arise from the high level of customisation that our company uses within Salesforce - not really anything specific I dislike myself within standard.
