I love Semrush's competitive research, keyword research, and technical audit tools.
I don't see any downside to using Semrush. I would have liked to see keyword data from channels other than search.

There's a lot! Customer service is great and everyone has been super friendly. The software is provides me with everything I need to offer the right advice to my clients.
Sometimes it feels like a bunch of little apps that have been glued together, and the data from one side of the product doesn't connect to another—for example, having to connect Google Analytics & Search Console continually.
Identifying what keywords my clients should focus on next. This helps me create a successful strategy for them to rank. Unlike other software in this space, I find SEMrush is more accurate for the niches I service.

He helped me solve SEO problems
Keyword research, site audit, and content template. Those are also the only options I have really used so far.
The fact that the pages associated with my URL are from an old website instead of the new website that has been indexed for a few months. I am currently working with customer service to solve the issue. This could be an issue on my behalf but am unsure at this point.
If someone were to spend time learning this software and then apply it to a business whose website has been up and running for at least a few months, then the results they would get from using Semrush would be really positive.
I like the detailed stats they provide and how helpful they are for SEOs.
There is nothing I dislike. I like the tool very much. The one thing they can improve is the pricing. Sometimes it seems the price is on the very higher side.
They are solving problems related to SEO. It helps in analyzing competitors, and their stats, and from there you can learn and improve yours.

Competitive analysis is huge. At first when you get involved with SEO its so vast its hard to know where to start. Semrush helps to narrow down your focus so you can execute quickly.
