Shopify is quick to setup and intuitive right from the start. All the systems work as expected. Their support is excellent and quick. Overall a Breeze to work.
India-specific support is somewhat limited. They focus more on Canada & US stores. Specific themes and apps are not well tested. Few untested apps make eCommerce slow and get performance issues.
The ecosystem is fulfilling, with lots of apps readily available for our business cases. This helps eCommerce business to thrive, smoothly, very convenient for merchants.
Shopify is easy to use and is convenient. This allows me to sell products online and reach worldwide by sitting at home. This allows to make a huge variety for customer to choose from. Highly appreciated. Must use application.
I would like to get a phone update of what is going on and what changes Shopify makes. There are times when the emails go to Junk Folder or get buried in many other emails. If I get a message on my cell it will update me with all the details and I can take action upon those.
Shopify helps to connect with many buyers/customers online while just sitting a click away. This is helping in sales and making a huge step in the period like COVID-19 pandemic.
The user-friendly UI and overall navigation of the Shopify merchant portal and customizing the theme can be learned by newbie merchants.
I do not see anything that needs improvement right now. New integration to the latest third-party apps will be great.
