One of the best things about is is the ability to centralize all finance related information in one place. It allows us to create customizable spreadsheets and dashboards which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the finance team. It definetely improved the way we manage the relationship with our customers and suppliers as we have a spreadsheet for each of them and we all work together on it. it is very easy to use, we leant it quicky, our suppliers implemented it as well. We use it all the time for various tasks. The ability to share sheets with colleagues and external partners facilitates seamless collaboration and helps ensure that everyone is working on the most up-to-date information. it was very easy to integrate for the AP team, it helped us resolve invoice discrepancies or clarify pament terms with suppliers. Customer support was helpful whenever we had issues or we needed some guidance.
We had no issues so far with Smartsheet, it met all of our needs
We reduced the number of emails received regarding invoices or payments because we collaborate better with our vendors and the queries are solved quicker. We also monitor better payment approvals, we track due dates and generate insightul reports. This helped us manage cashflow effectively and provide valuable insights for decision making.

Keeps all of our projects in the forefront so nothing gets dropped. We manage projects across many locations and this has helped tremendously.
The tracking functions, alerts, smartsheet spreadsheet features. I use smartsheet on a daily basis to manage projects with my team at work. Smartsheet is simple and easy to setup and add users. There is a lot of help options and guides. Not to leave out the tutorials. Smartsheet is easily integrated and exporting function is the best thing for cross platform use. I have been having such a great experience that I have not needed customer support.
There is nothing I dislike about smartsheet
Smartsheet allows me to manage and track projects in one single platform
IT tracks my taskes and automates my reminders. I can also review documents and collobrate with others. It is very easy to learn and has amazing features.
I would lke it to have a few more excel type features but it is far suppier to excel.
Task tracking and aotomated reminders
There is a lot to like about Smartsheet. I like that I can make changes easy to a timeline, which happens alot. Dragging associalted elements along in time / extending the duration. I like to work in gant, but some clients prefer calander so being able to instanly convert the view is a great feature.
Probably when it comes to exporting the sheet, it can be hard to format in an easy to view way.
Easily creating and changing scheudles.
It is easy to easy, allows to creaste tables and GANTTs that you can share with your team and colleagues.
GANTT layout can be improved and made more useful for presentations

The most helpful about Smartsheet is being able to collaborate with my team in a fast, live, and efficient way to keep my team updated everyday. The ease of Smartsheet has helped my team be able to stay on top of our tasks. I use Smartsheets everyday bc it helps me stay on top of my responsibilites.
The least helpful about Smartsheets is perhaps the complexity of larger projeccts such as not being able to use complex tools to look at larger data.
In Smartsheets it has been beneficial to stay on top of my tasks and be able to collaboarte with my team more efficiently.
Its easy to use and is an easy link between clients and contractors

Ease of use, functionality, practicality, and available options are wonderful. Support has been phenomenal. Our group liked smartsheet so much we requested a control center build and the implementation has been a breeze. We will use this daily and are excited about the integration into our workstream and project/portfolio reporting to key stakeholders.
No dislikes. So far smartsheet has given me no issues.
Smartsheet is streamlinig our groups project management into an easy to navigate, all information centralized, work tool that will allow for reduction in repeating steps and optimizing resources and personnel.
It's good that SSO is supported so I can use my Microsoft account and not another password to remember and is secured with MFA. Once logged in it's easy to create and share sheets with colleagues and customers without them needing a paid for license. Permissions of sheets are nice and granular from read only to editing and sharing with others. The audit log provides an easy was to see who made changes and when.
Not much to dislike, other than constantly asking a non licensed user to setup a plan even if they only want to view the sheets I've shared with them.
