Po pierwsze, prostota i intuicyjność. Interfejs jest tak przyjazny dla użytkownika, że cały proces stworzenia oraz integracji chatbota można przeprowadzić samemu bez udziału IT. Po drugie, prosty i przejrzysty plan. Tu nie ma niespodzianek.
Brakuje mi trochę elastyczności oraz tego flow a'la rozmowa z AI. Wiem, że firma nad tym pracuje, więc pewnie wkrótce się pojawi.
Przede wszystkim, chatbot rozwiązuje problem najczęściej zadawanych pytań via formularz. Wiemy, że odpowiedzi znajdują się na stronie, ale klient musi do nich dotrzeć. Chatbot jest zawsze na widoku.

I like, that it's very intuitive and easy to use. I get a push notification whenever a user wants to chat with us. I can answer the chat anywhere on my mobile simply like texting with a friend. When I'm near my computer I can easily switch to a browser app which makes my chatting even faster. I also like, that I can instantly go offline and stop displaying chat bubble on our website. And I can also set office hours. Installation was also very easy and the smartsupp support is also very good.
It would be great to integrate a translator right in to the chat window so that I can easilly chat with foreigners in their tongue.
